Definitely one of my favorite restaurants! They give you free buttered croissants before your meal. Then all of their food options look super delicious, it makes it hard to choose a meal. Their prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge. The decor of the establishment is nice; they even have a fish tank. All the staff are super friendly and helpful.

I have ordered pick-up from here a few times but this is my first time dining in. The restaurant inside is very stylish, with modern-traditional kind of decor. There is a fish tank in the center and I think that's pretty cool. The food itself was great, but could've been better. My steak was VERY peppery. It made me sneeze. If I knew it was going to be like that I would've asked them to tone it down a little. The Spinach Cheese Dip is delicious - definitely order this appetizer if you go. We've also tried the chicken pot pie and chicken tenders - both of these are very tasty and you get a lot of food. The service let them down a little. One of the waitresses put her long fingernail in our bowl of salsa as she was bringing it over. The thought makes me want to throw up. Our own waiter was very friendly but there were a couple of times we were waiting for a refill and we were sat in the corner where we couldn't really get his attention. I would come back here again and try something else next time.

We have been coming here for a couple decades now and this review is well overdue. The food here is simply amazing. Everything is made fresh and from scratch daily. The service has always been top notch. Thank you for many great memories!

You went here for the first time New Year's Eve. Unfortunately covid has taken a toll on this restaurant's staff. The waiter was polite but very disinterested. The kitchen staff may have misplaced our ticket causing us to wait 45 minutes for our meal. The manager came out to speak with us he apologized and made it worth the wait. The food once we got it... both dishes, Coconut shrimp and Chicken nuggets were hot and delicious. I totally recommend the broccoli casserole as a side dish. I also happily chowed down on the Cole slaw. Our stomachs were full and happy when we left.

The place looked very clean and well-kept. Delicious food and good portion sizes. Our waiter was polite and helpful. The croissants were my favorite, they tasted amazing. I’ve never liked shrimp but the dish my friend ordered tasted incredible. The outside was golden and crispy and inside was tender shrimp meat. The coconut sauce made the shrimp taste even better.

Very welcoming place and great service. Food was delicious and good portion size. There was complementary Honey butter croissant- which was lighter than air! They served cactus juice with the margarita and combination tasted amazing. The place gives Olive garden vibes. Servers David and Madison were very nice and attentive.

This location is warm and comfortable with a touch of class. The food is amazing at a reasonable price. The menu is extensive. The croissants are next level. The coconut shrimp are delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to return and try other amazing entrees.

We tried this place for dinner. We were greeted at the door and sat right away. Our server Fernanda got drink order right away. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered the sirloin which cook to perfection. All the sides were delicious. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. We cannot wait to return.

I went there today with my entire team. We’re 15 people and they took almost an hour to serve the food. But I want to write about something else. I ordered their bacon cheese burger and the beef patty was completely burnt out! First I didn’t understand why it tasted so bitter just like coals!!! I stopped eating and took it in togo box. In my workstation, I opened the box and checked it…it’s a piece of coal! I mean seriously?? So frustrated with this. Croissant and fries were good though.

It started off as a bad experience but ended up better. Wait time for the evening rush for 6 people was 35 minutes. Finally when we were seated the waiter got our drinks and then we ordered. This is where the bad experience started. Our food came out before our salads. Some of our hot food came cold. One of the hot food plates was entirely cold. Texas toast soggy. Not acceptable. We inform our waiter of the problems. Manager came by and fix the all issues. The waiter kept his composure, he helped fix the issues and was happy to help, didn't have any problems or behaviors issues towards us.

It was busy with a 15 to 20 min wait but that was fine. The seasonal drinks are always fun and the food is good.

Five stars is a warning to Not eat here. The food looked nice it has no taste, the service was like a drive through very rushed and kept fronting for a tip with danishes. Ps need to work on seasoning for better reviews and good house keeping for to keep the crickets out from under the tables. Ps cheddar dose not live up to there cheese.

My first time there. Food is southern comfort style. Big portions, very reasonable prices, delicious and service was on point.

The food was pretty good.. our waitress was awesome... however it was so cold in there I couldn't enjoy my food.. thd only thing I wanted to do was get the heck out of there. And I'm never cold.

