The atmosphere is amazing. We sat outside and the flowers were stunning. 2 of the three meals were very good. However, my Reuben Sandwich was a bust. I asked for it without the Thousand Island dressing. It was delivered with the dressing on it. I sent it back and they actually only took off the bread that had the dressing on it. Barely toasted that side and the meat and cheese they added to it was cold and the cheese not melted. I told them about it and said I will just take it home. For such a highly rated restaurant, that was a very suprising thing to happen. Mimosa was good although the initial drink order took over 25 minutes to arrive. Good thing for the lovely atmosphere. Service was good, it was not their fault about the food or the slow drink prep. Not sure if I will rush back to Lon's.

Over priced in every course. Try too hard to be gourmet. Loses the simple taste of a steak by adding unknown flavors 4 people $1,000.00. I felt badly spending that much Money

Not there yet! We are going for my birthday and we decided to call to get the feeling of it! The lady who answered our called was super helpful. I’m looking for a boutique hotel and she told me “No overhead recess light” oh my!! She got me there! Can’t wait to be there! Thank you to the lady at the front desk!

Absolutely beautiful enchanting place to spend some time. The Stetson burger is great 👍 outdoor dining patio is perfect this time of year.

Beautiful quaint hotel. Buttt a few recommendations... please advise your customers in advance and verbally that your room will not be cleaned unless you request a cleaning. Very helpful staff Anthony was very professional Jean was very sweet and kind and helpful Jenny we loved her professional attention to every detail to make our stay wonderful!!! Amy was a Jewel and so sweet Nick very attentive Overall we had a Lovely time at Hermosa. Except for the room cleaning issue.

I was very underwhelmed by my visit. The atmosphere was nice but that’s it. The food was bland, cold, and flavorless. It had absolutely no seasoning to it. I expected a lot more for a $48 dish. The plating was nice, but that was it. It didn’t even come with the sauce that the menu said it was supposed to. I was really disappointed. It’s definitely not going to be on my list to visit again.

This was a 5 star experience. The rooms, pool, grounds and restaurants were outstanding!

This is a magical place. It’s secluded and luxurious but also wonderfully calming, and restful with not a hint of pretentiousness . The staff is uniformly warm , friendly and wonderful in every way. Love it.

This was our first time staying at this hidden gem. We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The staff is very professional and the place is very clean, well maintained and most of all quiet and peaceful. It was easy to forget that we were in the middle of Phoenix and 45 minutes away from home. We will definitely be staying here again.

Best hamburger I've had in a long time. Outside seating made the who thing. The only thing i didn't like was the valet parking attendant was a little short... Definitely going back.

Yes. I recently stayed here. I loved the privacy and location. However I felt like my room was not prepared for my stay. It smelled closed in. As well as the equipment for the coffee was expired and nor the fridge was clean as well as at the pool area was not clean and bar area was not working nor clean?? I also mentioned it the the front desk? Thy did replace the expired coffee creamer but….

Lovely restaurant with really good food. Beautiful setting outside with a large mesquite tree in the middle and lots of heaters for the winter months. Makes for a really nice evening out!

I stayed at The Hermosa Inn, and it was wonderful! The rooms were cozy and elegant. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the steaks. The desert views were breathtaking, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

The service is always top notch. Atmosphere is like no other resort in the area, lots of unique character. Seasonal menu at the restaurant keeps the options fresh and new. Great location.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was everything we hoped it would be: a beautiful, elegant, quiet, boutique hotel with history and artistry. It was the perfect oasis. The rooms were a nice size, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces, as well. Service everywhere was excellent, and the food at the restaurant was stellar for both breakfast and dinner.

My wife became ill before the trip so we had to cancel or move the trip out a couple weeks and they would not refund our room. We stay here every anniversary and the fact that you could not accommodate us due to an illness we will never stay or recommend this hotel every again. Very disappointed!!!

Room has a hacienda/bungalow feel with a truly spa like bathroom. Location feels remote, but just a short drive to Scottsdale area. The staff make this place unique though. Everyone has been so friendly and sincere. It's refreshing!!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hermosa Inn this past weekend for the first time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The service was top notch. There were a few minor issues with our room that we notified the front desk of. They promptly had maintenance to our room to fix the issues. The lady at the front desk was amazing. There was an issue she felt couldn't be resolved and she offered to upgrade us to another room. The grounds were quiet, well kept and beautiful. All the staff (front desk, cleaning, maintenance, restaurant staff) were quick to care for our needs and provided quality service. We will definitely recommend them and enjoyed our time there and hope to return soon.

What a gorgeous experience. I went here with my brother and had so much fun. Food was amazing and workers were delightful and pleasant. Amenities and aesthetic appeal are phenomenal. If you plan to go somewhere to kick back, relax, and socialize, this is THE place to go! Shout out to valet guy. You rock.

Stayed 2 nights in June 2022. The service is excellent. I wanted to highlight Carlos, the pool guy. He was so nice and welcoming. The mango popsicles -- such a nice touch! The grounds are a desert paradise, quiet and secluded. The room is charming and cozy. Didn't get to try the restaurant and spa. But will definitely try them when we come back.

We attended a private party. I have always considered Hermosa Inn to be a bit of a treasure. It is a bit hidden, but the landscaping and feel is unique and different. Food at the event was good.

Always a great meal at Lon’s, we will continue to go back and enjoy.

We enjoyed our special anniversary meal and stay in their deluxe casita for the dine and stay package. The grounds are beautiful and the room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful southwestern luxury feel. Shower was large and the footed bathtub was a treat. The pool was perfect and deep too! 8’ Dinner at Lon’s was nice and our sommelier was extremely helpful and treated us to a peek at their hidden cellar where wine dinners are offered. Sorry no photo for this. We can’t wait to come back soon!

This is a phenomenal location. Quiet and calming, with fantastic staff and restaurant. The experience is as if you were plucked from time and placed in 1800’s Arizona, but not in a gimmicky way. We will definitely be back

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and were pleasantly surprised by how lovely this place was! Once inside, I felt like I was transported to someplace on the countryside of Spain! It was so charming and beautiful, and absolutely EVERY one of the staff we met were the nicest people ever! We ate dinner at the restaurant twice, and the food was just fantastic. Amaya was our server, and she was so lovely, I wanted to ask her to sit down and join us! When she found out it was our anniversary, she was genuinely happy for us and made our experience extra special. And when we hung out by the pool, Carlos checked in on us, and was lovely to chat with. On his recommendation, I tried the sangria with black cherry syrup added - if you like black cherry, I highly recommend. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon special!

Excellent food but service wasn't great, a bit slow & knew of 50ppl. I have come here since 20yrs and will be back bc I understand issues arise & the pandemic has stressed a lot of restaurants with staffing. Your grounds are impeccable!!

Female staff/reception were redeeming quality -- exceptional! Grounds were pleasant, with flowers. Lon's restaurant was disappointing.
