Okay. I don't hate this clinic or anything. But I am going to tell the very truth as a customer. This clinic look quite descent with good quality customer service and everything at first. But, when it comes to professionalism it is at its worst. . The doctors there have no concern for the patients at all plus they are a little arrogant. Its you who have to call in to ask if you can make another appointment for a follow up. They don't even call you to come in to see the results. Plus, they don't give you a copy of the results unless you ask for it. Sometimes, it's obvious that they are not passionate with their work especially the doctors. They just want to skim the patients with no real concern at all. Overall, it is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever seen in my life. It took them forever to send the fax. They mix up your documents and even loose them. If you ever go in the clinic in order to do disability claim or get medical records or any other stuffs that need their cooperation. Don't ever go to this clinic!!! I usually don't write any bad review, I have been very patient and did my best to be clam with this clinic. But now they had reach the limit. I am going to avoid this kind of clinic as possible as I can in the future. You can never reach your doctor directly by phone or e-mail. And you'll get hanged up on calls PS: Which clinic would tell a patient NOT to come in the last minute of appointment?

I wish if I can put zero stars this place is A waste of time if you make an appointment you will wait two hours if you don't make an appointment you wait two hours or even more they never follow up with you on your results and they don't have a good attitude with the customer customer service is really bad second they don't follow up with you on your results third a waste of time this place is a waste of time like I said if you have an appointment or you don't have an appointment if you go there you will be stuck for 2 to 3 hours without the doctor like you just wait for the doctor and when the doctor comes to see you for 5 or 10 minutes and she disappears and you wait again for another 30-40 minutes. I don't recommend this place at all. Oh and I forgot to mention they never answer the phone you go to voicemail every time

Dont go to this location it is an overworked outreach clinic. We had a follow up appointment for my daughter for immunizations following a titer panel. The appointment was for 12 noon...we arrived on time and were not called back until 1245 while walk in patients were seen ahead of us for whatever reason. They had no clue why we were there when we were finally seen and the CNA had long acrylic nails...unhygenic according to best practice standards. Gross.

HIPPA violation! No privacy. I was waiting and heard every patient’s information spoken because I was near the desk in the back. Staff didn’t rely information to provider. GO somewhere else!

I’ve been here many times and they were all nice people, but today I was seen by a provider I’ve never see before she was so rude, the one her voice sounds like Indian scammers.

Bizarre, inflexible policies. Even though you are an established patient with Phoenix family medical center, the different centers do not communicate and will consider you a new patient if you try to be seen at their other locations. This is even true for telemedicine, where the factor of location has been removed. This also means if you try to follow your doctor (yes, they travel to different locations throughout the week) you will be considered a new patient at each location. This is absurd from the patient's point of view, especially those who need the soonest available appointment and don't mind which location they go to. When I pointed this out to the call center (which Sun City shoehorned me into after insisting they are unable to view their own telemedicine appointments) the call center then placed the blame on me for not confirming the Sun City appointment the day before (that is, the very day I made it), therefore they canceled my telemedicine appointment.

Dr. Elena Ivanova needs her medical license revoked! After 2 days of calling her office, She flat out refused to take the time to fax my pharmacy a code ( that i called and had faxed to her office) that would allow me to get a 30 day prescription instead of the 90 day supply that my insurance company requires, I take the blood thinner eloquis, it's a life or death medication! Thank God that a Dr that I had seen before but is out of my network, took care of it all and got my refill. Thank you Dr. Teresa Talbot of dignity health.

This family medical clinic is the worse one I ever see this. The person who stay in the front counter doesn’t care about the people who come first. They can call randomly. It doesn’t matter u have appointments or not. I will not make mistakes to go their again.

Horrible service, the people working here don’t care about doing their job right, they keep giving misinformation and end up doing whatever they please. If you enjoy wasted trips and being charged to be told to come another day, this place is perfect for you.

Took my son there. He was throwing up and needed t be seen right away. They saw him within 2 hours of the call. Place was clean and neat. The female doctor was caring and asked a lot of questions. My son felt at ease. They had a pharmacy next door and we got his medicines within 10 minutes. Our whole family goes there now, we like the place.

My experience in this place was horrible, I took my mom and they took forever to get me in a room. The rooms were bad, some are cold and the others are hot. Also, the doctors don't know their stuff, I feel like a one-year-old would know more than them. The MA's make fun of the refuge patients. Don't waste your time

Getting put on hold for over 10 minutes for a simple question, "Do you offer discount service for patients w/o insurance?" After 11 minutes I hung up to call back and have the question answered immediately. So for anyone with that question the answer is NO, they don't offer any discounts or reduced fees.

Every time I schedule a video visit they cancel it for some reason .first I did an appointment on March 23 at 2 PM and they canceled it because they said this doctor does not take your insurance and I said OK let me schedule with a different doctor and I did schedule for an April 1 at 2:45 PM and they also canceled it for no reason they say we don’t schedule video visit for new patients and I am not even new patient I have been with them for almost 6 years. They never care about there patients. Many times I went to their office and needed to be referred to a specialist doctor and they tell me “we are going to send you to “ and It’s just wast of time and gas . Do wast your time with this clinic

Garbage please my appointment at 10:45 the didn’t let me in until 11:55 you shouldn’t make appointments if patient waiting longer then appointments made , you should close down staff are rude they guy front desk he shouldn’t been working as front desk and no experience.I would give zero star for this place

Now I see why they have bad ratings. They do not accept walk ins. They need to put a sign up that says they don't. I tried going as walk ins so many times and always the same excuse. Waste of time and my gas. It is frustrating. Also, some of them are not friendly people. No smiles. Don't feel welcome much.

Made an appointment to get a medication refilled that I had previously had filled at the same location. Went in, paid my copay and then had a different doctor get borderline rude with me saying that the last doctor should never have given me the medication in the first place. She acted like I was in the wrong or that the whole situation was somehow my fault and didn't back off until I reminded her that I hadn't personally done anything. I understand the protocols they have and am not even upset that I have to go through other channels to get my prescription, I'm upset with paying money and taking time out of my day to be chastised for something I had no control over and then leave with nothing more than an unnecessary order for lab results so they can bill my insurance and get paid. She insisted by the way that I get the lab work done and made it sound like 6 months is a long time to go without a visit, which if you've ever regularly gone to a general practitioner before, it's not. It was a money grab on my way out to make sure they could at least profit off of this waste of my time. No wonder this place has such low reviews across the board.

Thankful for the entire office as the Medical Team assisted me to get me seen at their location, although, the location is not my primary branch. The online scheduling had indicated that their location had the earliest availability to help with my urgent need to be seen. I am thankful for their assistance and your office demonstrated that you cared about me as a patient.

This is the best place for a doctor they are nice and helpful thank you guys so much for your help doctors very helpful and I been this hospital seen 10 years and very good they helped my family and my kids thx for you and the doctors I love this hospital ❤️
