My 2 year old son loves this park. Lots of room to run in the field, a little play area for small kids and a bigger one that he also likes to go in. Many swings and a restroom. When I've gone in the morning I notice that the park is being maintained well vecuae someone's has been there cleaning and checking on things. Also a nice walkway area I think it's a loop, a basket ball court and tennis court. A few covered picnic tables too alone the walk.

This park has so much to offer! Even if you don't live close by it's worth the trip to visit this park! There were up to four people grilling this day and it smelled wonderful! Great for family get togethers or for the kids to play at the basketball court, sings, playground, ant hill in sand, or bridge to ride bikes. There's plenty of walking paths and restrooms with water fountains. We always have a great time and keep coming back!

Fun and busy spot. Good playground options for kids of all sizes, big field area and some courts for games, and a bike path that connects around it!

Very nice park. Has very clean facilities, to different playgrounds for different age groups, because Zibo is, tennis courts, badminton courts, covered bridges and large fields for sports like soccer

Moon Valley Park is one of the good Parks here in north Phoenix. This public park has 2 tennis courts, 1 basketball court, 1 volleyball court, play area, sand area, and separate dog park.

Daughter loves this playground and its one of my favorites too. The slides are cool, the giant bridge, the bugs carved into the cement, the bug statues buried in the sand, the huge grassy area, and the apps that we can download to play games while there are all so cool..theres still more i havent even mentioned..just a great playground all around

Wow this is a great park, it's a beautiful little walk around the park and play grounds for kids, good shady trees and other things to do and see. Great for families and it' s clean full of vegetation and the grass is full and lush. Walk your dog, exercise and have fun with your family.

Fun park with lots of room to run and places to walk ans explore. The wash is neat spot usually go I'm there with my 7yr old just to make sure it's safe. Tho as a kid I would have been down there with no parents and other kids. Place to walk after school easier to pick up there than at school. Great place

It's a community park well suited for younger kids. Best for 6 and under for the jungle gyms. Lots of open space if you want to play soccer, frisbee, football, etc. Not super busy.

What a great Park. The first thing I noticed was it wasn't taken over by homeless people and I didn't see people doing drugs. A well-kept park where you can just go sit on a bench and relax and enjoy the day. Beautiful Park.

Moon Valley Park is a hidden gem for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The park offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. With its well-maintained trails, lush greenery, and beautiful scenery, it's an ideal spot for hiking, picnics, or simply enjoying a peaceful day in nature. The park is family-friendly, with playgrounds and open spaces for kids to run and play. Overall, Moon Valley Park is a tranquil oasis that provides a welcome break from the urban environment.

Love this park - well maintained and lots of green grass and shade for my pup! Have been coming to this park for a long time. The only thing that would make it better is to add a fenced in dog park. 🐕 I'm sure the community (including myself) would donate to make it happen 🥳

  • 5/5 Amanda D. 8 months ago on Google
Public restroom, huge grassy area, basketball court, and a walking path which leads over a small bridge and around a wash(which is usually dry) but beautiful when it rains- it's like a creek when the water rushes over the rocks. Great park.

They have a great sand spot with water that my kids love to play in and get messy! Be warned though, there's no shade there, but there is some over the play equipment. Lots of climbing structures too.

  • 4/5 Angela E. 1 year ago on Google
We absolutely love this park! There is tons of space to play, multiple playsets, tennis courts, basketball courts, as well as a fitness track that surrounds the entire area. It also has a closed off parking lot which makes it easier to see who is coming and going since there is only one entrance and exit. There are also bathrooms but they are not always the best.

I just don't know about the organization that takes place at the park. There's this one leader that just proclaims it being owned by these rascals those three little rascals .. .

  • 5/5 Randall R. 10 months ago on Google
Located in a very nice neighborhood with all of the features that adults, children, and pets love, this park is a real treasure. The bathrooms are adjacent to the main activity areas for the playground and ball courts, all of which are surrounded by lush grass, desert trees, bbq pavilions and separated from the soccer field by a tree lined desert wash that you can cross over on a truly artistic pedestrian bridge. Entrance and main parking is located on the Southwest side of the wash - use Coral Gables.

Just encountered some rough attitude but nothing unsafe. Beautiful park is busy directly after school as it’s between a couple 😁

It's got everything you can expect from a park in Arizona. It's got slides and swings and lots of kids playground stuff. In addition it has a pretty neat walking bridge and some decent walking paths around the area with some workout stations. In addition it has tennis courts and bathrooms. Plenty of parking spaces. When I was there it was mid morning and there wasn't a lot of people.

My kids love this park! It's always clean and we just love how it's not crazy packed! Calm and peaceful setting. We always feel safe here!

Great park. Great to walk in that bridge. Open gym items were there. Good play area for kids. Tennis and basketball courts were there Restrooms were closed for work when we visited for last 2weeks.

Having moved to a desert landscaped home several years ago, we really appreciated all the grassy areas and benchs. we were able to throw down a blanket and relax under a tree 🌳 our dog 🐕 loved all the walking. I do wish there was a fenced in area where we could run with our dog off the leash, maybe play Frisby with him.

I was at the park yesterday from 7 am to 9 am. The restrooms were locked and the water foutains didn't work. It was 113 degrees in Phoenix yesterday and 95 degrees when we left. There were city employees on site yesterday so it is even more disappointing. Other than that, the park appears clean and well kept.

Very nice park with a scenic path that cuts across a wash. Fun bridge to cross too.

  • 4/5 Saturn H. 3 years ago on Google
It doesn't have a lot of area in the park itself, but it has a wash that sits it and is perfect for picnics and just hanging out. Great basketball court and tennis court.

  • 5/5 Jose F. 3 years ago on Google
It's an amazing place to go whether if you want to enjoy some time on the volleyball court or play some tennis on the tennis courts as well as basketball . The park is also dog friendly and has a large terrain great for early walks.

Bathroom is always clean, but no soap. Playground equipment is well maintained. Good sidewalks for walking, and quite a few picnic tables.

  • 5/5 Christopher V. 4 years ago on Google
This is a great park with three levels of playground areas for everyone to enjoy. There's a cool bridge that looks like a grasshopper that connects the playground portion to the open field portion. We'll be returning.

  • 5/5 Kerry R. 4 years ago on Google
This is a nice neighborhood park. They recently re-did the playground area with more play areas and more covered, shade areas. The park is divided into the two parts. One has the swings, basketball, volleyball, playground, parking, and restrooms. The other part is open areas used as soccer fields, picnic, and running loop. These two areas are divided by a wash.

Nice clean area to walk my dogs... Love the bridge here!

  • 5/5 Amy P. 4 years ago on Google
This is a great park! The playground equipment is well maintained as are the exercise stations around the park. It has both wood chips and sand, and the bridge there is very exciting when you are a toddler. The playground is not fenced in so kids who are prone to wandering need a little more monitoring, but it is still a fun place today.
