Holiday Inns are a very standardized product and so my rating is exclusively based on the staff and maintenance. The front desk staff is very, very good. I wouldn't be shocked if they are poached in the near future by someone willing to pay them more. The maintenance is also very good at this location. I am uncertain if the place is newly remodeled but the carpets and wallpaper are all in good shape. The bathroom is very clean and the drain empties well.

Highly recommend. We had to leave another hotel we had booked for 4 days because we discovered bed bugs after first day. (Extended stay America, don't stay there) They said they would refund us but that could take 3-5 business days. So as a result almost all of our credit card balance was tied up in that fiasco. Called here and explained our plight to Tommy at the front desk and he was able to get us a couple discounts to get us a room on short notice for the night with the remaining balance we had left on our credit card. Super helpful, super nice. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We definitely will be coming here when in the area from now on. Highly recommend and Tommy was a rockstar to help us out and save us a three hour drive home in the dark. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I'm gonna stay here every time I come to Mesa! The breakfast was AMAZING, we were so full and happy by the end of it! Everything was very clean and new looking, the bed was comfy (and I'm picky about my mattresses) with great pillows. Zero complaints. I would come just for the breakfast, but really the whole thing was amazing. For an averaged priced hotel, you're really getting the experience of a fancy hotel.

Very happy with our choice. Hotel is Clean. Staff is very nice. Breakfast was good and included egg white omelets which was impressive. The pancake machine is good too. Coffee is decent and there is non-fat Chobani yoghurt which is a nice plus. We used the gym and pool and found both well stocked and fun. Room is tight for 4 people, but I expected that. I recommend staying at the connected Staybridge if you need more space.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, location is convenient. The gym is also quite nice- large, well-maintained, with a good selection of equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Holiday Inn Express has the pump containers with Dove toiletries and all of the containers were full (having empty shampoo or lotion is a pet peeve of mine). The room also had excellent blackout shades- the best I’ve seen in a hotel room. Practically no light made it through on the edges. Literally the only thing I would suggest for improvement is to have mini-fridges with a freezer. While the fridge was large for a mini-fridge, it did not have a freezer. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommend!

This location has a very nice and unique layout. My room was so nice with two big windows, great lighting, a comfortable bed, and extremely clean. The pool area is so beautiful and large. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I always stay at Holiday Inn Express and this one is my favorite location.

The staff is very nice and professional. I turned down my bed and found crumbs in it. The clerk immediately got me moved to another room. The manager had a problem with me making a complaint about it and was disrespectful, rude and didn't want to listen to me. The breakfast was good. Overall the hotel was nice.

Great place to stay. We were all please with the rooms and cleanliness. Breakfast was huge with all sorts of options. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. And our suite was good for our family to gather and talk. Defiantly will stay here if I’m even back in the area.

My family stayed here all week for their vacation. Very clean and quiet hotel, right off the main highway. Close to a large grocery store and a variety of fast food options. The staff were always friendly and greeted us every time we walked in the entrance. Kudos to Shannon for helping us out at breakfast. Overall my family was very happy about their stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast had a decent variety of options, the pool was very big and heated. It is a little ways out from Phoenix but the highways are easy to navigate and the traffic was never bad. We will definitely be staying here anytime we visit Phoenix.

This hotel is great on all fronts. Stayed for three nights here and I usually have something to gripe about but nothing here. Hotel has fast cable elevators and two of them to boot. Nice walk-in shower with a functional shower head, quiet HVAC with manual fan option so I don't have to listen to it start / stop all night. Great place to stay.

We were in town for a wedding and loved our stay here. Our flight got delayed, we ended up with a late check in and the night clerk Ahanti, went the extra mile in explaining where our room was. It was a nice little service from staff who knew the quirks of their hotel. It was also wonderful to find our room had an iron and ironing board. Also, the beds are wonderful! I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in years, but our stay here will have me seeking them out again.

The room is great. Clean. Well stocked. There is a desk that if you pull the bench over to it can be used as a dinning table. lots of room and well designed. Modern.They have regular sized dove bathroom products shampoo, conditioner etc. I loved that because those little bottles are never enough for a family. There is a good sized fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room too! There is free tea and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Also a little store to get snacks and essentials. Breakfast was phenomenal. And they rotate a couple things daily. There are fruit, yogurt, bagels, breads, cereal, juices, omelets one cheese and one egg white. Turkey sausage...(yesterday they had bacon and scrambled eggs), biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, boiled eggs, pancakes And of course coffee tea and milk And Cinnamon rolls! And It was included in our room price! And clean! There was a nice lady wiping things down the entire time.

Very clean and friendly staff. Their breakfast was better than most hotels that offer complimentary breakfast. I feel like I got a lot of value for my money.

They are Always very courteous and polite. I am a cancer patient at MD Anderson so it’s real close I can walk in a few minutes their prices are way better than the other two close ones and the service exceeds the others as well & they allow dogs
