    We had a bad experience when we arrived, we asked about the furniture we wanted and no, they gave us more options, they said we would wait and we waited a long time while they started talking to each other and on the phone and no one bothered to ask if we were looking for something type of furniture apparently they did not care about the customers I did not like it at all did not recommend it to anyone it is super bad service

    This place is overpriced compared with competitors. I was hoping for better quality goods for a store that is in a mall. Electronics for example, you are better off going to Best Buy when they have their deals. I noticed quite a few off brand and low quality electronics. Some of the pricing was higher than Best Buy. The furniture was comparable to Big Lots, but Big Lots furniture seems like better quality. It was nice from a far, but once you sat on it, it was like sitting on a board. If you like firm sofas, then maybe this will work. I can't justify the lack of quality, with the price. I recommend shopping around before purchasing Electronics or Furniture from here.

    Went into the store to look for some end tables and some plant vases. A women named Paola Limas helped me and she was just wonderful. Took her time showing me different options giving so many ideas. She took her time in ensuring I was happy with what I was purchasing! I will definitely be going back to this location all because of Paola. Very professional and friendly definitely made for a quite amazing shopping experience!

    Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a fridge, called and asked if needed to order extra panels. Was told no. Placed online order, called to check told me to call back in a few days. Called back yesterday and was told order was on hold because I did not order the panels. Would not ship me panels without charging full price plus shipping. To say the least cancelled order and will never do business with them again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Worst place ever!!!!! Customer service was rude and unprofessional! First, I would like to say that I went through them to buy my son a ps4 back in 2017 at the Tucson Arizona location. When I wasn’t home my sons ps4 was stolen so I called them to let them know and they said once I provided a police report that the device would be removed from my credit due to theft. Fast forward to the present 2022 and I wanted to get furniture for my new place and I was told I still have an outstanding balance and when I ask the representative to break down those charges he wouldn’t even let me talk. He was talking over me then he transferred me to a dead line and i still haven’t gotten anything resolved after 3 hours playing phone tag 😡!!!! NEVER WILL I EVER GO THROUGH THEM!!!!!! And I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! Your better off going to Arron’s 👍👍 !!!!!! Better customer service !!!!!

    They don't explain their return policy on final sales before making you sign and leaving the store. Then, when trying to make a return they won't return/refund it, saying "it says it on the receipt", that it falls under certain categories, and that you signed for it. Their prices are high and are poor quality. Sure they'll price match, but why would you spend all the time researching prices and waste time in store when you can get better prices and service elsewhere. The whole experience was upsetting. I feel like they took advantage of my mom who shops there because of the language barrier she has when shopping at other stores. PLEASE WATCH OUT for the things you purchase and your receipts.

    It's my first visit to a curacao and they have a little bit of everything in there for the home for indoors and outdoors. I recommend checking them out if you like appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, toys, electronics. Kind of like a mini Sears without clothing.

    I have been a Curaçao member for over a year and the customer service is always amazing! Krystal and Martha were able to help us with purchasing some perfumes and recommending other products! I am very happy with my purchases.

    Tell me you don’t trust your customers without telling me you don’t trust your customers. Normally, we really like shopping at Curacao, and normally have no issues looking around at what we want, so this review is limited to their Black Friday events. Instead of being able to walk around freely and look at what we wanted to see, we were forced to stand in lines… yes, multiple lines. First, we had to wait about 10 minutes outside before they let us into the store. Second, we had to wait in another line for about 20 minutes to pick up a video game controller… a controller that was located within their electronics section, but it was already locked up in the back. We really didn’t have a chance to wander around and look at things. I was interested in looking at their computer stuff, as well, but there was another line for that, so, I really didn’t bother. On the positive side, the staff was really friendly and attentive, and they did a pretty healthy price match from a sale going on with Best Buy for the same product. In the end, I really like the store itself, but their black Friday way of doing things was crazy… certainly, one could say that it was a great way to prevent retail theft, but no other big retail store that we visited even came close to implementing these type of restrictions.

    I thought shoes and everything here are made in US and original but they are not! Everything there are made in china. Too expensive for a china fake item. I'd rather buy in online shop if chinese product than going here. What a shame knowing my item that I bought was fake when I got home. I will never buy things here again.

    We had went around 6 or 7 PM on a weekday. It Was busy at the time, of which seemed like "Newbies" were on the floor on the computer section. We were looking for a Desktop Modum for my Son to use during his school time, Since we did notice the specials they had via the flyers sent out by mail. There were No Other Customer Service Reps available at the moment. I Did notice the sign that they Do need New Employees. Finally, after asking the newbie If there were Any Other Assistance available, as it seems in the Other Depts. It was empty. Low and behold, Account Manager Janeth, (From El Salvador) very nice and patient attended to our needs. Thanks to this Experienced Agent that assisted us, left my Son Super Happy after leaving the Store And Was Extremely Joyous afterwards. Thanks Janeth for making this process Sweet as Cherry Pie. 🍒 🥧

    Bad Service Electronic Department is very Rude. I would rather buy online and wait a couple days before dealing with Curacao staff again. This is how you loose Buisness and customers drive across the street instead.

    I was at the store today and customer service was beyond amazing. I had a great sales associate help me with my purchase needs . Her name is Janet, I really appreciate you going above and beyond to help me and understand my needs. Felt very comfortable doing business with her today. Will for sure be returning to this store whenever I am in need of certain items . Thank you @ Curacoa for having outstanding customer service and staff.

    I wasn't able to find a desk that I wanted which was the main reason I went by after I was approved online. However I didn't know that I needed to complete a last step in person. I was able to do that quickly and efficiently. The staff there were all very nice and helped direct me to the right area. Even though I didn't quite find what I needed I was able to gain more available credit which will help out my credit score. So overall it was a success. Thanks!

    It is very nice, the people greet you and are polite. The place is clean and they are stocked with a variety of things from toys to beds to mattresses to electronics and more....the ya had a mini Pac-Man game that I fell in love with....and they have a credit card that is great for building your credit they report to the all 3 credit bureaus.

    Well what to say about this place. They gave me $550 credit which I used for a 58" T.V. Definitely worth the time to stop and see what they can help you take home. Or in my case delivered. Two thumbs up for this place!

    This place has the best deals. And the last couple of years we have bought refrigerators stoves and now we just bought a dishwasher. In and out with the best service possible. Delivered the next day. I will be shopping here many times in the future.

    When in to buy an I phone. Best and easiest experience. The guy that helped me out (Steven) was super helpful. Made the curacao experience as easy as posible and was able to answer all the questions I had with good detail. Got my screen protector installed as well very good job!

    Clean organized store big selection & alot of employees & credit application center , also employees bilingual Incase you need translator for Spanish. Nice big stereo to speaker on display for sale & TV they got it all.

    These people are liars. They want to check your credit even if you already have an open account with them. They want us to go all the way to the store which is very far from us. Just to have them check our credit again which hurts your credit score every time they do that. They said to make the payment and we would be able to place orders on line and then they backed up. Totally lying and unprofessional. Don't buy from that store.

    They have a huge selection of stuff, some good deals, but don't get then the credit card by any means it's a huge rip off. The interest rate is about high 20 something or more percent. The staff was pretty friendly when it came to helping customers, answering questions, & etc. The store seemed to be well organized, clean, & the cashier's checked you out pretty fast.

    Joan was very helpful today. I went for an exchange and he made it a fast and easy process. I did a additional purchase and made it an easy process as well. He answered all questions I had which I didn't get very much help from yesterday when I was in store. I strongly recommend Curacoa and Joan made it a extremely easy.
