Fast service, they arrived within 15 minutes of my call being locked out. I tried to jimmy the lock myself (unsuccessfully) and they repaired my door and gave me additional keys with very reasonable rates. Great customer service, highly recommend!

If I had not recently watched a documentary about locksmiths they would have taken me for 200$ to unlock a basic af 1997 car. They/website says as low as 48$ but when they get there all of a sudden the price jumps. The person you talk to more than likely is just a call center person. Does not live in your town! Be careful, be knowledgeable.

My wife locked the keys in the car agian. Lol I love her very much, We had no problems with this company, we have only had 1 interaction with this company but nothing bad. Guy showed up in his personal car with his little 5 yr old daughter and popped our door open for us in less than 5 mins. He wasn't rude or drunk or acting dumb in anyway. Never glanced at my wife's butt or anything. Just a good guy doing his job trying to make ends meet like the rest of us

Excellent service! I have a 2010 HHR that was inherited from my grandfather, we only had 1 key and my 2 year old son ran off with it never to be seen again. Believing I would have a long and complicated week ahead of me having to go through the dealership for a replacement I decided to give Pop A Lock a shot. Our technician Mendel came out at 9pm on labor day and did a fantastic job, in less than 45 min I had 2 complete keys and a spare for the door. He was courteous and professional, I would recommend their service to anyone else in the future, that kind you so much for the help!

Brian was genuine and a great guy. Got my ignition tumbler fixed and the job was done very well. I've always been skeptical about locksmiths due to some shady tactics in this business but didn't get that feeling at all with Pop a lock.

Mendel was incredible. Came out to help at 12 am when i called another company in the area to check prices. They quoted 85+ and when they showed up they requested 500$. I called pop-a-lock and they quoted an exact 175$ and Mendel did a phenomenal job so quickly. I would recommend choosing them as a first choice.

Picture this open house with people stacking up behind one and other like a Phoenix rush hour before covid. Only to find out the the front door doesn't lock or close. A fast Google search and we found Pop-A-Lock. Caleb was sent out to help and not only did he get the lock working to a point where it would be acceptable. He was professional exceptionally clean and took care in the work he did. If I ever have a lock need again I will call them first.

They were very nice and understanding! When I didn't need their service after all.. They were going to come to the house to help unlock my van..yes!!! I would call them again if ever I need the unlock .

Tried calling multiple times to get a quote for a Ford Taurus key fob replacement. Guy named Eric quote us $125 for the key fob and programming, but stated that would not fix my issue as I had a different alarm system and I would need to take it to a dealership. Explained to him that without the key fob I would not be able to drive my car, because when I lost it is when my engine would not start up, even though I had the key. He kept arguing with me saying that he had been doing this for a long time and knew what he was talking about. Ended up going with a different locksmith who was super kind and got the job done in about 15 minutes when he arrived. Obviously these people do not know what they are talking about and I would never even consider them if I ever run into this issue again.

Woke up to head to work one morning and realized that I accidentally locked the keys inside of my 1999 Honda Prelude. I tried for over an hour to get them out myself, and after researching online I learned that my Prelude was particularly difficult to open up from the outside. I called Pop-A-Lock expecting to wait hours for somebody to come help me out, and to have my door weather stripping all torn apart. They arrived very quickly, and unlocked my door without needing to use a slim jim. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again next time I need locksmith services.

I thought I had locked my keys in my car, I gave Pop-A-Lock a call and they came within half an hour, opened my car door, just to find that my keys were not in my car. They were very nice and professional they made me another car key since I did not have an extra. Would recommend to anyone.

Fred Siders was amazing!!! He came to our house very quickly and opened our door for us right away. He was very kind and funny! My husband locked us out a second time and he helped us out again and made another key to prevent it happening a third time!!! Would definitely use again (not anytime soon hopefully)!

I accidentally locked my little dog in my car today and the man who came was not judgmental and fast. He opened my car and i was able to get her out safely. Pop a lock didn't charge me cuz my dog was in there and were so kind. An answer to my prayers on that morning. Thank God!

Your calling a dispatcher who has no idea when the person will show up nor how much they’llcharge you. It’s outsourced to a different company. My receipt has a lower cost scratched out and the highest price he figured I could afford charged. Theives taking advantage of the situation
