    Super busy but the line moved very quickly! :update—-If you don’t mind getting out of your car inside had no line. Drive through is wrapped around the whole place . Staff is super friendly and nice.

    I’m probably biased since this is my neighborhood location but this is my fave location ever!! Tiny and cute corner shop with an overall friendly and upbeat staff. It can get insanely busy in the drive thru during peak times but it’s handled pretty well overall. I like it here :)

    Not my first choice location for Starbucks. The employees and management don’t seem to enjoy the work environment they create and on most days are apathetic. There are better Starbucks around Phoenix where team workers enjoy their job and can look you in the face with a smile.

    Not only is this drive-thru ridiculously long when you go inside, there's literally only one person taking orders and the people who are making the orders are not very organized. We received our frozen lemonade immediately yet I had to wait 10 minutes for a pike roast with cream which is literally taking a cup putting it under a spout and putting some cream in it. I got that there are priorities are tickets. However, when there are multiple people making them there should be a better order to the chaos. Additionally, they should consider having more than one register or convenient way for individuals to order who may not have the app.

    Worst experience! 20 minute wait in drive-thru so went inside. Those who ordered after me received drinks and food before me. When I asked about the discrepancy, I received several apologies. Asked for my cash back. Received more hallow apologies. Won't be back. I live across the street. This is the worst Starbucks service I've endured. *Aside I'm married to a Starbucks Coffee Master.

    Doesn't allow instore pickup before 6 am yet the mobile app allows you to place the order should state that or not allow mobile ordering. Cashier is constantly talking with her co-workers and taking her time takes too long

    This Starbucks is pretty bad, they have to let you in the bathroom, can’t just give you the code. I imagine that’s why there is drugs being done on the hand dryer and it doesn’t have toilet paper.

    Being that this location is relatively new, the entire store was extremely clean and presentable. The drink was tasty and quickly made. Only removing a star for the customer service. I asked the barista a question she don’t know the answer to, she went to ask her manager the same question, to which her manager who was in plain view responded with a scoff and an annoyed “no!?”. Sorry my question irritated you.

    Loooove this area in Phoenix and love this Starbucks. People walking everywhere, close to downtown like cra this is really my favorite most convenient location to get at when I’m headed into downtown phoenix or back to Tempe from phoenix, feel me?! :) love it tho

    Drive through line was kind of chaotic. It was long and moved slowly and there was little space for people to enter/exit. By the time I got my drink it was watered down and not made how I asked for. I didn’t want to bother them to fix it as I had already been waiting a long time. The people were friendly at least but I still feel like I wasted $6 on a drink. If you want fast & efficient or over all better quality you’re better off going to other locations.

    This is a horrible Starbucks location for pickup whether drive thru or in-person, the hours don’t reflect the in-store pickup during the early mornings or evenings and despite me ordering a drink 20 min ahead, I end up being stuck in the drive thru line and for 10 min. The staff are not accommodating for us healthcare workers that have shifts that start at 6 am or even 7 pm night shifts. Staff are super rude.

    Haven't been to a Starbucks in years but their quality and service were great. Just looking forward to their rollout of boba tea in 2022... That can't happen fast enough! My 5 Yorkies say thanks for the puppacinos... They should allow for tips when I tap and pay!

    Quite possibly the worst Starbucks in the city. I'm sitting here trapped in the drive-thru for the second time, because I obviously didn't learn my lesson the first time. I say trapped because once you're in line you can't escape; you're surrounded on all sides by landscaping. I've been stuck in this line today for HALF AN HOUR, and I haven't even reached the ordering box. I work a block away and told my boss I'd be gone for 5 minutes to head a quick coffee; I'll be lucky if I still have a job by the time I get back. I experienced the same thing in this same drive-thru 4 months ago, when I hoped to pick up a quick coffee on my way to catch a flight at the airport. Only I was trapped in here for FORTY MINUTES and nearly ran out of gas. I had completely forgotten this was the Sbux location I swore off forever. I'm contemplating whether or not I should contact corporate.

    They are friendly and service is quick . Never had any issues with my carmel ribbon crunch frappuccino frappuccino and I love those drinks . I wish that they sold a bigger size but hey I'm happy to order 2 drinks . One for each hand . Thank you for making my day enjoyable .

