This
clinic
DOESN’T
care
if
your
important
prescriptions
run
out
and
you
need
them
refilled
to
prevent
a
serious
health
issue.
They
will
take
their
time
getting
back
to
you,
if
at
all.
They
will
ignore
your
portal
messages
or
take
weeks
to
respond,
again,
if
at
all.
There
are
much
better
clinics
out
there
-
don’t
waste
your
time
here.
I
just
cancelled
any
future
appointments
with
this
clinic
and
have
now
found
a
new
provider.
First,
the
positives
regarding
this
clinic
which
I
always
found
to
be
consistent:
Friendly,
courteous,
&
helpful
staff,
short
waiting
room
times
(but
long
exam
room
waiting
times),
and
clean.
However,
the
few
positives
weren’t
enough
to
outweigh
all
of
the
negatives.
The
most
recent
situation
was
the
last
straw
for
me.
Long
story
short,
tried
to
have
a
couple
of
prescriptions
filled
at
the
pharmacy,
one
of
them
a
BP
med.
I’m
waiting
days,
and
then
the
pharm
tells
me
they
sent
a
couple
of
requests
to
Banner,
but
haven’t
received
a
response.
I
call
Banner
and
they
tell
me
they
didn’t
receive
anything
(which
has
never
happened
before)
and
they’d
forward
my
message
high
priority.
Soon,
I
get
a
portal
message
stating
that
I
need
to
verify
one
of
the
meds
in
order
for
them
to
proceed.
I
reply
with
verification
and
get
no
response.
A
couple
of
more
days
go
by,
meanwhile
my
BP
is
increasing.
So,
I
call
the
clinic
again
and
I’m
told
they
won’t
refill
anything
unless
I
make
another
appointment!
What?!
I’m
within
the
timeframe
of
my
last
exam.
That
had
never
happened
to
me
before,
ever,
with
my
usual
provider,
but
they
are
out
on
leave
and
so
I
guess
patients
get
ignored
and
have
prescriptions
held
over
their
heads
until
they
make
more
appointments.
Well,
that
move
backfired
because
they
lost
another
unhappy
patient
and
get
no
$$
in
their
wallet.
I
made
a
priority
appt.
within
24
hrs.
with
a
new,
highly
recommended
provider,
so
I’m
good.
Negatives
I’ve
noted
with
this
clinic:
Providers
can
be
insensitive,
ignore
and/or
not
really
listen
or
research/offer
alternatives
to
care
if
the
patient
would
like
to
make
a
change
or
adjustment.
Long
wait
times
in
exam
rooms.
Prescription
refills
will
be
delayed,
ignored,
or
discontinued
without
warning
or
any
communication
(even
if
abiding
by
timeframe
of
necessary
follow-ups/check-ups/exams,
etc.).
