Physicians are wonderful. The front office staff is terrible!!!! They never answer the phone, you cannot schedule an apmt online for the Heatherbrae office like they say you can. They do not return phone calls and most of the time you cannot leave a message. Leaving a message doesn't matter when they don't return your phone calls anyway. They are not on top of the medical billing. They billed me full amount when I have private insurance. I never even got the first bill until a year after the apmt! My pharmacy has also complained to me that this office never answers or returns calls for refills. I need my medication every day so it isn't a good feeling to know that you can not get them in a timely fashion when you run out. My husband and I love Dr Le and have been coming here for years. But we are leaving this clinic due to the poor front office service.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Have never felt so unwelcome at a medical facility. Restrooms had no toilet paper, the MA had attitude, facility did not have aceptable gowns. Everything was rushed and when I got a call back for my test results I was given old test results instead of the most recent. Would definitely not recommend.

If you are looking for comprehensive care, this is the place to go! The staff is exceptionally friendly and the providers truly care for your health and well being. They see both appointments and walk-ins, allowing everyone the opportunity to get the care they need. I rotated through Arizona Medical Clinic as a student and was able to see first-hand the depths the providers will go for their patients. I would trust my health and the health of those I care for in the hands of Dr. Le, Dr. Som, and the many other skilled providers at this clinic.

I love this doctor's office I go to both locations the medical assistants there are wonderful and are just amazingly kind and super sweet to you and then their doctor's I have to say that they are very extremely wonderful each and doctor is a different person but yet they all know how to treat all of their patients and make them feel like they actually do care about you and about your health, they also don't ever want to make you feel disappointed about your care while you're in their hands, oh and even better news they do take state insurance also known as state access. Which in my case is wonderful news they're great about working on your health getting it back to being good again/finally.

Should’ve read the reviews before I started seeing my primary care doctor at this location but I guess this is what I should expect since I can’t afford to pay for better insurance and I have to use AHCCCS. I asked multiple medical assistants and receptionists why I haven’t received a call from the doctor since I had a scheduled appointment and not a single one of them had an answer. Their solution was to call the doctor at the location that he’s at to let him know I’m on the phone but why should they have to do that when I have a scheduled appointment… if the doctor cannot meet at the time of his appointment then you should not be scheduling him at that time. I understand I may have to wait but I’ve waited almost 2 hours and I’m over it. Disorganized & unprofessional & when I get home I’ll most likely be switching primaries and going to another clinic because this morning was ridiculous. stop scheduling appointments if he does not have time to honor them. I shouldn’t have to wait two hours.

This place have very nice family physicians and students. They have all types of diversity here and it's great, they speak all languages so they can see all types of beautiful people 🌼 from babies👶🏽 to old folks👴🏽 . They have the COVID-19 shot here too💉🩹

If you want a first experience of third world medical care, this your place. The concept of appointment time is non existent and patients bringing their whole family to the appointment is quite a site for a waiting room for 15

I always get treated fairly and and unbiased here.. I always get the help and medical attention I need . The condition of the office has improved over time, cause I remember when it was a lot smaller and the decor wasnt up to par.. But now I can tell they put forth an effort to improve the look and overall feeling of the clinic. I love that you can walk in without an appointment and receive prescriptions over the phone if necessary, once you receive medical help of coarse.. The staff is quite helpful and the Dr. I have seen were super nice. Looks aren't everything people. These doctors saved my life here..when other doctors had no idea what was going on with me. They sent me to the right place to get the help I needed.

I went in for a routine physical that is covered by my insurance. Dr. Le and his staff were made abundantly aware of this. Everything done was to be preventive care. I had to go back at a later date because they forgot to run some tests. I now have to pay hundreds for lab work and procedures because Dr. Le, his staff, and billing department miscoded the visits as “general illness.” When I talked to the billing department, they refused to resubmit the claim with new coding (even though they can). Everyone there claims to be new or they just started. No one can answer any questions until they step out and speak with someone else. Dr. Le missed phone call appointments or wouldn’t return calls and wouldn’t acknowledge he missed appointments. When speaking to one of his other new assistants, the assistant was pushy, rude, and disrespectful. This office is a joke, waste of time, and will do what they can to squeeze money from you.

