I just copy paste what other driver said because i had same experience with that worst place i see ever . Absolutely ridiculous!!! The worst place to come as a driver. I was early for appointment and still waited 3 hrs for a call to a door. The security at the gate are rude and act like you are disturbing them. The woman in the shipping/receiving office is absolutely the rudest person I've ever come across in the trucking industry. You will now wait in the door for at least 5 hrs for lumpers to even start unloading. Then unloading takes another 3-4 hrs, and of course another couple hrs for them to call you after a green light to get your paperwork. Make sure you have food and water with you because you'll be here a LONG time. Also, the restroom is disgusting and the food cart/wagon that drives through at noon is way too expensive and not worth the money. I hope this review sparks major changes for this company and I also will refuse to deliver to US FOODS in the future.

Showed up early for my 0730 appointment told to park illegally on the street then walk to the guard shack to present paperwork. Once they had paperwork and my phone number to call back I look for legal parking. None around as there were dropped USFoods trailers all up and down the street. Get the call for a dock door at 0814. Called for $430 lumper fee at 1539. Paid lumper fee at 1559. Called told paperwork was ready at 1606. Walked to receiving to stand in line approximately 20 mins. Paperwork is completed when I get to the window while I wait. 1645 finished at the window. Short 27 cases, so back to the truck to verify the missing product is not mixed in with the next drop, reset the tandems and close the doors. Call the broker to inform of the shortage and send documentation of shortage. 1700 yard dogs threatening me and taking pictures demanding that I leave the property immediately. He needs my door. I ask the man for a couple of minutes to complete my task. This is obviously not good enough for him. He informs me that he will make sure I’m never allowed on the property again. β€œTo which I laugh because this guy assumes I would want to come back???” Anyway I’m out of there and into Phoenix traffic by 1703. This warehouse is where a drivers plans go to die. Avoid at all costs your time means nothing to the employees here.

Everyone working here that ive had to encounter is lazy, hates their job and doesnt have any human decency to interact in a formal polite way. Truck drivers if your looking for a sad depressed environment that will try to make your day harder then what it is. Please bring your business here. If your one of the smart self sufficient moral corrective men or women please stay away from this place. They will try to drain you and make you feel as they because they hate their job. Time for US FOODS to do a whole new overhaul by bringing in new fresh faces and getting rid of these unethical beings. Sad just pathetic.

Horrible place. This place needs to hire professional employees from receiving guard shack all the way to receiving window. These employees treat you unprofessional as if they where working for some 5 employee company. Keep the bad attitude at home don’t bring it to work. Drivers are moving America and should not be treated like garbage nor unprofessional. The manager of this place Needs to be replaced immediately! No customer service experience here what-so-ever. UNACCEPTABLE!

Park in truck staging area. Walk to guard shack and they'll call you with a door. Didnt wait long for door. They call you with lumper fee and you call them back with express code to pay and then wait for them to call you again for your bills. Do not go in when you have a green light. In and out within 2 hours.

Not a good place for delivery. Because the staging area designed to park outside carries when they come. Unfortunately it is always full parked with their own trailer and there is no parking for truck driver when they come to delivery. Even on the street no room.

Appointment 8am. Arrived 1 day earlier. Overnight parking is available (next to the gate). Check in at 6am. 7.40 check out. No lumpers. Dry load. The staff was friendly. Safety waste is required.

I would give them a zero star if it were possible. Checked in 2 hours early to my 8am appointment. Finally got a door only to stay there for 2 hours with no movement. Went into the office to see whats going on only to hear that they already unloaded...untrue...then went again, only to be told they will start unloading shortly. For what's it worth avoid this place if you have multiple drops because you will be late for the remaining deliveries. I get it that they are just employees and have no vested interest to performing their jobs but there seems to be a deep lack of accountability here and everyone's got that I don't care face on. Probably management needs to be replaced from what I gather. Got called at 12:20 PM with a lumper fee of $412...let's see how much longer it takes... Still waiting for papers to get the H outta here 1:15PM...wow folks...wow

Arrived at 6 am for 930 appointment. Got the last staging parking spot.. so cool. Checked in ( safety vest, or you'll be walking back to the truck to get it) Security lady was fun and sarcastic in a good way.. Also, big area to walk pups right beyond staging area. I'll update once I get a dock, etc...

Very annoying. Pull up in time for appointment only to be pointed to parking spot or street. Lot barely has enough space to back in sleeper truck and if light pole is across from spot forget about it. After you park and walk up with vest on they have you fill out 3 papers and then they call to door you while you sit in your truck. I can’t believe all day the guard shack is turning people around to park. Either warn them ahead of time or form a new procedure, because that is completely stupid and annoying when we have appointment times. Usually get in door pretty quick, but then of course you wait for hours. On the upside, you can apparently unload on your own to avoid lumper fee. Just make sure you have steel toe boots and vest or they won’t allow you. Maybe that will get you out quicker too. Maybe.

Be prepared to WAIT! The guard does an awesome job checking you and getting you docked but after that it’s RIDICULOUSLY slow! Check in lady takes forever just to check you in. There are 3 windows for CHECK IN but ONLY 1 actually working. Took 7 hrs to get unloaded at this location. They do offer about 20 parking spots but if packed you’ll have to park on street. I did hear guard say Drivers can check in as early as 3:30am.

Checked in at 4:40 am, was backed in a door at 5:00 am. 9 hours and 20 minutes later I'm still here!!!! Believe the hype. Unacceptable to be here that long and counting. As drivers we don't have too many choices, that's just the way it is. I'm not mad or upset but I am scratching my head about this place. I hope some day they can do better for future drivers!

Don't deliver here unless you plan on unloading yourself. The guy at the guard shack was very nice, but the females in the office just want to talk amongst themselves and take 20 minutes to check you out. You have to wait in line like you were in kindergarten.

Takes 7hrs, lumpers etc. It's wait for a call at the gate and every step after. 7hrs and the office relies on 1 person that moves like speed isn't a factor.

Great delivery! I arrived the day before 4:30 pm for a 6:30 am delivery. Security guard very nice, he said I can park on site and he let me check in then. Told me that as soon as morning crew gets in they'll give me a call. 430 am called me and said they had a door. 6 am they gave me a call for lumper fee ($210 for Kellogg load) 630 am I had paperwork in hand and rolling out the gate! Great experience!!!

Decent. Little slower compared to other warehouses but they have a gem of a lady there named Haidey. She was very helpful, fast and efficient while issues with my paperwork. Thanks Haidey πŸ‘

I had and 8:30 am appointment for the first 3 hours after I checked in they forgot I was there. Then I’m sitting at a door for 8 more hours all to be unloaded in the last hour. You have to pay for a lumper if you don’t want to unload yourself.

Do Not Be Late. PARK and WALK up to gate guard to check in. Must have check-in PO number and DOT number. Don't forget to have your vest. DO NOT Drive Up and Check In they will put you at the back of the line. Once called, pick up your BOL at the gate, dock up, walk into receiving by door 1 check in, and wait for empty call. Gate Guard can provide bolt cutter.
