Our hot air balloon ride was a great experience. Early arrival for the morning flight, then about 30-40 minutes waiting to leave for the launch site. Traveled 20 minutes, then unloaded. loved watching the balloons unload, set up, fill up, and one by one take off. We had a great crew and a smooth, beautiful and peaceful ride. My one negative comment is that we went up in the air, and kind of stayed in the same place. Other balloons were going off in different directions, some went high then low then high, but our pilot Patrick, thought it would be nice to just stay put. I would love to have added some dimension to the ride.

Hopefully you’ll get a lot out of it because I know I did. The entire experience was pleasant from the beginning to the landing to the champagne toast to the checking out process. It’s an incredible and unforgettable way to start the day. The pilot Jesse and staff were engaging, knowledgeable and on point. Wow just wow. It was literally like riding a magic carpet or soaring effortlessly in the sky like an eagle. So gentle, so pure. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Amazing experience! Our pilot was Jon. Very fun guy, lots of jokes and fit right in with our group. The two men who helped with the set up and break down of the balloon and driving us out to the location were also very friendly and fun! I believe Collin was one of them and I sadly can’t remember the other guys name who drove the van but he had a lot of cool facts on the way back to the warehouse. We really enjoyed our time here and we will definitely be back with some of our friends to show them how awesome of a time it was! Great idea for the champagne toast and the snacks at the end and loved the certificate we got!

What an incredible majestic ride. I have no words to explain the beauty and joy of this ride. Our pilot Jon had a great personality and made us laugh throughout the trip. I am so thankful I added this to my bucket list. The flight staff and office team were wonderful as well. I encourage anyone to do it.

From start to finish this was the best experience ever. They really know how to make their guests feel special. The ride was incredible and our pilot Kyle was an expert who dropped us on a five star pinpoint landing, exactly where he said he would land when we were several miles away. Nice champagne toast at the end with juices for the kids. Also had some nice snacks when we got back to the starting point. Highly recommend.

Amazing. Experience. I am afraid of heights, but still had an awesome time! Such a gentle lift and descent with fantastic views!! The memory is totally worth every cent! The hot air balloon experience was incredible. Our pilot Jessie was amazing and the flight was beyond what we could have imagined. No trip to Phoenix is complete without a hot air balloon ride with them.

Jesse & Dante are the best! Their team loaded/unloaded the hot air balloon so quickly. Jesse & Dante’s team worked efficiently & effectively to get us up in the air. There were multiple hot air balloons companies around us who I felt took longer to set up & take off. But since we were up so quickly, it gave us the opportunity to get great photos of the other hot air balloons down low. Jesse was our knowledgeable & funny pilot. I liked that he didn’t feel pressured to talk the entire duration of the ride because it made the ride serene and peaceful. You also get mimosas at the end of the ride!! Everything was amazing, phenomenal, and breathtaking from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend the experience.

This was an experience that I didn't plan for myself but my partner. In my mind I could of went through my whole life and never went on a hot air balloon ride and been perfectly content, but alas it was a dream of hers so I decided to try and make it come true. So I planned it as a surprise and when we arrived the surprise was still intact so I was happy about that. She didn't have any idea. Now on to the ride and how great that was. Well the whole experience took about four hours. It was a thirty minute ride in a van to the destination with the balloon on a trailer in tow, then unloading and inflating the balloons took about an hour. Then fourteen of us got in the basket and then we were off to about 5100 feet; just shy of a mile. Our pilot was Jesse Newcomer and he was outstanding in describing what we were seeing in the surroundings and also how he piloted the balloon. The scenery was a sight to behold. It turns out on this particular day the temperature was warmer higher up then it was 500 feet of the ground. Jesse said the temperature was inverted today but not common as it's usually cooler the higher you get. It was very peaceful and quiet high up in the air just floating around the clouds. The ride was just of an hour which was a little above the average of 45 minutes but it seemed much longer in a good way. The landing was very smooth as well. It took another forty minutes to deflate and pack up the balloon. The last part of the experience, which I personally thought was a nice touch was that everyone gathered in a circle and Jesse said and Irish prayer that was traditional and then we all toasted in the air with mimosas all complimentary and part of the experience. Outstanding if I do say so myself. Then after we were all packed up and ready to go we headed back to the main office and received nice certificates with our names emblazoned on them and the Irish prayer. Last but not least is we saw the sun rise while we were in flight, it was very captivating. The whole experience from beginning to end was awesome and you must do it at least once in life.

This was a gift and fully enjoyed the experience, Patrick the pilot was very good at what he does and knew a lot of info others were asking. There were 18 balloons taking off in the same area and made it for a great time. Everything was well organized and definitely would go again!!!

One of the best experiences of my life. The guide made it all the more memorable. They were so very knowledgeable and experienced. The whole thing went so smoothly. The people with whom we share our balloon ride were so nice. Highly recommended bucket list item for everyone, everyone should go for hot air balloon ride once with these guys. Any age group can do this, whether be it kids or adults. Photos don't even do justice to the whole experience.

