I usually have a easy time in this store. The employees are helpful, they always stock up there store, and it's pretty clean for being connected to christown. I was looking at the jewelry I pressed the button for customer service. It was a little busy waited about 20 minutes and ask the same lady 3times for assistance. To later finding out she is the assistant manager Adina. I picked out one item that I said I would buy. Then went through the store to look around. I didn't find anything else but I remembered that there was two more watches that I wanted to grab before I left on top of the one I already picked. I went back over there hit the button and a nice gentleman came to help me. As I was looking for the two other watches the assistant manager comes back up and rudely says (didn't I already help you). I nicely responded with there was two more items I wanted to grab. She rudely answered back again with (couldn't you have grabbed them beforehand). I just said I wasn't sure if I was going to grab them but now I'd like to. She then storms out telling her employee to hurry up rudely. Look I understand it's Christmas time and a lot of stores are busy but it wasn't that bad in there and not ever shouldn't assistant manager or store manager be getting rude with a customer ever. Where is the professionalism? Here's the proof to show I'm not making this up here's my family's gifts I got them

I bought clothes for me but someone I know that is homeless , she lost all her clothes. She didn't know that I was going to buy her something but when I got to Ross I told her to get whatever . She got 2 outfits and shoes . I was only helping her the way a true friend should be . Helping a friend in need . I can't help everyone but I can help one at a time . We got Starbucks and Hungry Howie's . I dropped her off where she is camped out . I said for her to call me if she needs anything or just wants to talk . Please don't lose sight of the Faith . Faith is what you want it to be . Get out of a abusive relationship , better job , get off drugs , get off the streets , get a car . " Faith does not make things easy , it makes things Possible " . I didn't have any problems at Ross and I enjoyed shopping with my friend . One at a time and we can make a difference. Be kind , and be respectful . Treat other people the same way you want to be treated . With love and kindness . I will continue to shop at Ross .

If you’re black or Latino DO NOT shop at this Ross. As soon as I walked in, two overweight white female security guards Laurie & Leah got on their walkie-talkies and one followed me. When I found what I came for, I walked to the register and overheard the security guard that followed me say “I think she’s gonna try to make a run for it”. The other fat lady security moved closer to the exit. LOL I was holding a $20 bed comforter, and the register is right by the exit. I was wearing a lululemon set, a Burberry purse, and an Apple Watch. They had no reason to think I was going to steal other than the color of my skin. When I made it to the register I complained to the manager about her racist staff. To Laurie and Leah, next time you’re gonna stereotype people, make sure you’re not morbidly obese first.

Tons of transits and thieves here so there's more than usual loss prevention employees here. The store needs some serious fixing up. Instead of replacing the door in the dressing room they have a curtain up but most of the hooks to hang the clothes up are gone. The worst part here are the long lines. There's never enough cashiers. I've been here a few times and they don't have enough cashiers so lines get really long.

Ross is always a good value for me because I search the clearance racks first. I have came away in the past with a dress for $3.50, a top for a $1.50, Etc. Be aware at the Spectrum Mall location, there are no bathrooms or Try-on room available. But remember the buys are killer!

I will never come to this store again. Disgusting!!! The store is a total mess and gross. The lines are long and do not move quickly...2 checkers on a weekend, really? Also the manager didn't really seem to care. What happened to customer service, barely exists anymore esp.witj these young ones who are managers. Back in the day as a mgr. If the lines were long i would jump on a register,..that was when the customer mattered, thise dsys are gone. I was in line for 25 mins for one item.

I usto shop here and spend the average of $300 a month but for some reason all of a sudden no more customer restroom they tried to divert me to Target or petsmart and that's B.S. The health dep should shut them down .

Today It happened that I was in the area for the first time and decided to stop by at Russ, at 5:16pm I made a purchase of $130.23 and being with two small kids after me I was distracted and forgot my credit card at the registry right after I made my purchase. As soon as I got home I noticed a message from my bank about a charge! Someone has shopped at the same Ross for $42:33 When I called the store at 8:11pm I asked to speak to a manager and this girl said that she was in charge. I explained to her what happened and she was so rude and I asked what her name was and she hang up on me. I don’t know if anyone serious will see my review here but if you do please check the timing to see who talked to me and also right after my purchased to see who actually used my card because at this point I am thinking it’s one of the employees. Also a little note it will be nice to ask for the ID next time someone is using a credit card because that could of been prevented. (Anyways I closed my credit card and will never shop here again!)

Greeted by security at entry, if you don't have a mask they will get you one, I asked and they had a box behind a counter. Shoes were pretty well organized. I came back to get these the next day and they were in a different rack of summer picks. With Ross if you see a one of it's kind pair it's best to grab em while you can so I got lucky. I picked up four new pairs of summer sandals and purchased a large vinyl Ross shopping bag for around eighty bucks total. Budget friendly. If you know what you want and even if don't..you might find it here. Longish lines but moved fast, bottled waters and random sugar coated gummie worms, European wafer cookies, herbal teas, gourmet popcorn etc. in bins near cashier.

This is the worst Ross, super unfriendly. They never greet you. Store is always dirty and unorganized. I was just there today and they had one cashier. I was standing in line forever only to have someone walk up in the return line and be waited on instantly. When I asked if another cashier could be called, I received a rude response saying I'm the only one here. If you're only going to have one cashier you should only have one line, that is common sense. How convenient the two black people waiting in line forever and a non black person walks up instantly and is greeted because she has a return. I walked out and left all my items. You will not get my business with such poor customer service. And you have lost a customer for good.

