Schmitt Jewelers came highly recommended by several friends and after my first visit I completely understood why. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Tim helped me design my now husband's custom wedding band and although there were several challenges, he kept figuring out how to make it work. I worked with Tom Schmitt, and he was phenomenal. Never once felt pressured and always felt empowered to make the exact custom engagement ring and bands that we had in mind. They even 3D printed models of the rings so we knew exactly what the final product would look like before buying!

After purchasing my fiance's engagement ring and wedding band, I went back to purchase my wedding band. Once I received the special order, it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, which was my own fault. Even with this, I went back to Schmitt and worked with Caleb, who provided some of the best service I've ever received. Though the issue was 100% my fault, Caleb still went well above and beyond to replace my wedding band, to get exactly what I wanted, AND he was able to get it done before my wedding. This really meant the world to me and I will forever be a Schmitt client, as well as being a huge fan of Caleb for his spectacular service. Thank you!

My husband and I were looking for a place to design a wedding band to go with a new ring we got. Ginnie and the staff here were SO helpful through the whole process. We live three hours away, but that didn’t make a difference in the quality of customer service. Pictures, ideas, collaboration back and forth made it so easy to be able we were both on the same page. I LOVE the way my ring guard turned out. I’m so happy with Schmitt Jewelers.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this place! My boyfriend and I had explored the idea of having a custom engagement ring made but couldn’t find a place to do it. We had spoken to a different jeweler in a different town that told us it would take MONTHS to have anything done and that our ring would be done around September or October. Not to mention the previous jeweler we spoke to made it seem like it was too expensive for us and turned their noses at us. But not at Schmitt Jewelers! Schmitt Jewelers made my boyfriend and I feel welcomed like part of the family from the moment we entered their store. Crystal especially was such a big help in going over types of designs and shapes that I liked. She was kind enough to pull out a huge catalogue of different settings at that’s where I found the design for my perfect ring! They made sure the setting could be fitted with a pear shaped stone rather than the solitaire, and they also let me choose my own moissanite for the center stone when I told them I didn’t want diamond. In addition to this, they had their jewelers customize the ring further by adding tanzanite accent stones and even incorporated a small diamond from my great great grandma’s wedding ring. They turned a simple engagement ring into the most stunning piece of jewelry I will ever be fortunate enough to own. If that doesn’t say enough about them, the price was fair as well! For my custom 2 ct engagement ring, it was just under $5,000. I can promise you’ll never find a better jeweler. They’ll have our business for life!

Five stars isn’t nearly enough for this amazing place. My partner and I had been discussing getting a custom engagement ring since the beginning of May. We originally went to a different jeweler in a different town and were told it would take MONTHS to have the ring made. The ETA they gave us was late September or early October. They also made us feel that we couldn’t afford it and turned their noses at us. Not a very good experience. It was the complete opposite at Schmitt Jewelers! From the moment we walked in, Schmitt Jewelers made us feel welcomed like part of their family. Crystal was especially helpful on going over design elements and shapes that I wanted for the center stone. When I didn’t see anything in the store that caught my eye, Crystal brought out a large catalog for me to look through which is how I was able to find the perfect setting for my ring! Schmitt’s made sure they could make the ring with the setting I wanted using a pear shaped center rather than the traditional solitaire. They also let me choose which moissanite stone I wanted as the center piece when I decided I didn’t want diamond as they are a bit higher in price. I also had them add Tanzanite accent stones and they even incorporated a small diamond from my great great grandmothers wedding ring into MY ring. All of the customized elements made the ring that much better! The entire team at Schmitt Jewelers made us feel confident in our design and sent us updates through the whole process. Rather than taking several MONTHS to do this custom piece, they finished the task in about 3 weeks. They were friendly and polite, as well as money conscious. We told them our budget was $6,000 and our final price for the customized 2ct ring was just under $5,000. I can promise you’ll never find a better place to work with! Thanks to the wonderful job they did on my ring, they’ve made me a customer for life.

Amazing service and beautiful ring - I cannot say enough good things! My now fiancé/then girlfriend wanted a very specific, custom ring with a matching wedding band (within our allotted budget). Schmitt Jewelers took all of our input into consideration during the design process. They shared CAD renderings of their design to make sure it looked perfect, and the actual ring turned out even better than the renderings! I highly recommend Schmitt Jewelers, and we will definitely be visiting them again in the future!
