The
coffee
was
delightful!
I
had
the
caramel
truffle
and
my
partner
had
the
blackout
coffee.
The
caramel
truffle
is
the
perfect
balance
of
sweet
and
bitter,
and
it's
my
favorite
drink
from
any
restaurant.
The
issue
was
with
the
guy
at
the
window,
who
was
very
pushy
and
creepy
in
conversation
while
we
waited
for
the
coffee.
He
asked
us
5
times
where
we
were
going,
where
we
had
come
from,
and
what
we
were
doing
that
day.
Each
time
my
partner
deflected,
he
would
ask
again,
getting
pushier
each
time.
It
made
us
both
feel
extremely
uncomfortable,
because
he
became
more
and
more
poignant
with
his
questions.
It
is
not
normal
to
be
that
invasive
in
stranger's
personal
lives,
and
it
made
us
wonder
why
he
wanted
to
know
where
we
were
going
so
badly.
It's
not
his
business,
nor
would
anyone
in
their
right
mind
give
a
stranger
a
detailed
rundown
of
their
daily
comings
and
goings
if
they
want
to
stay
safe
in
the
world
we
live
in.
Whoever
was
working
the
window
on
Friday
July
7th
around
3:30-4:00
could
really
benefit
from
some
extra
customer
service
training.
It
is
okay
to
ask
how
someone's
day
is
going,
but
it
should
never
become
overly
personal
or
interrogative.
If
a
customer
doesnt
want
to
talk,
the
representative
needs
to
respect
that.
We
were
very
concerned
with
his
behavior.
Phoenix
has
human
trafficking
problems,
and
this
guy
set
off
some
major
red
flags
for
us.
It
was
obvious
we
were
uncomfortable
with
his
questions,
and
he
did
not
care
in
the
slightest.
Scary.
