We were in town for the Havasu Half / 5K, plus also celebrating my daughter's birthday. The hotel common areas, pool, and also our room, were all very clean and fresh. We also loved how close we were to the bridge and the walking paths along the river. Breakfast was also great! Many items to choose from and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff was also extremely helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was very clean. Excellent location, you are within walking distance to the lake and London Bridge. The bed and pillows were perfect. All of the staff were very professional but friendly. I must say that at the front desk Sheila and Emily went out of their way to make our stay perfect. If you plan on coming to Lake Havasu and staying overnight, I would highly recommend you stay here.

Nice, newer Holiday Inn, in great proximity to The London Bridge. Suggest booking a room facing the bridge. You will have a great view. This hotel has the usual amenities: Outdoor pool, fitness, Laundry, conference room, business center and convenience store. The staff seemed nice. We had an issue with our television in our room and they came up and fixed it.

08/06/2022 For two days (8/3-5/2022) our employer put us up in this beautiful resort. Sadly, the pool was not in service. The Inn is located a walk away from the London Bridge and boardwalk. The hotel is centered around numerous stores and eating establishments. The lobby has comfortable seating and houses a business working station for computer and business work. The dining area was kept immaculately clean. Decent size brightly lit with comfortable seating. There is an outside eating section facing the boardwalk. Complimentary breakfast was provided each morning with a variety of freshly served delicious choices. The self-serve buffet area was beautifully set up and arranged. The entire dining area remained fully stocked and sparkly clean with each visit. Shout out to the lovely ladies running the kitchen and buffet. The room was clean spacious and had the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay (microwave, coffee with maker, mini refrigerator etc.). The two queen size beds and bedding were fresh and comfortable. Large TV screen with lots of channels to view. The bathroom has a plus size shower and complimentary toiletries. The water, mountains and beautiful landscape was the view from the window. Friendly safety suggestion: The slippery shower floor could really use non-slip strips to avoid slip and falls while washing. Every employee I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone enjoyed their visit. Me and my family have added this Holiday Inn to our favorite’s list. We will be visiting often.

Perfect place if your staying in Lake Havasu area. We went to visit the Desert Bar and we spend the night here. Hotel is very clean, brand new and friendly staff. We were given a room with a view looking at the London Bridge. It is a walking distance to the local restaurants and shops. We really enjoy our stay. We normally don't eat the free breakfast but the area looks very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Rooms were clean and spacious, definitely enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well as the pool. What sold me this location was the fact that the London Bridge was in walking distance. Nice little adventures as well as being surrounded by places to eat. Definitely coming back and definitely recommend.

We stayed at this hotel last Friday night. Staff was great! Professional and friendly. We paid a little extra to get a room with the London Bridge view. While the drawback is no patio/balcony, the view was really nice. The room was a nice size and clean; bed was comfortable, and bathroom was nicely stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Air conditioner worked great! Breakfast was included which was pretty good. I got a kick out of the pancake machine! Ha! We booked this room at the last minute and I must say, we really enjoyed our stay! And thank you for the military discount, much appreciated! :)

Clean and quiet when I was there. Great view of London Bridge from my room. It was lit up at night for Christmas. Right on the water. Took a nice evening stroll along the shore under the bridge and back. Only got to stay one night wish it were a couple more.

What a great stay we had. The staff is so accommodating and polite. We had a room overlooking the river and the London Tower with beautiful skies at sunrise and sunset. The self service breakfast was great with choices of french toast, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cold cereals, toast, bagels, yogurts, juices , milk and coffee. Everything was fresh and like the entire hotel very clean. It was a wonderful stay. ( I must do a shout out to Carlos who came in on his day off and fixed our tv.).

We had a room on the 4th floor facing the bridge. It was really a great view, especially at night with the Christmas lights in the village and on the bridge. Check in at 3, very clean hallways and room. Bed was really comfortable. I've stayed in various hotels in Havasu since the 70's, the majority of which are way past their prime, and this was worth it. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Employees were friendly as well...had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Notable perks included the Dove brand toiletries, the breakfast and the location. There really wasn't anything we didn't like, and we have already said that we will consider Holiday Inn again for our next vacation.

The suite wasn’t too sweet for the cost. The shower wouldn’t work but there were no other rooms available to move into so that was extremely frustrating. The pool was smaller than anticipated. The front desk ran out of clean towels. The biggest advantage was being near things to do in the area.

Stayed here twice. First when I blew through town in my way to California, and the second time when I came back. Both times were good, but the second time I didn't have a reservation and they very quickly got me into a room. The rooms are clean and look nice. The beds are comfortable, if a bit stiff. Furniture is in good condition, but some of the light bulbs need to be replaced. The location is excellent. It's right next to the London Bridge, and there are remarkable restaurants right outside the hotel. The staff are fantastic and helpful. This is a great place to stay.

Clean, new rooms and high ceilings. Staff was accommodating and kind. We brought our 3 week old baby and at check-in a staff member actually offered to provide a pack and play for her. We got a room right off the lobby and it was actually very quiet all night. The free breakfast was quite varied. Cereal, hot items like omelettes and mini cinnamon rolls, juices, and plenty of coffee. Very happy with our entire stay! Highly recommend for convenience of access to the lovely Lake Havasu Village and the cost!

Excluding the person who checked me in, the staff projected a sincere desire to help and please their guests. A special shout out to Front Desk Person Bobbi B and her Manager. Long story short, two guests near my room were consistently out of control since 6:30 pm and ultimately resulted with two calls to the police for assistance. Bobbi B, her manager and myself had to combine our life’s experiences of professionalism to keep the situation from escalating. Bobbi B and Shelia apologized to me for the bad experience in the morning at Breakfast. Speaking of Breakfast, it was excellent with many choices once again! They had good Biscuits and Gravy (pictured). The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was properly heated!

Great hotel, perfect location at the London Bridge. Pool is very good. All the employees were very nice. It's a perfect family hotel for a family vacation. The only thing that we did not like, was the lack of cold water in the shower and sink; it appears to be a problem out of the hotel control, and has to be with the fact of the inlet water pipes being too shallow underground, and in the middle of the summer and at 110+ degrees, is understandable. Hotel is clean, included breakfast great. Will be back again.

I did my research before I made the reservation. This is one of the best hotels in Lake Havasu area. The hotel is extremely close to the visitor center and other activities (such as the dock for different boat tours). I am platinum member of IHG, and I got the top floor with London bridge view (awesome). The breakfast is really great, offers a variety of food that meets not only ours but also our two small kid’s needs. The hotel is pretty new. Our room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. My husband and son did also try the hotel pool, it was great. Overall, we were happy with our stay and will be back again in a year or two when the kids are older and we want to stay on the lake for more days!
