Was
told
at
the
time
of
pick
up
(when
I
was
already
there)
that
they
would
need
another
hour
with
my
groceries.
Drove
away
and
received
a
text
moments
later
groceries
were
ready.
Confused,
I
called
the
store
to
be
sure
that
wasn't
a
mistake
and
was
told
by
the
woman
who
answered
that
she
couldn't
reach
the
pick
up
department.
I
was
put
on
hold
for
over
20
minutes.
Annoyed,
I
hung
up
and
called
back
only
to
be
literally
hung
up
on.
At
this
point
I
was
so
far
away
that
it
took
me
an
hour
to
get
back
to
the
store
due
to
traffic.
Upon
arrival
I
asked
to
check
my
produce.
This
is
bc
the
last
four
visits
I
have
been
given
expired
produce
with
a
fake
date
on
it
(not
realizing
until
I'm
home).
Of
course,
as
usual,
the
50/50
blend
was
already
going
bad
and
I
tipped
the
pick
up
associate
and
asked
him
to
please
get
me
a
fresh
box,
not
a
rotten
one.
I
was
given
two
options
to
choose
from,
both
already
going
bad.
I
was
also
told
this
was
the
best
they
had.
To
make
matters
worse
I
get
home
to
rotten
cilantro
(see
photo).
I
can
understand
some
moisture
but
there
are
visible
black
spots
everywhere.
Literally
eating
this
would
have
made
me
ill.
I
also
ordered
two
cilantros,
so
you
would
think
one
would
be
fresh-
but
nope.
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
do
not
use
pick
up
to
get
produce
unless
you
want
to
deal
with
this
frustration
and
possibly
get
food
poisoning.
Will
no
longer
be
shopping
at
Fry's
after
20
years
as
it
is
obvious
the
food
quality
(especially
the
produce)
just
isn't
there.
