1st and for most. I really try to give this hospital a shot with my mom having a stroke. But yall need to stop doing it for the money, and do it to save the peoples lives that come in. #1 nurse made my mom follow all around the nursing station, wasn't trying to stay close to her, doctor had to tell her to stay with her patient. #2 never got a phone when my mother had another stroke while in their care. Never once gave her a shower or sponge bath. Let her sit in a dirty grown. #3 The doctor who decided to change her dose on her medication & wanted her to get surgery, you my friend have the nerve & balls to do that. She could've bleed out when they opened her up, luckly the new doctor @ the new hospital & surgeon actually know their medication dose and what she can & can't not have. Lucky my lawyer don't get in contact with you.

My dad went to this emergency department and they discharged him without giving him any care. He had severe pain and the doctor did not exam him at all or do any scans/tests. They sent him home and told him to do his own treatment with over the counter medication. The next day he went to a different ER, who admitted him to the hospital because he had a large abscess and needed surgery to remove it. Abrazo could have caused him to develop sepsis because they didn’t even check to see if he had an abscess.

Have never been treated with so much disrespect at a medical facility. They neglected to listen to me about my son’s needs and just wanted to discharge us without any proper care. They blamed everything my son was experiencing on “Covid” symptoms when my son did not have Covid during our stay. We ended up going to another emergency room (thank goodness) where we found out my son needed a lot of medical attention! Please do not visit this emergency room. The only positive experience was the male nurse at registration- he was extremely nice and listened to everything I had to say. The doctor and the nurse could care less about my son’s health! You’re better off going a couple extra miles to another emergency room or even getting no medical care at all than go to Abrazo.

Horrible. I came in with excruciating pain. They did nothing for me and did not give me a diagnose. I go to my doctor the following day and she diagnosed me on the spot, saying the ER should have known this. Now I am stuck with an outrageous bill. Do not visit even if this is an emergency. Go somewhere else!

This has got to be the WORST emergency room ever! I had a seizure last week and was taken in via ambulance here. I was still coming down and not able to talk and did not really understand what was going on. I was taken off the gurney and placed in a WAITING room chair? in a small room where every other patient was facing each other, and we could hear each other's conversations. I was less than 3 feet away from the person next to me and hear every word that was being said between the two of them. There were people laying on beds, on the floor, standing because there were not enough seats, while the nurses were just sitting on their computers chatting away. The room size could not have been bigger than my college dorm room where everyone was being treated. I wish I knew this nurse's name because I would file a complaint, but she came up to me and asked me what happened, and I did not know or could really talk so I shrugged my shoulders and she quickly became angry with me and said she would not treat me until I could talk to her, so I got up with a broken foot and walked out. I had to get an Uber back to campus. I just cannot believe how I was treated during a medical emergency and how little remorse or respect that they had for their patients. I recommend going to any other emergency room, you will not get treated here unless you are able to speak. Do not waste your time or money here.

My Girlfriend went in last week Wednesday for a pregnancy test, they told her blood and pee it all came back positive yes she was pregnant, they told her to come back in in 3 days to check to see if the baby was okay. They did the blood and not pee, we waiting for about 50 minutes for the doctor Kang to come back with the results he told us we lost the baby due to low hormones which didn’t make no sense to us because the doctor didn’t explain anything well to us but my girl took another test yesterday morning before her prom night the test came back positive as pregnant I believe Kang lied to us because he told my girlfriend to go to her real doctor to check again. I don’t know what kind of doctors or hospital is this whenever they can’t give you any explanation to exact why we lost the baby. We don’t know how far long my girl was. I was excited to be a first time daddy but I left everything in God’s hands, Ik we still have our baby inside the stomach and nothing else.

