😠 Boba tea was good, but everything else ruined it. We ordered 4 drinks from the kiosk and didn't realize that there was a forced $7.50 tip. Boba tea was good, but everything else ruined it. We ordered 4 drinks from the kiosk and didn't realize that there was a forced $7.50 tip. I went back to the counter and asked, they said they didn't know, then we went to the kiosk and verified that it does charge you a forced tip. I told the girl behind the counter that I wanted the forced tip reversed, and she told me she didn't know how and that there was nobody there that could help. Trash customer service, awful pricing, and super scammy feeling overall.

Two of our four drinks were delicious! The two blended drinks that were good- were amazing!! The other two (both Taro) tasted like blended ice - with absolutely no flavor! My daughter, who LOVES these drinks, asked to go here on her birthday for a treat. But, she ended up only drinking half of it because it was so yucky. We emailed the store and was told to return to the store regarding the problem. Even though the store associate agreed that the 2 drinks must have been made wrong (powder stuck in the bottom of the blender) they were unwilling to refund or replace the drinks. I emailed again, requesting a refund. If I obtain the refund- I’ll change my review. But, at the cost of almost $10 for a beverage- the least they can do is stand behind the quality! Unfortunately, the cost, quality, service, and owner’s response to previous reviews say it all.

Like…it’s good. Is it worth $8/drink? I’ll put it this way: I can get a 3-pack of taro milk tea powder with boba and straws for that much, and it’s pretty good quality, and I don’t have to leave my house. It also feels deceptive to call yourself the urban boba tea house and charge extra FOR boba. Dropping it down to one star for hiding a forced tip into the kiosk orders. These drinks aren’t work $7 each, let alone more than $10! Seriously sketchy. What a disgusting response to legitimate issues. How insulting. And please, you are NO fine dining restaurant. That’s WHY you’re getting one star reviews. I’m not the only one. Edit 7/18/22: For the sake of the owner’s reading comprehension, since they’re really hung up on the fact the drinks I make at home aren’t overpriced or garbage, I ORIGINALLY GAVE YOU THREE STARS. If it weren’t for the flippant attitude of the employees and the incredibly sketchy hidden tips added to kiosk orders, it would have stayed three stars. I don’t see them harassing other one star reviewers, but it’s fine.

They have a unique ambience in the shop but it is little costlier for a boba tea. They have a huge variety and options to customize

Nasty drinks and somehow nastier employees. Read the reviews and read their responses. They don’t care that they’re overcharging. They don’t care that their drinks aren’t worth the cost even BEFORE THE OVERCHARGE. Take a look, they don’t even mention it in their responses. YOUR DRINKS ARE NOT WORTH $10 A POP. The amount of ice alone makes this worth less and a polar pop. If you’re struggling to pay rent in the massive space you have, that’s a YOU problem. Make better drinks, hire better employees, or shut down, your drinks are not good.

Overpriced place that is overhyped. I never had to pay $6 for a tiny cup of iced peach green tea. Yes, it is cheaper at Starbucks. The service here isn't that great either.

I got honey sugar. When I initially received the drink, I was struck by its unusual lightness. As I took my first sip, it felt as though I were sipping on a cloud of whipped cream. To my disappointment, the drink appeared full due to the whipped milk, but it turned out to be only a third of the cup as the actual beverage. At an exorbitant price of $11 for a boba, I found it hard to justify the cost. I barely had a few sips, and the drink was already halfway gone as the foam dissipated. You can even notice the color contrast in the photo - the top being the foam and the bottom revealing the true milk content after the foam settled.

Nice little place in a busy shopping center. Staff was friendly. Boba was good. Shop was busy, even on a weekday night. People walked in to a hugh standing table to play a card game. Others were relaxing and chatting on the sofa. Nice vibe. They have a small shop with stuffies and mugs.

after placing an order on Postmates and not receiving it i went down to the store to resolve the issue. Upon resolving the issue the manager or person in charge was very rude and I was willing to pay for a whole new drink and he did not understand. and continued you yell at me about the previous conversation, i paid for a cookie and a new drink but after being treated like that i wanted a refund. the person at the counter said that she couldn’t give me a refund so i left after spending $40 at this place as i am a regular this was disappointing, and they will never have my business again

I’d complain the drinks were 90% ice, that the wait was egregious for a three ingredient item, that $10 is excessive, that the customer service is lacking, but I don’t wanna get harassed by the owner, who replies to bad reviews with venomous bile, which really says a lot about this company. So instead I’ll just say AVOID.

Too expensive for a bland boba drink and they skimped on the rainbow jelly. Cashier was nice though.

I ordered a peach strawberry green tea with boba which is like 10$. Its like more than 70% cup with ice. Too sugary more icee not at all worth for that price tag.

Pricey for drinks, but they're better than anything I make at home. Love the laid back but clean atmosphere. It's a nice place to stop for a treat. Highly recommend the mangonada

I love it here 2nd time around and this place never fails to make me feel welcome and just lifted my mood overall. Definitely going to come back as my first choice.

There's a lot of variety in the menu. I didn't like the drink that I ordered so they remade me a different one which was really nice of them. They also have board games there, it's a good hang out spot with friends!

We went there today for our first time and i got a signature drink the Milk and Cookies boba which i didn't realize was topped with heavenly cookies and cream ice cream over boba tea. They also sold cute jewelry and boba tea plushies plus room to sit and sip would definitely recommend.😋

Really nice inside. Self serve kiosks for the socially awkward (me). Best watermelon boba on ice with yogurt poppers I’ve ever had in my life.

Tired it for the first time today, guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful! Boba was excellent! They have nice space with lots of seating and a cute little shelf of games to play as well.

Dropped a star due to price. Compared to other Boba shops, this place was $4-5 more. Got a Honey Sugar Milk Tea, it was very sweet and quite good. Wouldn’t go back, or if I do, I’ll go for something simpler and cheaper.

There was a ten minute wait on my order but I didn’t give a heck, I thrive on neglect, I will say however Mason was wonderful and made my experience wonderful!!!

I've always had delicious drinks here. I like that they put the games back out. Just a bit expensive to go more frequently

Our favorite boba spot for years. We even brought my in-laws here who are from the Midwest and had never even heard of boba - but they became quickly obsessed! Taro is my go-to and I love that it’s always smooth, snowy and not over sweet :) Service is quick, too, even on busier days.

To the business: 5 stars on your customer roasting skills... 0 stars for your customer service. I'm not one to tell people how to run their business. How they get their money and spend their life isn't my problem. So my "review" isn't for the owner who I'm sure may reply in some crude way; but rather their customers reading this. To the human being reading this: Treat others how you wanna be treated, instead of spite or pettiness, choose compassion. If you had a problem do you think pettiness can really help solve it in a way that makes sense? Be careful...

10/26/22: excellent Boba for this part of town. I would highly recommend it. The flavors were just right and not over the top. They have a little game area as well. A fun spot for a date or group of friends to hang. There’s also a chill game store next door you do not want to miss. I just wish these places were open longer into the night.

There are great choices on the menu - lots of yummy beverages to choose from. I think it is rather pricey though. There could be more seating at the tea house. I think it's kind of odd to also sell jewelry at the shop, but I guess why not when there is waiting time for the drinks.

I love the boba here! I come here because it’s right by my house but the flavor of the tea is outstanding. I’ve come here a number of times and every time I’m greeted with great customer service! I’ve never had an issue. I enjoy getting their golden milk tea with boba, Thai milk tea with boba, or freshly made smoothies! Highly recommend!
