Courteous and caring service. That's the first thing you notice when you come in and then the food is awesome! You can tell that they care about their customers. Support small & local business.

Food: Been coming here since at least 2015 so I'd say it's been consistently good. I'd recommend it for sure! Anything from ultimate breakfast sandwiches to avocado spread. I normally get Cheddar Jalapeño w Bacon egg and cheese. Service: Some of the most friendly service you can find! Whether it's busy or slow they are always working to give the best service. Price: more than fair. A BEC bagel and coffee will run around 8-9 dollars and they're reward points will knock 5 dollars off every 50. 5/5

Yesterday was my first visit, first bite of their food and today I woke up craving more so I ordered my bagel sandwich via Door Dash. OMG! I am HOOKED on that Nova Lox, sesame seed bagel sandwich. Usually I tell people "I can make one better at home..." but not with this one. Plus the croissants - I was told because ordered for another person with my sandwich - are delicious as well. So I will be back, either in person or online for MORE of their food. The staff were polite and patient with us as well. LOVE this place.

The worst box of bagels I ever purchased 7-18-23 I really wanted this place to be my new spot . Place has 4 stars so I'm sure they must be good other days. Bagels so hard . None have the family could eat them. The service was good, place clean. Just not sure if I came on a off day. I ended throwing all of them away.

As good as it gets in Arizona. Very nice people, owner. Large selection of bagels. All the breakfast sandwiches are very good. LOL, I particularly like the hot dog sandwich. Good coffee. Just a really nice little place. Consistently good, which is hard to find in Arizona.

My husband and I shop at the Fry’s that is right next to Bagel Gourmet and today we decided to stop in for the first time. They have an awesome menu, their prices are very reasonable, and the people who work there are very friendly and kind! We had our 3 year old with us and the gentleman working the counter gave him a free sample of a strawberry smoothie and he loved it! When we got to our car we realized one of our items was missing, and they gave us an extra item for the inconvenience. I have only been into the shop one time, but I can definitely say I would gladly support this small, local business over Einsteins any day.

VOTED BEST BAKERY IN PHOENIX.. HAVE I MENTIONED THAT I LOVE THIS PLACE 🥯 I absolutely love this place so many bagels to choose from so many different cream cheese to choose from all made from scratch...not only do they have bagels but they also have sandwiches and croissants muffins everything's just so good here highly recommend🥰

These are hands down the best bagels I've tasted East of NYC!! I can't believe this place has been right here and I haven't had them since today!? New York style, boiled then baked. So delicious and they have the iconic salt bagel, too! The entire valley needs to try this place. I hope they expand to shops all over the valley. They will be a hit!

Came in for the first time today. I got to meet Ivan, the owner, and his crew. They were all very kind and welcoming. We ordered a couple drink, bagels, and sandwiches. It was all DELICIOUS! The Sonora egg sandwich and the Turkey avocado sandwich were amazing. The vanilla cream cheese on the honey bagel was like dessert. My wife even ordered the Boba Thai Tea that was so good. The environment was clean and friendly. You can tell that they take a lot of pride in the shop. I would definitely recommend this place!

The bagels and cream cheese are seriously sooo amazing. The owner is the kindest guy ever!! He made me the best honey dew smoothie I’ve ever had 😍

I always get the bagel lox sandwich and my husband gets the Sonoran Fiesta. So much better than the bagel chains around. Fast service and fresh bagels

I just placed a door dash order here for 2 everything bagels with Butter and a frappe the bagels themselves although fresh had barely any butter on either Bagel upon calling them to make them aware of the situation they were unwilling to rectify the situation they told me that the butter was absorbed during delivery instead passing the buck to door dash saying I would hafto contact them for a credit. This was a preparation issue not a delivery issue I waa in food service for 20 yrs so I know when food is ill prepared. This waa a blatant blow off. He didn't even check my delivery or my name. I recommend this type of customer service be addressed immediately. This will be my first and last time ordering from Bagel Gourmet!!! Update: after a secondary discussion with the owner I was refunded I sincerely appreciate the owner making the effort to reach out and correct this. Thank you Bagel Gourmet!!

Food is always great and fresh. the staff is always helpful and pleasant. The layout and decorating could use some better flow. If they had whitefish salad onthe menu it would be perfect

Just literally the bomb. I came in Tuesday am and was kind of running late but I wanted to bring bagels & cream cheese to my oncologist’s office to thank them for taking care of me while I am dealing with a cancer diagnosis. I said 2.5 dozen + 3 cream cheese. Just mix & match. Plus I needed a bagel & drinks. The young lady in the front was so sweet & she mentioned that 3 cream cheese may not be enough & she was right. I added 2 more on. The office loved the bagels. Thank you!!! Bagel with cream cheese is one of the few things that don’t make my stomach roil & I am obsessed with their bagels. Thank you!

Everything was excellent! Best bagel breakfast sandwich around, ham & cheese croissant was great! Will definitely be eating here again.

How this place gets the reviews it does is beyond me. I ordered 4 bagels for pick up. 3 blueberry and 1 nova lox. I specifically asked for strawberry cream cheese on the side for the blueberry because it was for co-workers and wouldn’t be eating until later. But it came on there. You can forget retoasting it for later. The strawberry cream cheese looked and tasted so artificial. The color was actually Neapolitan pink! The color alone turned me off. I thought they made gourmet cream cheese? Was looking for specks of strawberry that even Philadelphia cream cheese has… but no. They slapped the cream cheese on there which was hardly a decent portion. The nova lox was ok but it didn’t come with any capers. Capers are key!!! Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Best bagel spot I’ve ever been to. Today was my second time here. The bagels are flavorful and filling, and all of the ingredients in the food are fresh. Even the boba tea was really really good, you can tell the boba was just made today. Better than most boba spots I’ve been too. I am a picky eater, and this is one of my new favorite spots. Bagels AND BOBA?!! Amazing. Also the place is small and quiet and we don’t usually dine in at places but we dine in here. The customer service is also great, everyone has been super kind. Thank you!!!

Fresh delicious bagels made every day. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on a garlic bagel. Wait was about 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced. Garlic was a little over-powering. Will definitely be back to try the others. Superb customer service.

Bagels are fresh, really good. Sonora fiesta sandwich was 5/5 and the coffee was excellent as well. Will definitely come back for breakfast and fresh baked goods

This shop has great food! The breakfast burrito is one of my faves. The staff is always very polite and service is fast. A+