i had to visit this ER 1/2/2022 I was in and out in 4 hours I had labs done and a CT. I had a good experience in this place.. +The Dr was really nice and explained everything really well. I was given good advice on follow up care. The staff from check in to the nurses were very nice! I must do a shout out to Jeovanni and Dell in the ER Dept they were especially nice to me! They made a scary situation feel so much better! The male nurse (4pm to 8pm) that was on this shift went out of his way to be oh so kind! If I move across town I will have to travel to go to this hospital. They made being in pain a little easier for me! The place was clean too.. It was kinda chili in there. That's my complaint! Lol

I went in tonight,8/13/2021, I told them my situation, I set there for awhile and my condition worsened. I told the Mexican lady at the front counter, that I was feeling dizzy and I feel like I'm going to faint, she says with an attitude, well ill let the nurse know. I said can you tell me how long the wait will be, she kept saying she didn't knw,but with an attitude tune of voice. I walk out and they just looked at me I had to lay in my car for an hr ,before I was able to drive home. I don't recommend this emergency room to anyone, they don't care about you or whats going on. the app says if feeling worse let the people at the counter knw . I told them and they did nothing. Horrible staff.

I brought my lady there and thought that was a good idea, they had said it's thrush and her immune system was down. That she needed iv or she would pass out. And as it is my lady is still waiting on a room it is 1:27 am we got there at 7 pm .I called the ER and she was joking bout my lady is texting to call her. I can't believe that my lady did not have a room. Terrible service.

The staff went above and beyond this evening. It was a long wait, to be expected at any ER really. They were all kind and good natured. When they were releasing me, I pointed out that they had called my prescriptions in to a pharmacy that closed in 3 minutes. Next thing I know, they brought me a dose of the antibiotic, a shot for the pain, and a sandwich so that the meds wouldn't make me sick. That was more than I would have ever expected. I won't have to suffer through the night now. Great people! Caring staff!

I've never been to an emergency room where you go sit back out in the waiting room after each test is done. I was given 2 covid tests after stressing to the nurse that I haven't been around anyone to be exposed to covid. I asked why 2 tests and I was told one is rapid and the other take a couple of days. Top things off, I was discharged without any tests results. The only good thing is that the wait time wasn't bad, the doctor and a couple of the nurses were nice. I actually left not knowing what's wrong with me. Update: Called today and spoke with a very nice apologetic nurse who told me my results.

Brought my wife to this emergency room yesterday. We recieved very good care and service. She was seen within a halfhour. The service was good and professional. Got to admit we were doubtfull in the begging because of all the bad reviews here but were proven wrong. Thank you to the staff here!

The people in the front desk where only sitting around. He had to leave to a different emergency place because they where doing nothing. Thank god the other place was quick & extremely helpful. Over horrible place.

Everyone (doctor, nurses, front desk, X-ray tech & SW) were all super nice, displayed professionalism, the facility was clean and the doctor explained everything fully. Although the hospital was short staffed the wait was not very long especially for an ER. Highly recommend this ER facility😇

If I could give no stars I would. I went Thursday night with pains in my stomach and not holding food or water down for 14 hours. 6 months pregnant and they told me ‘I don’t know why you came here’ well if it was serious you could transfer me but you’re .5 miles from me…I can’t drive being dizzy and wanted to make sure my baby was alive and I wasn’t just dehydrated. Awful service awful people. Dirty lobby and very rude.

My throat is so infected and swollen that it's hard to swallow my own saliva and didn't sleep for 3 days due to the pain. The Dr. Said... drink tea... I said, there's nothing you can give me to help me. He said very sarcastically, nothing but what I already told you, I mean I could give you ibuprofen but you probably already been taking that. Also he placed his hand on my leg during the exam. Pig!!!!

I came with sever pain, couldn't walk. My friend went to ask for a wheelchair. She waited 10 minutes and nobody even was in front desk. She asked another person that came out and they say there are no wheelchair. It was chaotic in there. Like nobody knew what they doing. It was a mess. We ended up going to a different Hospital.