I recommend that you DO NOT use this place this is the third time that I have been here and supposed to have had an appointment and they are like we don't see anything for you. Also referrals to see a specialist after two weeks still nothing called all over every department where it was allegedly sent. Nothing I know that I will have to hand deliver it myself. Even after I do there job and get the correct fax number. And as I sit here waiting to get more blood work done it is time for the tec to go home. This is after I leave work early again and have to deal with incompetence. DO NOT use this place....

Been going here for 7 years. Dr.s are very nice and professional. They have been so helpful though Very Bad times. The Same Dr.s have been here , they don’t give you another Dr every visit! I seen the same Dr every time for the whole 7 years! They Really Care about their clients!!

Very fast getting me in the back and very friendly. The drs here are very helpful and do everything they can to help you whether it's blood draws, x-rays, MRIs and many more tests they will set you up or give you a referral to another clinic or drs office. I've had nothing but great help from this office and so I recommend them highly if you need to see a Dr . Plus they accept ACCHS insurance.

No other doctors will care for you as much as Dr. Le and Dr. Som do. They will take the time to listen to you and learn about you. They also follow up with you regularly and give you a call to check in on you. The waiting time can be long, but it will be worth it because once you're a patient at the Arizona medical clinic, you'll be taken care of very well!

They don't do their job period. unless you hound them. How hard is it to fax a referral ? Takes them months and they still don't fax it and say they did . Delay of patient care..

Ive never had to wait long as a walk in. I’ve seen Hanna several times. She listens, and is very thorough and caring.

I had my appointment April 20th for labs and a lump in my breast, it’s 3 months tomorrow and I still haven’t heard back and I called to get my records and they’re refusing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

My whole family has been coming here since 2014. I love doctors Andy BaoAn Le and his wife. They are very nice and kind-hearted. Their hours and schedules are flexible to fit ours busy schedules. All the PAs and the radiologist there are friendly and professional. Everytime we come in, we always get treated with respect. The only thing that bother us is the wait time sometimes is too long. Overall, this clinic is a good place to choose as our PCP.

After waiting over a hour to be seen by the doctor, I must say Jake (not from Sate Farm) made my wait well worth it. His understanding, concerns and tentativeness outweighed my frustration while waiting in the waiting room. Doctor Le and Miguel (Phelbotomist) were also understanding and very tentative! My wait was worth it!!!

I forgot to write a review, but here was my expereince with this clinic a while ago * I have never spent 3 hours at clinic ever in my life* Appointment time does not exist. Walk in get in there before your appointment time. I think that just summs up this place quite clearly. No one has luxury three hours time of their day for just clinical visit. Never coming back, it really deosn't matter if doctor is good or bad. Three hours is something you should really, really not invest in your medical clinical visit. In fact in three hours, maybe maximum 5 minutes is the time to see your doctor. what a great visit. Please don't come here if you value your time and energy

I am not happy with this place that doesn’t get me an interpreter ASL and they lied that they get one for me but not. And I asked a doctor for a disability paper and they force me go to work while my arm is in injury can’t function to able work. What kind of that place? They supposed to listen their patient instead of ignore. Not definitely going back there again.

Arizona Medical Clinic is one of the best places you can go for comprehensive family medical care. All the providers will make you feel heard and valued as a patient, which is unlike many other clinics these days. If you need a simple procedure done, they will not have you run all over town and wait for months to see a specialist. Instead, they will get you taken care of that day with the results a few days later. Wait times can be long, but I promise it's worth it once you're there. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I booked an appointment with Linda Som for a Well Woman’s Exam. She had her assistant come in and ask me a million questions, which is normal. The assistant told me to get naked from the waste down to start the exam. Not one time did the doctor come in and introduce herself or explain anything about the exam to make me feel comfortable. She came into the room only because I requested for her to before the exam and proceeded to tell me that she will come in once I’m naked & answer my questions. My previous Doctor never made me feel this uncomfortable ever, she told me to go back to my previous doctor then & I walked out. And you wonder why, we as black women hate going to Doctors outside of our race. She proved to me that she doesn’t care about my health, she doesn’t care about how uncomfortable I was, she didn’t care about my concerns. I will not be returning here if that’s the way they conduct business as if my health is not important.

Not professional front desks staff and providers! I called to visit a doctor but a Nurse Practitioner came to help me and she said I’m your provider today! I thought I would visit a doctor, later I found she wasn’t a doctor! She prescribed vitamin D2 instead of vitamin D3 I called several times and asked them to prescribe vitamin D3 but I never got that it’s been a month now!
