👍👍 Had a wonderful breakfast here. The cashier was incredibly friendly and sincere, making everyone feel at home. This location opened at 5:30 am on the Saturday that I was in Terminal 4. It is located near Gate B9. I got the Ultimate Breakfast Panini with a Late and it was delicious. Best part, there... 8$ for a 7/11 standard cold coffee, I had ordered Machiato. Skip this place and go to Starbucks

Read the reviews. Had some time to use at the airport and the lavender oat milk latte was yum. Friendly staff. Made my day.

I purchase a roasted bagel with cream cheese. They charged $5.25 for it and what they gave me was an old toasted bread, that it was impossible to eat. When I approached to the lady that was behind the counter, she didn’t care. The feeling is be Susie we are at the airport once in a blue moon they can treat customers like this. Unbelievable… you don’t see this in any other airport. HORRIBLE

Super friendly staff. Good coffee too! Refreshing to have that level of service at an airport take and go.

Thank You Sam and Anaya for your kindness and upbeat personalities!!! I purchased a delicious pumpkin muffin and tea one early September morning. Sam and Anaya, maintain your beautiful and joyful souls!!!

I just got a cold brew that is basically water. Worst coffee I’ve ever had…..AND they charged me for cream! Isn’t that usually a staple? $6 with employee discount!l!! Never again

The service was very friendly. The coffee was good. (Reg. Black) I ordered a bagel with egg and bacon. I asked for mayo. They microwaved the bagel with the egg bacon and mayo inside.. what you get is an overheated bagel, melted mayo. And when it cools off it is as hard as rock. Very disappointing.

Food was really good but portion too small. Coffee was average and again very small compared to the price. Good for light snacks maybe but not good if you are hungry..

The breakfast burrito was really good. Best food I have had in an airport.

Definitely worth walking down the terminal for this coffee and breakfast burrito. It feels like you’re in a busy local coffee shop, not in an airport.

A 20 oz coffee and breakfast croissant sandwich cost me $31 without a tip. When I asked for my iced Irish cream mocha, they asked "how many shots" to which I replies "2" thinking they were referring to espresso shots. When I got it, it was so bad I couldn't even drink it. I guess they were referring to syrup for the shots, not the espresso. My wife worked in espresso for years... it is well understood that "shots" is espresso. They charged for two "premium shots" at $4 each on top of the base cost of the 6$ drink! What IS that?! I spent almost $16 on a double "shot" mocha! The sandwich was obviously just a frozen thing that was popped in an oven microwave for 4 minutes. Biggest rip off ever.

Amazing high quality breakfast sandwiches- always accommodate my gluten allergy with care and concern. Friendly staff and good service. Everything you could want for breakfast at airport !

Overpriced. Doesn’t correspond to the picture. Not quality products. My “hot” breakfast croissant was squashed and cold inside and the capuchino was not below average level.

Ordered two breakfast burritos to go. Not at all like picture or description. If you don't have whole wheat tortillas, say so. Slow service. Very small burrito, overpriced and bland. No pepper and salsa was awful. I do not recommend this place. Counter help were friendly and doing their best.

I mean I didn’t eat or drink anything in their menu but the guy who took my order on Aug 19th around 10:54 am was very cute and from my hometown, should’ve asked for his name and number tho. 😩😭

A diamond in the rough! Got an oatmilk latte here that rivals fancy coffee shops I’ve been to in Manhattan. Their veggie wrap was super fresh and delicious. The team is super friendly and welcoming too.

Fast service, personable staff and great coffee! The best sugar free hazelnut latte I've ever had! And the muffin was amazing too. If you're in terminal 4, B Gates it's worth a stop!

Everyone who works there is so friendly it almost catches you off guard when you’re in “airport” mode. Super refreshing interaction and equally as refreshing coffee. :) Thank you guys!

Just had one of the best croissants ever. The service is great, the taste is really good. This place will be a must before boarding here at PHX

It's all been said before, yet, I will reiterate that Tony and his team have mastered the art of customer service. Besides the delicious breakfast burrito I got, I felt respected as a customer; which is unfortunately hard for some of us to come by, even when spending our hard earned money at businesses. Very friendly atmosphere. Best customer service I ever got anywhere. You've earned yourself another regular that will make it a point to stop by anytime I go through phoenix.

Best customer service and coffee ever! Before I even walked up to order, I told my bf “this guys seems like he’s super nice and friendly” and he was!! One of the nicest, most cheerful guy I’ve met ! I don’t remember his name but he was the brother of the owner.

I don’t normally write reviews on Google of all places but this place deserved one. My flight was boarding in like 10 minutes so I needed something easy for food. Was greeted by the nicest cashiers imaginable and got my (great tasting) food less than 5 minutes later. I didn’t even have to mention this place makes it’s own kettle chips. If you’re in the airport for a bit, this should be your first choice for food. Trust me.

Waited 10 minutes for my $9.00 drink. We are in an airport and there is no sense of urgency from the employees. I attempted to inform the person making my drink that I had about 1-2 minutes before they closed my gate and his response was" I don't know what to tell you." Any other response could have been better. Unbelievably rude. Proceeded to move even slower. The gate attendants tried to get my drink after I was on the plane. No drink. No F's given from your employee, $9.00 wasted from me. I will never try to get anything from your company and I will be vocal in advising others the same.

I wanted to grab a quick bite before my flight and I got the Turkey BLT and a vanilla latte. Although the food was absolutely tasty, my 5 stars go to Anaya and Love. They were absolutely amazing and joyful, their energy is so positive and beautiful, it was infectious. I highly advise everyone to stop by at least for a pastry and a drink so they can experience what I did when I visited ❤️ Keep up the great work ladies, you all are amazing ❤️

Coffee I ordered was absolutely scalding. No flavor to it - just heat. Waited 20 minutes before trying it cause it was burning my hands, even through the plastic covering. Even after 20 minutes, it still burned upon tasting. I ultimately waited approximately AN HOUR for it to cool before being able to ingest it and it was STILL extremely hot. I contemplated tossing it out in favour of another venue - but I was mostly looking for caffeine and as far as I could tell, it probably had at least SOME in there. Worst coffee I ever ordered.

Passing through PHX airport and grabbed a glass of vino from The Refuge. Kass, Danielle, Monet, and Luis were all SO SWEET - so personable, relatable, lovely, funny, etc etc. Could’ve stayed to hang for hours if I didn’t have a connecting flight. Wine was great too but that’s besides the point honestly.

Stopped in for a coffee before my flight, Love remembered my coffee from my previous layover, and was the friendliest Barista I’ve ever met. Anaya made my coffee perfectly. This stop turned around my whole day and I am really glad I stopped in!

The friendly staff recommended the lavender latte. I had it iced with oat milk and it was fabulous! Husband tried to steal it. I advise ordering an extra!

Aliah and the staff are beyond awesome. Such authentic, joyful, engaging service and “a damn fine cup o’ coffee.” Took away the dread of flight delays to be able to share a few minutes here.