If you have at least 5 hours to wait then go there. Waiting room stunk dirty. They have you register on these tablets, when it was handed to me,it was dirty. They don't sanitize properly. I had to ask her to clean it. Gross 😝 Another woman was waiting longer than I was. She was just getting checked in triage when I was done. Very unprofessional service there. I won't be spending another day at this place.

Went emergency room for hematoma near waist line. They performed an untra sound and then wanted to present me will a bill for $1200. Havent even seen a Dr. I work full time and have very good insurance through United Healthcare. This location is individuals with Medicare or access... Do not go here if you are not a tick on the back of society.

Waited over 2.5 hours AFTER I was seen just to pay them. To preface, the service was quick and staff was friendly - and I should have been out of there and giving a 5 star review... until... I had filled everything out and been seen by the provider. The pharmacy had sent me a message that my prescription was ready. At 3:30pm, all I needed was to pay for the visit (using Federal insurance) and get to the pharmacy before it closed @ 6pm. I thought I had time - I did not. I repeatedly asked about the status (about every 30 minutes) and told the lady at the desk that I was trying to get to the pharmacy before it closed @6. The staff were acting irritated with me. At the 2 hour mark, I figured out that the registration lady assigned to me was delayed talking with a manager about a different situation and had not even STARTED the process of getting my registration. At 5:58p, a girl came out to take payment. Now I'm in another state missing my kid's birthday, with no transportation, no medication, and my eye is swollen shut. Hopefully it doesn't cause vision damage or blindness.... At some point these people should have assigned my stuff to someone else if the person who started it couldn't handle it in a timely fashion - there is NO reason it should ever take 2.5 hours to run insurance and take payment. I work in a hospital and process insurance all the time so I'm very familiar with the process.

8 hours! What a horrible experience. Now I understand other reviews. Lack of compassion and bad attitude of personal, not to even say and iv got administer and iv didn't flush no blood came out and even tho a full bag of fluids was administer I was so worry the arm of my son became so cold and rigid and they said is ok. It was so scary.

The rude nurses who answer the phone have the nerve to have you hold for hours and when you don't respond in one second they hang up on you leaving you to do the whole process all over again. Horrible service!!

Honestly, I just see three actual people doing their jobs, the rest look like they just come to work to associate and figure out what they want for lunch, it's 11:25. I only see one nurse who seems to be the only one doing her job and examining the people who come in to get seen. Two little girls who are nurses are talking about the patients as they are on the opposite side of the window, I mean why did you get into this practice if you just talk about us behind our backs and act like you care about us.

  • 1/5 Aslamuddin S. 2 years ago on Google
Extremely unprofessional staff that don’t understand, equipment broken so you can’t hear them behind the glass. And I had to wait three hours and still haven’t called me to do my x-ray.

Terrible terrible emergency room, rude, unprofessional & lazy most of these people are just standing around talking half the time. I was a fall risk but they refused to provide me with a bed, basically told me I had gang green and told me I might need surgery but yet I was seated in the lobby for hours basically about to faint until I decide to just got someone where else

Got recommend to come to an er for my symptoms and waited for over an hour to be helped. I asked if everything I was saying was being told was being documented in my notes and got no answers. I’m 6 months pregnant and this is the closest hospital and I was told to go to a close er and the lady said that if I’m a high risk pregnancy I shouldn’t have came to this hospital. Good to know that apparently I can’t be seen Becuase I’m pregnant. I’m experiencing cramps and dizziness and have not kept food down for 8+ hours including water and received NO help. Don’t come here.

  • 1/5 Svetlana K. 2 years ago on Google
I have been writhing in horrendous pain for nearly 6hrs. They call you back and after have you go to the front and back multiple times rather then finishing the care for the patient that they have. The front desk lady was speaking as if she got to decide who is priority or not. Then I had explained I needed the bathroom key or I would explode (the reason I am even here) to her and she purposefully delayed giving me the key on time. So you all know now. I’d rather die with whatever I have in the future before I go to abrazo of any location.
