this
place,
neighbors
are
wonderful,
maintenance,
especially
Cruise
is
efficient,
timely,
and
hard
working.
The
pools
are
always
clean,
the
fitness
center
is
available
24/7,
has
everything
you
could
need,
the
office
is
friendly,
and
a
social
environment,
with
complete
office
station,
comfortable
visiting
area
for
tenants.
The
many
grilling
areas
are
always
clean
and
well
kept,
the
landscaping
is
always
well
done.
Honestly,
I
don't
see
how
some
of
the
negative
reviews
happen,
unless
they
are
people
that
are
irresponsible,
don't
maintain
their
homes,
and
expect
miracles!
As
tenants
there're
basic
responsibilities
we
have,
like
reporting
things
before
they
become
major
issues,
communicating
our
needs
effectively,
for
those
that
say
the
office
staff
is
rude,
attitude
is
everything,
so
how
you
present
yourself,
will
determine
the
response
you
get!
I've
worked
in
Behavioral
health
over
30
years:
7
years
privately
as
a
case
manager/in
home
provider
prior
to
becoming
a
Case
Manage
II
for
an
outpatient
company,
then;
Behavioral
Health
Specialist
III,
Clinician,
Social
Worker
for
an
impatient
psychiatric
hospital,
not
that
you
need
my
qualifications,
or
resume,
but
the
benefits
of
a
little
bit
of
sweetness/kindness
and
understanding
will
get
you
a
lot
better
response
then
vinegar.