Bucket-list birthday adventure I will never forget. Our pilot was Al--Al is the man!!! Best bartender/balloon driver ever 😁. We had an extended experience due to the wind. The ride was great and the company was completely professional. I would absolutely love to use them again in their other location. **Al made these cute "balloons" with the corks from the bubbly and gave them to the 3 of us celebrating things.

We arrived early morning, 4:15 am. We had a great pilot, Patric Stevens, who helped us with what to expect and how to be a good safe rider. Very calming and entertaining at the same time. BEAUTIFUL RIDE. Wonderful scenery, floating along, taking pictures and videos. The sunrise was fantastic. Even the landing, we were prepared for, with a little instruction, though slightly rough was safe. Great experience! Thank you Rainbow Riders of Phoenix.

Very nice and professional services. The whole crew was friendly and the pilot Andy was pretty funny and kept us safe. The ride was alot smoother than I expected and I was high in the sky like a bird. Serve early so you can fill out the paperwork and use the restroom before flying. There is a shuttle van that will take you to the spot to fly from. The balloon fits about 16 people with 4 people per compartment in the basket. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing. It was a little hard for me to climb in because I'm short but I made it in with my husband's help. It's very romantic with breathtaking views. Also, prepare for the landing, it is a little rough but not too bad. I did bang my knees and got slightly bruised but no big deal. I recommend this to anyone that lives or visits AZ. Scratch this off your bucket list today!

Best experience of my life! A year ago, I would have been too timid to do this, as I went by myself. I am so happy that I went through with this, as the experience was truly incredible! If you have the chance to go on a sunrise hot air balloon ride, whether with family and friends or alone, do it! I've never felt so relaxed and free! We had SO much fun. This was the first time either my wife or I had been in a hot air balloon. Everyone was so professional, and yet entertaining at the same time. From the beginning we felt safe and in good hands. The ride was just amazing. We lifted off when it was still dark and were greeted to the most beautiful colorful sunrise. Patrick our pilot was top notch. From his professionalism, funny jokes, and informative notes, he made our ride fantastic. I have always wanted to ride in a balloon, and this ride did not disappoint. We had an awesome sunset flight. Jeff was an amazing pilot. We got up to 7000 ft above sea level. It was beautiful being over the desert! He was a wealth of information. We had mimosas at the end of the flight. The flight was beautiful! It is expensive, but we'll worth every penny! When we got back to the shop, we had more mimosas and snacks!

Words would not do it justice. It is an experience you would have to see for yourself. The prices were wonderful. Our piolit was Patrick, he did a Great job, his humor was just what I needed to relax. The staff was excellent and patient. Many ??from Michigan! Will definitely do again when visiting AZ.

This experience was AMAZING. I thought I was going to be scared since I’m afraid of heights, but I felt totally calm, safe, and at peace. The view was breathtaking & the feeling of floating quietly through the skies was indescribable. Our pilot, Jessie, was phenomenal. He was so knowledgeable and funny and made the experience even better. I would recommend this to anyone. Dress warm though!! Seriously!! I wore 5 layers and 2 pairs of socks & my feet were still cold! But really, 10/10. Such an amazing thing checked off my bucket list. I hope I can come back one day!

This was a great experience. Everything about it went smoothly. From reserving the ride, arriving and checking in, set up of the balloon, boarding, riding, landing and returning back to the office. It was a bucket list item for my mom that got checked off. Could not be happier with the experience, the pilot, the crew or the flight. Will definitely have to return for the balloon festival in October at some point!

The balloon ride and view was amazing! All the staff were great. They were very personable and friendly. Patrick was our pilot and he was very knowledgable about the area and entertaining during the ride. Out of the multiple balloons that went up that morning we were last to get parked but 1 of the first to get in the air. We felt very safe the entire time as they had a systematic approach to the entire process and their equipment was well maintained and of good quality. Will recommend over and over!

Pilots and crew are very professional and knowledgeable. Our pilot Patrick has a great sense of humor (bc he's a pilot ?) I felt very safe the whole ride. The basket is about lower rib cage to chest high and very sturdy. It's warmer in the basket than on the ground so it was very comfortable ride.

We did the sunrise ride and had an excellent experience. Place was easy to find. The company loaded everyone up and took us to the launch area. It was cool to see how the balloon was inflated. We ended up at 5,500ft! What a view and so peaceful.

Just love it !! Had our very first flight with Brooke Owen, and he was very professional and amazing in guiding us through everything!! I completely love it !! I don't know honestly what or how to express how much I enjoyed the ride, but I will do it again for sure!! BTW I did the sunrise flight as we had multiple incidents that we weren't able to ride due to weather and did amazing in communicating that !

Fantastic experience! Views were incredible, the flight was so gentle and landing wasn't bad either. Patrick was a great pilot, very personable and made it fun. Highly recommend scheduling it earlier in your vacation in case it gets cancelled bc of weather issues which they of course have no control of, and unfortunately it didn't get cancelled until the morning of because they don't know the conditions for certain until the day of, fortunately we had more days of our vacation to reschedule to, I'm so glad we got to do this, absolutely worth it!

