You provided us with all of the information necessary to prepare us for anything that birthing could have thrown at us. I can whole heartedly say that without your class i would not have been able to help my wife through our adventurous labor. I want you to know that one affirmation has stuck with me because its the one that helped us through when our birth story did not go as planned anf that is " i am prepared to meet whatever turn my birthing takes." These words help us make decisions outside of our birth plan and ultimately lead us to our healthy son. Thank you again

After a traumatic first birth experience, I was looking for something to help me better prepare for my second. After much research, I chose HypnoBirthing to help alleviate the fear and stress I felt about birthing a second time. I emailed a couple of providers in the area and MariaElena not only responded right away but was willing to work with our crazy schedule to schedule private, in-home classes for my husband and me. The content of the classes themselves are amazing and MariaElena's warm, caring demeanor made her so easy to work with. My second birth experience was a world of difference from the first, and I truly thank MariaElena for all that she did for my family!

Maria was a wonderful teacher, instructor, mentor, and friend! She was very knowledgeable in Hypnobirthing and was always happy to answer my questions. She covered everything thoroughly and helped my husband and me feel very comfortable about our up coming birth. Her home was very inviting and was a wonderful, intimate place to meet. HypnoBirthing class and Mari have saved my baby and me. I had to give birth in the most distressing situation, but thankfully, the breathing technique that I learned helped me get back to birthing my baby. The delivery nurse that I had left me in the room by myself most of the time and forgot to call my OB doctor. She told me to "stop pushing because the doctor is not here yet." I remembered what Mari told me in class about a woman who had her legs tied together to wait for the doctor and her baby did not do well, so I told the nurse that I cannot do that. Anyone who gave birth knows that once you have the urge to push, you cannot will yourself to stop, because it is a reflex. Mari's class really prepare you for all possible situations that can happen to you. Mari puts her heart and soul into helping every couple. Mari is so compassionate, wonderful and accommodating. Mari is the best hypnobirth instructor in Phoenix hands down! She takes her time to dive into the material and explain the process and much more. I wanted to do hypnobirthing with my 2nd baby after having a previous difficult labor that ended up in interventions and then c-section with my first. My desire is for a VBAC this time, and I feel that will happen and that my experience will be much different knowing what I know now from taking Mari's classes. She is completely committed to making sure each expecting mother (and father) has the tools we need to have a calm and fulfilling birth experience.
