I have seen Diamond Jims for many years, but had never gone in. Last week I went in to look at pearl rings and I was blown away! I found the most amazing ring with the expertise from Steff. She was outstanding to work with, very flexible with my schedule, and worked with me on a custom idea for the future! Truly an amazing place. I will be back for me, count on that!

After careful research I took three family heirloom watches into Diamond Jim's for cleaning and reconditioning by their resident watch repair man, Sarkis, and am so happy I did! Have learned a lot about the history of these watches in the process. So glad I pulled these watches out of the drawer and got them working again! They don't make watches like they used to! Everyone at Diamond Jim's is awesome! If my pocket book could stretch, I would have walked out of there with a few rings and things. Great selections, awesome service.

I highly recommend Diamond Jim’s Jewelers!! I came in for the first time recently for an estimate to repair my wedding ring (33 years and the jeweler from that long ago is no longer is business!). I was also looking for options to maybe upgrade (my husband was on board). The jewelers at Diamond Jim’s have decades of experience and took the time to show me several options and so many beautiful pieces they have in their store or can create! I ended up getting my original ring repaired which was expertly done. They offer very low deposit for layaway if you find a piece that you love! (Then your significant other or a really great friend can go and purchase a gift you already picked out .. win, win!) I’m looking forward to an anniversary ring soon that I am guaranteed to love! I had three rings with loose stones. They fixed all of them and made them look brand new. These guys are fabulous!

Great customer service and very accommodating. Fairly priced. I was in a time crunch to get my ring resized in less than 2 days before my honeymoon. Other jewelers were not accommodating and told me it would be 1 week. These guys not only got my ring sized perfectly, but they did so under 6 hours to make sure I got it back with a day to spare in case they needed to make more adjustments. They went above and beyond my original request

everything from start to finish of my project was perfect. Pete was honest and upfront. Telling me that my repair would take. 2 weeks, and I let him know if they could get it done any sooner it would be great. to my surprise the very next day I received a call saying it was ready. fantastic you guys are the best Thank you.

Jim is such a charming individual, and so knowledgeable about jewelry and stones. He always make extra time to chat and show new pieces and show amazing restoration work. Honest, thoughtful and wonderful place to shop, have items repaired or items to sell.

WOW! ok...this IS the place. I went in for a ring reshaping for a simple (cherished) band. They all were very authentically kind. They took the time and care with me as if I was the most important person in their store. They repaired my ring sooner than scheduled. Both my husband and I have purchased jewelry from Diamond Jim’s in the past, but this time I needed my parents Rolex watches repaired and cleaned. As always the service was professional, thorough, fair/reasonable/competitively priced and quality assured. The communication before and after regarding exactly what the watches needed was appreciated. Diamond Jim’s is a reputable, professional business with 5 star longevity. Don’t let the strip-mall location and lack of parking fool you, Diamond Jim’s is not your typical strip mall jeweler, it’s the real deal.

I stopped in to have a watch battery replaced, after a bit of a wait was told it was not the battery and that I needed to have it cleaned, that would be $80-150.00 which I declined. Went to a jeweler across the street and had my watch battery replaced for $10.00 in less than 10 minutes! I did not have a positive experience and would not personally return.

We love Diamond Jims! I personally have been in this beautiful store many times for different reason, I started visiting Jim and his crew years ago. I have looked at watches, jewelry, have had rings sized and watches fixed. My fiance also purchased my engagement ring, when we walked in to look, Jim handed me a beautiful rose, which I felt was very thoughtful. Jim was so patient with us, took time to explain the different diamonds, settings and options we were looking at in our price range. He gave solid, honest advice on what was the best use of our budget. I love that he did not try to push a sale on us either. I am a sales professional myself, and I appreciate people who sell through care and education vs. making a buck. Jim really knows his gems, he looks to build actual relationships so he can serve you and your family years, and I am sure for generations. I know my jewelry referrals will go to diamond Jims! Lastly, there are so many nice personal touches at this store, we were offered a cold beverage and we were not rushed. When my fiance brought home my engagement ring and the "surprise": stunning, unique timepiece, both the ring and watch were packaged beautifully and then placed in a very high quality gift bag with beautiful high quality tissue paper. I've known of Diamond Jim's since I was a little kid. They are a wonderful local establishment with great staff and beautiful pieces. Also they are good and upstanding businessmen which is refreshing now days. 100% recommend.

I rarely write reviews but could not resist to write one for these guys because they are simply phenomenal. Besides being extremely fun and pleasant to deal with, the people at Diamond Jim’s are top-notch pros! My favorite Breitling watch that I have never took of my wrist for almost 20 years sustained some serious water damage. I was devastated as this watch has really become a part of me. Not only did they address the damage, lubricated, and resealed the watch, they literary restored a well-served for 20 years watch to a brand-new condition! They kept me informed about the progress by calling, texting, and sending the pictures of various stages of the whole process and they completed the work in less then a week. I was very impressed to say the least. Peter and Sarkis you are awesome!!! I am happy that I stopped by and let you work on my watch. If anyone is in need of a precious watch repair or on the market for some cool jewels, start with Diamond Jim’s and you will not need to look any further.

Excellent customer service is rare these days- but this place was AMAZING. I went in to get my grandmother's ring resized and they went above and beyond. They were quick, delivered before they promised and they even polished an additional wedding band for me at no charge. I have had several pieces of my own jewelry cleaned or sized here, excellent results, great timing. I have bought two items from the store on Bethany and 16th St, very nice pieces, competitive prices. They accept lay-away and also buy or pawn your items. Honestly, i'd go here first if you are looking for diamond stud earrings, a nice gift for her or some super rings for him.

Jim and his colleagues are amazing people and make you feel like family. I witnessed this connection they have with other customers as well. They work hard and complete your request promptly.