They ran out of ribs, and broccoli cheese casserole and I was there at 5:30PM. if the food was half as good as the drinks I would go back, but overall it wasn't the best experience.

The ambience is great, Even with the COVID-19 going on, the staff was prepare, they were nice and polite as if nothing was going on. The food is well priced and is really good! The Ribeye Steak and BBQ Ribs are my fav. If you're looking for some chick back home style food this is your place you can't go wrong, Check it out!

Loved the place. Came on Sunday around 5:00. Very busy time but I waited in my car about 10 mins for a table. Very friendly front staff and the servers were really nice as well. Typically I don't do too much complaining. It's usually objective and to the point of what you actually get with reviews. Tonight I ordered curbside and was missing a side that was paid for. I went to the bar top to see where I could get that fixed and the bartender sent someone off to grab the side that was missing. Nice and easy shouldn't have been any issues. Wasn't coming at anyone sideways. They decided to put a side of gravy for chicken tenders in the tiniest cup possible. Like maybe a quarter Oz of gravy. Mind you this was paid for and missing from the order from the beginning. It seemed very much so like they were bent out of shape that I had the audacity to walk in there and ask for something that was missing that I paid for. Food is good, service is wretched. All in all im really just constantly surprised by how much service workers will cut corners and then take it out on said customer when they rightfully asked for it to be fixed. You end up doing the work you tried to get around anyways and now you've taken a dump on my day as well. 2nd picture is what I was handed, a .25oz cup. 3rd picture is the 4 Oz side that it should come with. Food is great would definitely recommend. Service is lacking.

I got the "Salmon Pasta Salad" and was pleased that there was a good balance of pasta and actual nutrition. My friend got the "Pecan Salad" and also fell in love. The service was above and beyond - THANK YOU, KATE! My first experience was excellent, and I will be back!

3.5 After a long day of hiking, went out of our way here... menu was eh ok.. not a ton of choices for me anyways. More seafood then burgers and only 3 options for chicken, so i was bummed out i had to order chicken strips. Tho they are better them most restaurants chicken strips, mine were served barley above room temp, same with fries, tho his pot pie was so hot, i finished my meal before his by far. Our server was great. No issues there... I have been plauged by bad restaurant experiances, so I wont complain to much.

Decent place to dine. The food is very flavourful and has nice portion sizes. Some menu items are a bit pricey, but several menu items are typical. I've been there a couple of times and wasn't disappointed. My only complaint was the first time there, the table and silverware weren't properly cleaned. Definitely check those things. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the atmosphere very mellow. I would recommend giving it a try 👌

This was our 1st time at Cheddar kitchen. We ordered a combo meal. The coleslaw was tasteless, the steak was ok, the corn was delicious, and the ribs were tender. The croissant wasn't substantial. Wish we had at least two croissants each. Service could have been better. We were disappointed.

Husband had the classic burger n fries. He said it was a really good burger. I had the Monte Cristo and it was absolutely delicious 😋 Dylan was our server and he was very attentive and super friendly. Great service.

Would have been fine if the waitress hadn't failed to bring out our appetizers before the entrée. Was quite busy for a Sunday evening and they sat us in a dark area (actually the whole restaurant inside and out appeared unusually dark) where we were basically ignored. Another waitress brought our meals and when I questioned why we hadn't received the appetizers first, she immediately said they'd take it off the bill if we still wanted it. (Guess that happens alot given her reaction.) She brought the Trio appetizers but was obvious it had been sitting back there for awhile...had gotten cold. We both had the Monte Cristo and it was good but ended up packing most of the food up to take home because the service and atmosphere had gotten tiring.

We got a gift card for Christmas and decided to try out Cheddar's since my husband had never been and it had been years since I had been in. It's been awhile since I have been to a place with the tablets at the table, my husband liked it because he could order his drink right away and not have to wait for the server. Me being a server I am a little disappointed in places with the tablet but it is what it is. Our food was good, nothing to write home about but good. I enjoyed the spinach dip, it had a little spice which i liked. I will say with the tablet do not touch the games part unless you know you want to play because it will automatically charge you for them.

We are regulars. We always get great service. The food is always delicious and reasonably price. If we bring anyone here they always fall in love with this place.

