    Was told doctor would not even look at my son's cut if it was anywhere on his head. Very strange.... He just need a stitch or two. The doctor we ended up seeing is just going to glue the cut shut. Not very helpful.

    I have gone there several times over the past 5 years the first year was great these last 3 years the Dr's there act like they dont no what they are doing..I have had to go back due to them not prescribing the right meds for me. This last time the Dr said I have been there several time for antibiotics..like I'm doing something other than taking them ..If he prescribe the right ones I would not have to keep coming back plus its a waste of my money ...Really..

    This place is a joke! The doctor looks at me and says oh no you need to go the hospital. This is after I paid my copay. So I go to the hospital and they tell me oh you need to go to a specialist! So now I'm 240.00 dollars in the hole for just co payments! Then when I call back and ask are you still charging me my co pay, since you didn't do anything. They responded well yes it's a consultation charge. Are you KIDDING? I didn't go for consult, I went to be treated!

    Took my daughter here today because she was having flu like symptoms when we got there her fever was 104 they didn't seemed worried! In fact the triage nurse was on his phone while taking my daughter's vitals and stuff! Get called back didn't even test her for the flu said they it's just a nasty cough and gave her meds doctor wasn't even in there 3 mins then sent us on our way!!! I will never go back there if I could give them no stars I would!!

    Dont waste your time here. They do the minmum they dont even have the equipment to do anything not even blood work, it shouldnt even be called urgent care. I came in for excessive bleeding and got looked at for literally a minute from a person who i was not even sure was even a doctor. The consult alone was 100 dollars. And all i walked out was with a piece of paper i could have pulled online. And the persons opinion to go to a different Urgent care.

    I will start out saying I have had ok experiences here before but this one made sure I won't return. I showed up early to try and get in before having to be at work. They didn't open until 9, ok my fault I should have checked the hours. Then it took 20 minutes for the first person to be called up to be helped and when it was my turn I was told their "policy" is people with my insurance have to pay significantly more than my copay. I left and went to a better place that saw me within 10 minutes and charged me my actual co pay.

    Day 1 Wednesday, 02-24-16, Went in at about 11a.m., got seen at 1:05p.m. got out at 1:20p.m. Provider told to get meds at CVS, no paperwork was needed it will be sent electronically. CVS received no paperwork, fax, or electronic scripts. Tried to call Jesse Owens Urgent Care, busy signal and later "all circuits are busy" msg. Still waiting it's 2:12p.m. and no way to call them. Tried to call over and over no answer for Jesse Owens and CVS still received no electronic scripts. Day 2, Thursday, 02-25-16, I called Care 1st, they got a hold of Jesse Owens Urgent Care. Apparently the phone number on the internet is the wrong phone number for Jesse Owens, plus they had sent no scripts to CVS. Talked to the owner she said it was my fault because I never called Jesse Owens to let them know about the problem. Except about the 30 calls I made to Jesse Owens on Wednesday, 02-24-16 to the wrong phone number posted online. Went to CVS told them the story, they said they received noting until today Thursday, 02-25-16 at about 9:20a.m. I told them the owner of Jesse Owens said she had date stamped proof the scripts were sent 02-24-16 at 1:20p.m., but the owner was unable to provide a copy of the date stamped scripts to me, because they were on the computer and we all know you cannot print things off computers. The owner also said it is common for CVS to take 24 hours to fill a script. I am sure it is when they receive it 24 hours late. CVS filled the scripts by 10a.m., because they had to call Jesse Owens to correct a mistake on one script. This was slightly shorter than the 24 hour wait that the owner of Jesse Owens stated it would take. You be the judge? I am going to vote with my feet and look for another Urgent Care that has a caring owner, not one that talks down to me and is rude. After my niece took 2 doses of the prescribed Cefdinir, she started having diarreah and her throat closed, an obvious allergic reaction to the medication. I called Jesse Owens to get her another antibiotic ordered that she was not allergic to, but the owner said because of my interaction with her she is refusing the provider to order anything else and that I would have to take my niece to another urgent care and that she cannot come back there to be seen.

    Jesse Owens Urgent Care claim I had to pay out of pocket. I was feeling bad so I paid. The Urgent Care turn around and bill my insurance company. So now they have been paid twice and will not reimbursement. Stay away from this urgent care.

    Today I took my daughter, she had an appointment at 2:00pm, it was 2:45 and as soon as they passed her, I stopped to ask what was going on, someone came out and told me we are late, can I change your appointment for tomorrow, I wasn't taking my daughter for fun or because she didn't have something to do. The girl had a fever, stomach pain and vomiting. They assume that I will tell my daughter to stop vomiting until tomorrow when they want to treat you, you can feel bad again, they passed on to more than 15 relatives. Before they say to us and I, I don't have any money, what a nerve, for my part I won't come back.
