I work at an apartment community and all our interactions have been more than wonderful with Modern Tortilla's food truck! We love having them come out - their staff is always professional, timely, and friendly. Not to mention, the food is fantastic! Our residents always love to have their truck out so they can grab dinner on the way home from work. I'd recommend Modern Tortilla food truck to anyone looking to host an event, they'll definitely do it right!

My Carne Asada and cheese was completely cold in the center and they had zero hot salsa. The little cup the gave out wasnt even enough for 4 chips. There were no jalapenos nor were there any condiments. For what we got the price was way high...

Modern Tortilla was such a great choice for our wedding. They were on time, very friendly, and quick to serve our guests. Our guest enjoyed the food very much and had plenty to eat! I would recommend them , we had so much fun and were relaxed by having them as our caterer .

The $9 begins tacos were only worth $1. They were so small with very little toppings, and very dry. Waited 25 minutes for my food, then I saw the same gentleman handling cash then reach his hand into the corn and sprinkle it onto the orders. I requested that they please put on gloves before handling my food and the chef barked at me. Overall just a bad experience then with the food tasting so bad, it was a big disappointment. Felt like I was eating a side dish not a meal. I might mention that I am only 115 pounds and don’t need much food to fill me up. Hopefully this company will pay better attention to quality and cleanliness.

What an amazing truck! We had them come to my office today and had prepaid for a team of 40 while also having the truck available for anyone else in the building who wanted food. Not only was the food DELICIOUS but the service was excellent. No one had to wait for more than a few minutes for food, so we had zero interruption in service for our clients. They were easy to work with and punctual. We have worked with other food trucks before and this was by far the best we have seen. We will definitely be having them back for future events. Did I mention the food was outstanding and the portions were huge?! I would absolutely recommend this truck based on their professionalism and fantastic food!

This is a great company to work with, they are very professional and overall a great experience. We used Modern Tortilla for our rehearsal dinner and it was the best idea we've had. They were prompt, polite, delicious and made the experience effortless. We placed our order 5 days before our event for 85 people. They were able to quickly get our catering order taken care of. We were able to make changes to our order up until the day before the event. The delivery of the food was quick and set up within minutes. The quality of the food was so good and the horchata was a huge hit!

We ate at the taco truck while at Desert Farms Lights. My husband and I split the burrito plate and all the meat was cold. Our boys each got a taco plate and said that meat wasn’t hot either. It wasn’t that busy but we certainly would have rather waited a few minutes longer to get food served hot.

The food was great! I really appreciated their willingness to work with me with little lead time. They delivered perfectly to our expectation. I had a great time chatting with the staff and they were great to our guests. We used them for a community event at Scottsdale Center for performing Arts with the open sales menu. It was very efficient!

They catered lunch for my company just now. The food was very good. Got the steak and chicken tacos. Dunno if i was supposed to but i snuck back for seconds and got the flautas. yum yum yum. finished off with a fresh churro too! not to be missed. will definitely seek them out again.

We originally reached out about pizza from a sister restaurant, but Vivianna told us about this option that was a much better fit for us.
