I'm a homeless mother of three kids so Goodwill is pretty much my savior when it comes to affording uniforms clothings necessities backpacks with the kids need as well as for us I recently went to the store and had asked while we were waiting in line had asked if my daughter could use the restroom. I was told the restrooms were locked for the night it was I believe it was about 7 in the evening I asked the woman when do you actually lock your bathroom doors she said I just told you it's locked why are you still standing there what are you standing there for I said ma'am I only asked you a simple question you don't have to be rude I said who is the manager she said I'm the manager my name is Renee you could do whatever you like with it soI walked away from her and stood back in line with my husband and my kids she proceeds to help the next customer without any hesitation without any animosity without any rudeness I am native American I've had problems in this store before when I paid well over $80 for backpacks luggages children's clothes and the management has stopped me with receipt in hand just to make sure that I haven't stolen any things the stores very discriminated against homeless people I understand some homeless do you do a lot of bad things there but to stereotype every person that walks in there with a backpack is not acceptable and the fact that I am native American and homeless makes it doubly irresponsible on their part to treat customers paying customers at that the way they do I give this store a very low rating because it is very disappointing that staff is not helping the situation by ignoring customers questions or belittling any customer that they think does not belong in this store I would like to see that manager Renee suffer repercussions for the way she has treated people in the past and myself it was very uncalled for I do not think Goodwill runs their business like that however their employees need to be retrained or let go if they cannot and will not stand up to the job at hand and be respectful while being in customer service

I love thrifting and re-using clothes rather than buying new ones. However, this Goodwill has locked and does not let you use it's fitting rooms... I mean, how are you supposed to know if you want to buy clothes without trying them on? Really frustrating. I am writing this review in hopes that they change this policy.

They do not allow use of the dressing rooms. Seriously! So I had to put a dress on to try pants and shorts on and just hope the tops I picked will fit. Hope they do because they only allow 7 days to return for store credit only! Staff were nice. Too many employees standing around talking with each other when they could have been earning their pay by organizing the shoes by sizes or maybe going through the clothing tracks and putting sizes where they are supposed to go? The people that were earning their pay were hustling and trying hard to her items correctly placed. If I didn't need the clothes I would have left without buying anything. I probably won't go there again just because I really do like to try things on before I buy them.

I'm disappointed. Goodwill should be a place to find good deals but anything worth buying is overpriced. This is not the way Goodwill is supposed to operate.

I am always visiting goodwill when I have the chance. I hardly ever buy anything brand new anymore. They usually have a great sale on a certain color tag, and the item will only cost a $1 or it will be 50% off.

Don't work here... don't shop here. People here don't know what they doing crack heads outside and inside too. Watch out for the managers they are all evil dirty people, whom only care for themselves and steal from others. Especially shannoon. Watch out for chris and ppl in the call center are rude.Everyone already knows he's part of the kkk. Thats why he come n reeking of alcohol and cigars. They only steal credit for what you have done. Zero stars highly unreccomended and extremely ghetto.

I like this store, there’s always something to grab and they’re always packed with new stuff. Also, the donation drop off is very quick and easy.

One of the worst Goodwills I've ever been to. Most of the staff, you can tell don't want to be there.

Much cleaner than previous visits. Nice new layout. Some sections weren't well stocked, but the book selection made up for it. I bought several books I do not need. 😝

So many clothes but their fitting rooms aren’t open. And if you buy something they don’t give you your money back. Only a store credit. It’s so incredibly frustrating

I doubt the same staff are here anymore, but I used to work here in the winter of 2021. I was 9 months pregnant and needed to work but I often felt staff were not understanding. At times, I felt uncared for, or as if my pregnancy was not taken into consideration.

I like the big parking lot, gives me space to either drop off donations or shop. Nice and friendly staff. Great people here. I support!

It is a big Goodwill, with especially large selection of clothing. Also, some objects etc. on the side. It does have a little stuffy smell, though.

👍👍 Thrift store about a block north of Glendale Ave on N. 7th st. The premises and building is very nice closer to an upscale office building department store quality. They have an excellent selection. I've bought several shirts there for under $5, a nice suit jacket for under $20, well functioning Mr...