Second bad experience, never again. This is the second time that we have ordered. The first time I called and they gave me a $25 gift. So we figured we would try again. This time it was worse. It took 40 minutes for them to bring the food past the scheduled given to us. We got the food it was the smallest 6-oz steak in history, the driest chicken fingers that were overcooked, and the broccoli cheese casserole was dried out and ice cold. The only thing good about my dinner was the side salad. I know that times are hard right now with covid but you can at least try to make sure that you're sending out good food to your customers. Because of even when they open back up we will never eat there again. I don't know how they can continue to put out terrible food like and expect people to come back. There's not even any point in calling to complain because next time I'm sure it would be even worse.

My husband and I wanted to go somewhere we had never been before, so we choose this place tonight. The wait was typical for Friday night about 25 minutes. Parking was very limited but there is a larger lot for surrounding department stores. The hostess who sat us was unfriendly and borderline rude. Our server/waitress was very polite and checked on us frequently. Food came out pretty quickly. I ordered the pain killer mixed drink and it was good although it had a triangle cut of pineapple as garnish with the peel still on and I did think of viruses going around and wondered if they washed the outside before putting it in the drink. I ordered blackened fish. I was surprised to see the color was golden and flavor was not like other blackened fish or chicken I had at other places. My husband ordered put roast and he really liked it. The vibe was pretty relaxed and positive. Bathrooms were in pretty bad shape as in not clean. We arrived@ 5:30 so it seems this place gets busy for early dinner's. For the price I thought it was average food so in other words it was not cheap and depending on what you order may not be worth it. I did not see vegetarian protein option either. I will go back if I'm in that specific area and all but I will not make a point of coming back.

Always love dining here! Gone 4 times to date and each time I try something new and it doesn't disappoint always delicious. 4 for 4 batting 1000 can't wait for next trip to Cheddar's.

My first visit did not disappoint. The Cheddars Painkiller is amazing and once you have it you understand why they limit 2 per customer. Also had the Monte Cristo and was again very pleased.

The bourbon glazed salmon was amazing! My husband had steak, which was also flavored well and really tender. The server was just as great (black guy w/dreads - I forgot his name!) The alcohol seemed a little watered down, but it was still good. The apple crisp was huge; well worth the price. Recommended!

Most importantly, Jonathan M. was an amazing server. Greeted us in the first few moments of us sitting down, was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Professional and gave great recommendations for our meals. Needless to say, we were very happy with our experience tonight and look forward to returning soon. very nice

The food here is absolutely delicious and filling, great for bringing home leftovers! The service is great but it took a bit longer than I would've liked but I'm just impatient. ? Not to long of wait before going in. The prices are good as well! Over all 10/10 would go again!!

I really didn't care for this place much. The food wasn't very good. I went with a friend who had been there previously and raved about it. She said that it had gone downhill quite a bit. It was my first visit so I have nothing to compare it to. Just nothing special and really not very good food. Just my opinion and my friends. The roles they give you at the beginning of the meal are actually croissants with a sugar glaze on them. I didn't like them and I thought it was very strange to have these before a meal with your salad or with your meal. I wouldn't even like them for dessert. I can't imagine why they would serve such a strange item. A nice bread and butter or rolls would be much better. Sorry Cheddar's but it didn't seem to me like anything was made from scratch. I realize most of the menus at restaurants are scaled down now because of the Corona virus. I don't understand why they are all doing this either. I understand them wanting to have disposable menus. They are just print out so easy to dispose of so people aren't sharing them.

Was pleasantly surprised eating here the other day for lunch! Our server ( Cebra? ) was very friendly and accommodating, even a little funny! Food was great! We were so hungry we filled up on an appetizer, but regretted not saving more room for our entrees! I recommend the pot pie! *for those concerned... they are doing a great job at accommodating for social distancing.

Had no explanation, just sorry Didn’t remember me calling the first time??? Also said e thinks the order got dropped???? A very pleasant place with really good food and great drinks. Service was really great I would definitely recommend this place. Some of their foods even have two different sizes depending on if you think you can't eat a full portion and they have a good selection of sides.

This is our go to chain restaurant when we have company of various palates. It has a huge selection of the usual American food and then some plus a nice dining atmosphere. Everything that we have had was done well and surprisingly, priced very reasonable. Love their warm croissants that come with a salad order or you can order separate.
