Lol, unprofessional rude people on the drive thru, yelling at people and refused to prepare cheese bagel they will give you the sandwich apart and you prepare it by yourself, lol really funny

This place ...customer service is okay, but prices are higher than some downtown locations. A simple wake up wrap a buck maybe a buck and a half. Here they charge $2.69 and yr basically getting a flour tortilla shell with 2 half PC. of bacon and a sprinkle of cheese. No egg so that couldn't be it. I asked for extra bacon and cheese. Paid 2.00 more in addition to the 2.69. and basically received the same thing with some added cheese. I'll drive out of my way, but won't be stopping here again.

Twice they have given me regular coffee instead of decaf coffee. Caffeine causes me serious cardiac problems. Caffeine negative effects on the medication I take. Dunkin staff thinks it's okay to switch regular blend for decaf.. AND ITS NOT, ITS DANGEROUS!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Coffee $5.89 Boston cream almost $2. Not fresh

I received the most watered down iced coffee. I thought it was tea at first, but it's just a really bad coffee. First and last time visiting this Dunkin

Fast service with just 1 person working. My drink was good and it was mostly what I ordered meaning the coffee bits were correct but it looked nothing like the picture. No whipped cream or Carmel. It's possible they were out and I could have said something but i didn't have time and wasn't looking for conflict. I also realized being under staffed he didn't need the extra stress. He was doing the best with what he could.

Overcharged, gave me the wrong thing and then made me pay again and refused to refund the extra coffee. This place sucks.

I will add to this horrible Duncan location. The manager told me they do not do refills but he didn't know why other than the prices have gone up for coffee. He pointed me to assign that stated they do not do refills to keep people safe. I got a couple of doughnuts in the manager while bagging them used tissue to get them but no gloves. Then left the tissue in the bag. Coffee tastes old. Everything is way overpriced. Dunkin donuts should do something about this location

I am a door Dasher from South bend, Indiana. I once was asked to pick up from this location which Google shows is near me but is in fact 73 miles away. Please fix this so people can get donuts delivered in a timely manner!!

Stopped on 8/21/2023 There two women working not one person in line but us. We had to call for help after waiting quite awhile. Then after we got our food had to call for them to give us napkins. Very poor service!!!

The only good thing is it’s timing. It open 24 hours. The bagel was old and they mast up the order and give me strawberry cream cheese with everything bagel but I ordered veggie cream cheese.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been in. Donut Munchies were at least one day old and totally stale. Coffee tasted like it had no flavoring put in it even though I asked for extra. Staff was some of the rudest people I have ever met. I get they were busy but still not an excuse.

Donuts and coffee are NEVER FRESH. Do not waste your time and money here.

We ordered two donuts, bacon sandwich, egg white bites, bagel bites, coffee and chai tea. The donuts are not good!!! We went up to the counter and the manager told us they don’t make the donuts there, they are delivered and not good! Apparently they get this complaint a lot. The service was amazing! They were so nice to us and the hot food they made us was delicious- the donuts NOT GOOD! The people were super nice though not their fault.

I repeated my order, a medium hot mocha, THREE TIMES, but they didn't speak enough English to even understand what I was saying. They ended up giving me just a black coffee, which is not what I ordered, but I was in a hurry so I had to take it. You'd think that being one of the most popular coffee chains, along with being in an incredibly high traffic area, they would hire people who understood the language their customers speak.

By far the worst dunkin. Don't go there!!

Most Dishonest people I asked I need decaf coffee and the lady gave regular coffee Iam very sensitive of caffeine and she knowingly gave regular coffee because she didn’t want to make fresh decaf coffee I will never trust this this location in south holland Illinois oasis It is 2:15am and I can’t fall on sleep and my heart beating fast

Ordered a medium iced latte, oat milk, 1 pump of Carmel and an extra shot. Lady said $11.18!!!! WTH I said why is it so much? She said extra for oat which is fine even though it’s the worst brand of oat milk. Which is that Silk brand. $1 dollar for 1 pump of Carmel which is ridiculous $2.50 for an extra shot of espresso which is also ridiculous. I pay $7-$8 for premium organic coffee in the city for a Quad expresso Why is Dunkin Donuts charging this much for below average coffee?? SMH Do better Dunkin’ do better. Was going to give 1 star but I’ll give 2 since I grew up on Dunkin’ and still enjoy certain things from there. But honestly I think the owners of the location are crooks.

Well overpriced. I know prices gos up but $6 for the coffee?? When across is $4 for the same in McDonald's.

Snackin bacon was raw, donut was dry and grilled cheese was only toasted at 1 slice of bread and that wad barely toasted

8:30 pm they are telling me that they can only serve ice latte because they are closed when they actually close at 9 pm. Funny how every time I go to a dunkin and the person at the counter is indian they always know what is best for you or they are missing this or that. Everything time!

This is an excellent Dunkin location! Bagels were fresh, coffee was strong! Only one girl working this am but she was prompt and precise. Definitely recommend this location!

I came here and ordered my usual coconut milk latte, it came out horrible but I figured it was just a fluke. I came back the next day and ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it was made a sausage sandwich. Please hire workers who know how to do their job! I would highly recommend passing this Dunkin’ and trying a different exit.

Very nice lady working alone very good food and worked hard to make everything efficiently. Coffee was a bit strong and there was a line so our bagels didn’t have cream cheese on them but provided with. Understand why she had to do that for time.
