I come 3 days a week and it's never too overcrowded. Wish there was more floor space for body work but can't complain too much. Clean locker rooms, nice staff, and it's super affordable.

I’m currently active duty military. Multiple times I’ve reached out to planet fitness trying to cancel my account being that I’m stationed overseas and can’t access of. Every time they’ve continued to charge me on my account saying I have to be in person to cancel my service. I haven’t been to planet fitness in over a year. I have all of my account information as well as my banking information to prove who I am as the owner of the pf account. Still they charge me money month to month because I am not there to cancel my service. Do not purchase planet fitness unless you plan on committing to an account because they also charge you month to month for your account even if you’re not interested in having it. And they don’t refund you any of the money for months you have not used planet fitness. In essence I’m spending money just to spend money.

First off, I love Planet Fitness. Theses gyms are always clean and have a surplus of well maintained equipment. Unfortunately, hours were reduced during COVID and have remained the same. I occasionally follow up and question if hours will ever be extended again but am always informed that hours will remain the same. Went from a 5-star to 0-star location as all of us swing/shift workers have been excluded. I’d reconsider this review if hours are slowly extended back to the original hours of operation.

i dont like this planet fitness the showers are not hot at all i would recommend going to the one in crater lake there showers are hot and they are a lot nicer there , and there workout equipment's are a lot nicer over there too by crater lake .

Dont waste your time and money, the gym has very poor equipmemt, people is standing around with their phones and there s barely 10 machines , impossible to have a workout, plus there are many hidden fees you ll be charged every month a bigger amount without reason . Scam

This place is largely kept clean and has adequate staffing. My only complaint is that for the three months I went to this location there were several drip buckets to collect numerous leaks coming from the overhead plumbing. Also, for at least a month the drinking fountains and bottle refill station was out of order. Though they did provide a refillable water container with disposable cups.

I've been out of town for months dealing with a death in the family and have tried to cancel this membership. I have called and called and they have repeatedly over drawn my bank and given me 2 nsf charges a month. This places cares more about thir money and less about people in general....

They always say they are a "Judgement Free Zone" and the multiple times I have gone in there I can confidently say, yes, yes they are. They have a lot of different workout machines, the tv's offer you entertainment while working out. It's always clean as well.

It's a good place but the staff doesn't help, they are always busy in the computer or doing something else.

So my boyfriend and I got black cards here because they were open late. Now they close so early most nights we can't go. Super disappointed cause that's technically a breach of contract 😒 So i am changing my 3 star rating to 1 if I could give this location 0 stars i would. The the night crew is absolutely horrible the atmosphere since quarentine is atrocious. In the last two weeks both my boyfriend and I were harrased by members and the crew did nothing yet they are happy to tell people actjally working out that they need to stop. Then to top it off they refused to let my boyfriend sign for his younger brother who has been living with us (mind you hes 17) when they let him workout prior. Please stay away yes i understand they are cheap but they are cheap for a reason i suggest spending your money somewhere that they actually care about their members.

Update: After cancelling my membership early on... I came back a week later and have happily been a member for months. As it turns out, the limiting factor in my fitness level isn't having a squat rack; it's actually going to the gym, and this place is conducive to making me want to go. Pros: It's super cheap, and the tanning beds are level 3s (stand-up and lay down options). Those alone are worth the cost of a membership for anyone who goes twice a month... especially if you bring a guest (which you can for free, with the black card). The equipment is fairly new, the gym is cleaner than most, and the staff is all very helpful and friendly. Cons: No squat racks, bench presses, preacher curl station, etc., and a bunch of cheesy stuff written on the walls like "you belong" and "judgement free zone" that make it hard to take the place seriously. They have a ton of TVs, but every single one faces the cardio section (which is the majority of the gym), so there's no way to keep up on football games while getting a Sunday lift in.

Love most of the staff. Wish the stretching area was bigger but not a deal breaker. I've been going for a year and feel comfortable. Wish tanning was longer but can deal. Overall happy when I go!

Still charging full price and they're not offering full services. I dont understand why big businesses keep cutting corners and calling it a covid issue when it has nothing to do with it. Never mind. You're all into taking advantage of people. 👎

I love planet fitness! True to their slogan they are judgment free! Not only is it a place to work out and feel safe emotionally they also enforce COVID safe precautions to make sure members stay healthy. Gotta love the hydromassage beds too😂

The exercise equipment is ok. The staff can be rude and seem to pick who's worthy of a greeting or not. Customer service needs to be a focus. For a no judgement zone it feels awfully judgmental. You can do better planet fitness.

It seems like the best Planet Fitness gyms are always in the towns I least expect! They have a lot of room in the back with mats for stretching and ab workouts which I appreciate

So I joined this gym a few days ago and so far my experience has been great. Staff as warm and welcoming and it never seems overcrowded. It has a great variety of machines..tanning..chair massage. They even provide soap in the shower. My only complaint being..I wish they would open at 5 am every day.

Planet fitness always clean All the clients so far have been doing their part in cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend this place.

I love this place I have been to the North one and the South one and they are both friendly. I guess Planet Fitness only hires friendly people But that's nice. So if you want a affordable place to go try Planet Fitness out.

The gym is okay. They put a lot of effort into making it easy to clean the work out equipment. Everything else is just kind of mid. The reason for the one star view is because they're manipulative sales policy. You can sign up online but you can under no circumstances cancel online or cancel by phone. You have to come in, and I find that very manipulative.

I love my pf! The people that work there are so amazing to get along with and they have always been so nice and they have felt like friends.

The staff at Planet Fitness are outstanding! They obviously don't hate their jobs, always dancing, rocking to the music and genuinely just having a good time...keeps the atmosphere smooth. The app "crowd meter" leaves a bit to be desired as it seems to never move 😆 but whatever...there's enough equipment that if you're patient enough, you'll get to the machines you want. Overall, it's a pretty great gym and I'm glad I joined.

I love this place! It is indeed on the smaller side, and can get crowded pretty quick. However, the employees are very nice and members are very respectful. I’ve had no issues here.

I drive tractor trailer all 48 states. This location is wonderful. Parking along side of building. Room for a couple of trucks. Restaurant and walmart is in walking distance. Right off freeway too! Thanks planet fitness for a great experience!

Simple but high quality place to work out. It's not as good as a fitness club(with a pool, courts, daycare, etc) but it's a lot cheaper than membership at a big facility like that.

TANNING Spoke with a staff member, at the Medford Club, due to State Law, time is reduced to 2 minutes initially. If you were to go 4 times a week, that would be increased to 3 minutes. If you went 4 times a week for 4 weeks in a row, you would now jump to 5 minutes...Really? Takes few minutes for the bulbs to even heat up..Takes 3 minutes to get undressed :)

It's usually a really great place to workout. In the evenings it is so crowded especially this time of year.

I really enjoy this gym very much. There is always equipment available when I am there. The only problem I have had was today. I was scheduled for a water massage table and the person in front of me wouldn't end their session so I ended up having to leave without getting my appointment. I was a bit disappointed that the staff didn't ask the other member to end their session and return so that those is us that were waiting could take our turns. I even mentioned that it was past my time to the staff member and they said they were still waiting for a chair a tag to come back.