We took a ride yesterday and we absolutely loved it! Many thanks to our amazing guide Patrick! You are a real professional, it was very interesting and felt super safe to travel with you😀 it was around 10 other balloons that launched that day and ours was the last one, so we had an awesome opportunity to take great pictures! We were also helped by staff to take the pictures of us in the 🧺, which was very nice! I didn’t notice the accurate length of flying time, but it was more than enough! Champagne and juices were served at the end of flight as well as we got different snacks on returning to the office. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and would recommend rainbow ryders to everyone 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing experience to climb to nearly 6000 feet among 6 other balloons on a picture perfect morning. It could hand gone differently if it was not for the expertise of the team with Rainbow Riders. The day before, we got out to the launch site. They found weather cells popping up that were not on radar. Their expertise led them to postpone the flight for safety precautions. I am grateful to them for their ability to see the developing storm and accept that their actions may not meet with favor. I look forward to returning to Phoenix next year and doing another flight

This was the most captivating experience! I was so impressed with how prepared the team was right from the start. There was no dilly-dalling. The knowledgeable crew had everything ready upon arrival. Watching the balloon get set up was an experience itself. Jesse N was such an impressionable guide. Spent the morning of my birthday with Rainbow Ryders. This company is TOP NOTCH! Their communication was consistent, touching base with us regarding the weather and the possibility of canceling due to the wind storms. When we received the green light for our flight, we received another confirmation text. Arriving at the building for check in was smooth. We were immediately greeted, signed our paperwork and waited for other passengers to arrive. We filed into the vans around 6:30am and took a short 10min drive to the launch spit. Our pilot was Jacob and he was very knowledgeable and skilled. The landing was smooth and the crew was on top of it! We had mimosas and celebrated our fun and safe ride. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rainbow Ryders.

Great experience to be up above and see the amazing view phoenix has to offer. The pilot was very knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable. I was with two people who are afraid of heights. Once up in basket and after about 5 mins. The nerves calmed down and they enjoyed the experience.

What a great experience! We went at sunrise. Patrick was the pilot and was terrific - very funny and entertaining. Very smooth take off and landing. The champagne at the end was a nice touch. Fantastic morning with Pilot Al, we absolutely loved every minute!

It was a true adventure! Weather conditions weren't optimal as per our group of pilots conducting the flight. We drive quite a bit to find the right spot and time to take off. We really appreciated the diligence and professionalism of our crew, safety first. The take off takes lots of effort. It is a real process to inflate those giant balloons! But finally we were in the air high in the sky overseeing the entire valley! The pilot and ground assistants were amazing, they work extremely hard to make our experience, One in a Lifetime. Customer service, hospitability, quality assurance delivered were outstanding. I highly recommend choosing this company for a memorable hot air balloon experience.

Last week was a once in a lifetime event when my fiance and I got engaged in the hot air balloon ride with the best pilot and ground crew. Jesse Newcomer (Pilot) and Vincent (ground crew) were fantastic. While I popped the question 5,000 feet in the air Jesse was able to help with the surprise and congratulations. He was very skilled and helped enhanced the experience with pointing out landmarks and various cloud types. I highly recommend Jesse and Vincent you will not be disappointed.

It was a great fun to fly Hot Air Balloon. Scenery was beautiful and staff very competent. I felt safe all the time.

We scheduled this at the last minute and were very pleasantly surprised. Our pilot, Patrick, was professional, courteous and entertaining. We were up before most other balloons at the launch site. We watched a beautiful sunrise from up high above the desert, we flew higher than all other balloons 8000 ft MSL, and we stayed up longer than others (well over an hour and a half). I highly recommend these guys for a fun adventure.

Unbelievably awesome time. Customer service was excellent, our pilot was excellent and my daughter and I just had such a blast flying over the desert. Our flight lasted over an hour, we hit around 7,000 ft in altitude and traveled around 10 miles in distance. We plan on flying again next year when we come back.

An excellent time! We paid the extra to have them pick us up at the resort and it was worth it. We arrived, signed our waivers and loaded up in the van to the take off spot. The crew was phenomenal- fun and friendly. They took us (16 riders all together) for an hour ride- our pilot Brooke was friendly, funny and informative. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

This was freaking amazing from beginning to end. The team was professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Our guide, Jon, was awesome. He answered all our questions and was very funny. The whole experience is about two hours. They get you from check in to launch very efficiently and then you get to watch them get the balloon up and going. After that you load up in the basket which is the most challenging part [you gotta climb up and monkey over into it]. The sights are breathtaking as was the sunrise. Once you land they share the history of ballooning and pop a bottle of bubbly. Then they drive you back to your car and you get a certificate plus a light snack. This is a bit more expensive but well worth it.

Captain John was a fantastic pilot. We had a great time! The ride out to the balloon loading area was kind of bumpy. We thought we were in an episode of breaking bad but overall turned out to be a fun experience for the family.