    The reason for the 4 stars is due to the location and drive thru of this store. I ordered a venti, hot caramel macchiato. Delicious as always. Friendly staff.

    The orders are always accurate when you get them. Somehow whenever you do a mobile order they forget to give you the food part of your order a good 90% of the time. The spot is extremely busy, the wait is always long and there's very little space for parking or navigating in and out of the parking lot.

    They are one of the few Starbucks open before 6am in the area. The line is always long but they power through to get you in and out quickly. I would love the option to pickup from inside or at a pickup window when limit on time.

    Ordered on the mobile app and 2 out of 4 items were wrong. Had to ask for our second drink since it was overlooked. Received banana bread instead of pumpkin. When we asked for the correct bread, the window was slammed in our face and the employee never came back so we just left.

    Typical/run of the mill drive through location. Bathroom requires a code to open. On this occasion the store was out of black tea but didn't tell me until 5 mins after I ordered/paid. They offered to make with chai or green tea, but failed to mention that the chai mix is sweetened. I didn't realize it was sweet until well on the road so could go back and fix it.

    I was meeting a client here and the parking lot was super busy. The drive thru was also super long. The staff were very nice and the inside was clean. The bathrooms are locked and require staff to unlock. I overheard another customer order being taken and they had no issues remaking the order. Very pleasant and patient it was great to observe.

    This place may be just a bad as the Starbucks on 7th Street and Willetta. Slow and don’t know what is light cream. I ask for light cream and told the cashier about two spoons of cream. These workers gave me a white cup of coffee. I asked to remake the coffee because I spend too much money on Starbucks for my drinks to continuous be nasty and made wrong. No sugar was out in this remade coffee. I am not spending another dime at this place. I will go to 7th and willetta because at least they know me and get the order wrong

    To the employees of this Starbucks whom come from the generation where they are “entitled”, here is a bit of advise from someone that grew up in generation where “the customer is always right” 1. If someone is in the drive thru BEFORE closing and you are taking too long to process orders then they should be served and not told they can’t due to your inefficiency. 2. If you really are closed then don’t make your customers wait in a long line for non-service again due to your inefficiency while you serve everyone else in front of them. I’m sorry sir we are closed but you now have to wait in line to get out of here because we have slow service or you can back out of or winding drive thru. Really?? The 7th Ave store has cones they are cheap. Block the drive thru if you really are closed. 3. I know you haven’t made this connection yet, but you do realized that every company’s employee advancement and salary increases are directly related to customer satisfaction and retention. Get some successful person to explain how this works so the next time you want to go home early because you have a hot date instead of serving someone at 7:01 because you closed at 7:00 and made them wait 5 min in line for nothing.

    I ordered on the app and no where does it say you have to go through the drive thru to get your order. When I get there I didn’t find that out until I go to the door and see a sign. I had to get back in my car and spend 10 minutes in the drive through to get a watered down drink and I was late to work. I will never go back to this Starbucks.

    Drive thru on 7th on way to freeway, be mindful of driveway direction to align well if entering from 7th as the exit is no left onto Roosevelt and no thru down a long alley. Otherwise regular you can expect what you like Starbucks. Have not reviewed inside. Iced Almond Matcha can be hit or miss with the way it's mixed but it's that way everywhere. Vegan Banana walnut bread standard. Friendly to my dog, grab pup cups and water before you hit the road!

    Went inside to use the restroom. Was told I could not use it due to the fact I was not being a customer, so I purchased coffee and I was told that I could not use it because the rest rooms are not open to the public. I felt very mistreated. They treated me like I was not even human. I explained that I did not wear a face mask due to my shortness of breath. Anyway, it was very unpleasant. I decided to stop going to Starbucks altogether. Not just that one on 7th avenue but just all of them.

    This place rocks! After ordering my settings and food I realized I only had 100 dollars bills on me and left my wallet at home.     Website time may not be accurate for Saturday, I was there before 930 pm on a Saturday and went through drive thru I was told they are closed at 9. Returned the following evening and asked for banana bread (warm) and hot caramel macchiato, bread was cold and drink was very sugary. 3 stars for location. Just off freeway.

    I love Starbucks however will never go to this location again. Went thru the drive thru and when I got to the window the guy working ( tall with glasses) didn't say hello or even look at me. When he brought me my drinks didn't even look at me. I said "Thank you" and he just walked away. Worse Starbucks ever.
