What is the point of having scheduled appointments if the patient still has to wait an hour in the "waiting area"? The last thing someone wants to do is chill in a CVS when they aren't feeling well. I showed up 10 min early for my appt and was never seen because I left. The "practioner" called me when I was in the parking lot and offered to have me come back in but "She has another appt in 10 min". HOW RUDE!!!!

Very disappointed with this experience, not even an experience. I scheduled my appointment for 4:50, when scheduling they ask you to arrive there 15 minutes early so I do. I get there and check in on the kiosk and it says I have a wait time of 62 minutes! Whatever I'm there no big deal ill wait. I then receive a text saying that for safety reasons they want you to wait in your car. Fine I do. Along with the text it sends a link with your "live wait time" in real time so I keep checking it. I go into the area 2 more times throughout my wait. No one is at the counter so I wait in my car. 30 minutes 20 minutes 10 minutes at 2 mins I go in and they tell me I am way late for my appointment and basically say next time be there on time! Very disappointed 0/10 recommended if I could leave 0 stars i would.

I wanted to speak to a professional about the Covid vaccine and Linda was amazing. She was so sweet and understanding about my hesitation and reassured me that I didn’t have to take the vaccine and we just chatted. We had the most amazing conversation and she had so much compassion. It was exactly what I was looking for at that exact moment. I left with such a better and more informed frame of mind. Please know that having someone like her in this position is the best thing for people at this point in time. The world is so horrible with this awful pandemic and we, as people with no idea what’s truly happening in the world, need the “Lindas” in our world to give us a true perspective. I couldn’t sleep last night knowing I had this appointment and I sure feel I’ll get a great nights rest knowing Linda is in this world.

Called to speak to a pharmacist about the medication I was prescribed yesterday. Waited on hold only to be hung up on. Called again...AGAIN Called ended. Still trying I asked the store manager to connect me...yes you guessed it...Waited in hold to yet again be disconnected. Please don't do this to people. Just be good humans! The minute clinic is amazing however, I'm rating the store itself as this was absolutely uncalled for.

I went there in Jan 2018, it’s Jun 2022 and I’m still getting bills. If Jean King still works there. Please people do not go to her. She messed up my paper work and I been dealing with this headache of bills back and forth for years now with the VA and tricare. Make sure she does her job correct.

I made a 5:10pm 10/12/2023 appointment on my computer three hours prior at 2pm for this location. I received the confirmation booking of the appointment on my screen. I show up at 5pm for my appointment and they are not able to locate my appointment and cannot fit me in. I am not surprised this location currently has a 2.5 out of 5 star rating. Go to Honor Health nearby instead of this Minute Clinic.

Not sure who wrote the bad reviews or what they had expected. But the lady doctor or nurse practitioner was excellent. Professional. Courteous, and with the online check in process I was in and out in minutes. Even with insurance this sick visit at urgent care would of cost me more. Cheers, great work minute clinic union hills.

Came in with over 20 minutes for an appointment but they close earlier than what it's advertised online. Please update your website with the correct times so customers can decide if they need to go elsewhere.

Stopped here while visiting from Wisconsin. The directions given for using the medication were wrong. As a result, I need more now. For two days I have been attempting to talk to the doctor. When I've called (x4) they say they will call me back and still never have. They also messed up the billing and charged $100 instead of $20 with my insurance and told me I need to sort out when I get home. I am still waiting for a call from the doctor to fix this while now traveling home.

This clinic, and I guess all minute clinics, cannot administer any injections. I can come down with severe allergy attacks and have tried almost all OTC allergy medications. The list of things I haven't tried is very very small. This includes prescription drugs. The FNP pushed for Allegra D despite my concerns, and could not administer a steroid shot to get my immune system to calm down. Instead, we used an oral alternative. She said it would take effect a "day later", where the last time I got a shot, my allergies vanished within hours. I tried to communicate several times about my reservations, that my allergies are quite atrocious, but I also wanted to lend my trust, nor waste my time waiting in a different urgent care (a mistake in hindsight). They could have recommended I go elsewhere, but they seemed convinced this would work. After all, if I don't come back, I'm cured right? Well what do you know, I'm lying in bed, down for the count, taken an Allegra D, this oral steroid, and no end in sight. Take care, for minor things I'm sure this place is fine, but ultimately you're responsible for your own care, particularly if it's of the unfortunate exceptional variety. I likely will not return.

Awful customer service. Refused service to my wife for immunization. She didn't realize I am a health insurance agent. I will be filing a complaint on the pcp's medical license.

Visiting my parents from ND and my 3 year old had a fever and just wasn’t doing well. Took her here and even though it said we had an 85 minute wait the doctor saw her right away. She was amazing and it turns out my little one has double ear infections. For her some medicine and we were out of there in less than 30 min.

Waste of time, came on my lunch break, tried to send me somewhere telling me it’s free over there. ( I work during those hours ) Dude had an attitude. Overall, out of all the locations I’ve been to in the years, this definitely is the worst

The NPs are useless here, they try to essentially brush off their responsibilities to treat. They will recomment to visit either Urgent Care or the Emergency room - dude what the hell are you doing there? They ignored my initial symptoms, then gave medication which caused allergy and eventually it caused more trouble. After that they denied any further evaluation. Stay away from this facility for sure.

I went to the Minute Clinic today and it was honestly the best urgent care experience I've had. There was no wait at all, the facility was clean, and both of the staff, Mackenzie and Erin, were great. Plus I was able to get my medication immediately after the appointment. I've never been to a Minute Clinic before but I will be coming back here each time now.

😠 Do not come here! I work in the medical industry, so have an understanding of how things work/run. This NextCare is dirty. Bugs crawling around everywhere inside the lobby. 👍👍 I've never felt more heard while seeking help with my mental health. My Psych doctor REALLY listens to me and lets me sit in the driver's seat for my treatment plans. Also, my therapist is probably one of my favorite people I've ever met. I've never had a therapist that I felt comfortable being comp...