This store ALWAYS has huge lines and only 1-2 cashiers; literally you can be in line for an hour! The store has anti-theft devices beeping and going off everywhere and the associates don't care. The store is an absolute disaster and disgusting. You can't find any clothes your size because there's so many clothes of the wrong size crammed in there that haven't been put back in their proper places. Corporate needs to get involved and get new management that knows how to run a store. Absolutely absurd running business like that!

I used to love Ross's. Their clothing has gone way down.I could not find anything I would buy. It might have been this particular location. Will try another one before giving up on all Ross stores

This place is good to go to when u have an entire day to waste. As there are never enough employees and u will wait in line for 30 plus mins. For once the security guard was extremely helpful and kind

This Ross, like most Rosses across the country, is busy. The selection always varies, which is nice but there's a huge element of hit or miss, as with all Ross store. It's the normal cacophony of clothing and accessories, random candies and cookies, snacks, and knick knacks. It's Ross. It's fairly inexpensive, even with inflation. If you are expecting anything more than that, well, go to Marshalls.

Over crowed! I couldn't get through an aisle without bumping into someone—a long check-out lane with one cashier. I went there to find a PJ set for my husband. The employee couldn't say for sure where this would be. They pointed me to the 2nd row in the back to a disorganized clothing rack. 😑 I Didn't find what I was looking for.

They have so much good stuff I love shopping there

Ross always gives me a selection of affordable items to choose from. They even have a "clearance or sale" section towards the back with a variety of different goods. The wait to check out can be very lengthy A lot of the time though. Balanced against the savings I get here it's worth it. One thing in particular to remember is the inventory here gets depleted on the weekends starting Friday night thru Sun.. So, if you can stop by during the week your chances of finding everything stocked up are much better.

WTAH is going on here? A discount clothing store with prices higher than regular clothing stores. This is not a high end Walmart however going by the prices, you would think that they were competing with Scottsdale Galleria. The store was atrocious. Cashier staff was very pleasant.

12-18-23 just updating my review from a couple years ago. This store still sucks! Literally there are 30 or so employees walking around this place but they only have three checkout Lanes opened and the line has at least 40 people in it. Obviously Ross stopped caring about customer service a long time ago! Picture attached is of the insanely long line and what you do not see is the 15 people behind me. 12'-15-22 With the amount of employees wondering around it blows my mind that their aisles look like a bomb went off. It literally is dangerous to be walking down the aisles because big boxes are stacked on top shelves on top of little things and if you bump something they fall from the top shelf to the ground. I had a 5-pack book bundle that dropped from the fourth shelf and hit me on the foot because somebody touched a package on the same Shelf. I have literally been to 20 Ross's in the last 3 days and this one is by far the worst I've seen.

Got a genuine leather belt that was 35 dollars for 10 bucks and a stylish hat for 10 can't complain .

The space between racks were very narrow and clothing sizes were all mixed together. You have to really hunt for just one outfit. Not a good experience but prices are great.

This part of town is loaded with the homeless and addicts desperate to score. Be wary. This store is almost always packed to the rafters, so you need to be there early before it's picked clean, but the people who shop are careless about keeping the correct sizes in the correct area, so it's a roulette wheel's odds of finding what you're looking for.

This store was awful. My friend and I ran into grab a purse because her bag broke and we were running out of time and the line was extremely long and we didn't have time to wait so we asked if we could just grab a bag that you would put your purchase items in and they would not give us one unless we purchased an item will we couldn't wait in line to purchase one the store was dirty and cluttered it was just an awful experience 👎

If it wasn't for the long Christmas checkout lines (they needed more cashier's open) it would've been 5⭐'s... Maybe next time will be better.

Very clean and big store with a lot of inventory. Great customer service and believe this or not! I loved those price tags.

The shopping experience at Ross was very satisfying. we found everything we needed and then some however the only drawback is that there were many empty shelves which means less Revenue because there's less to see and purchase. the staff is friendly but could be a little more helpful if they see somebody looking for something seemingly lost.. the store could also use some more men's shoes and clothing. Overall though Ross is a great place to find Value among top name brands like Nike and Puma and several others. I liked this place.

I'm going to a wedding next week and had to find clothes for this occasion. Why not ROSS! I ended up with matching outfits for my boys and I got a really nice one to I also scored boots for the boys all for under $150 thx ross

This particular Ross was OK the lines are really long it seems like they’re always long they could be a good thing meaning their college a good so people are buying but I bought some Fila red cologne and I’m gonna see how it is with the stores OK a little bit better than OK a little bit better than OK!

I love shopping at Ross! I always find some really good deals from shoes, clothes, accessories, to houseware. And when you find something you like, buy it! Because it won’t be there when you go back. Quite a few times it has happened to me. And up to this date, I feel like kicking myself for missing the chance. I randomly go back hoping I will find like merchandise but find no luck. So, I’ve learned my lesson. I don’t hesitate anymore. I like it, I buy it! And so far, have not regretted the choice.

Good selection though store is located in a well, sorta a bit of an challenging area. Because of this the store is in disarray causing the customer a bit more effort locating their next best deal. However they have a great selection so long as you are ok with security circling or looking through the items.

I can’t understand how this store has 4 stars. I can not shop comfortably. Either my puse might get stolen or security is trying to trip you if you shop too close to the door. As a pregnant woman this Ross feels like the most unsafe Ross I have ever shopped at. Ghetto or not treat your customers with more respect and stop profiling.

I love Ross because they have so many great clothes! Today I spent 2 hours there and found a lot of nice outfits and individual clothing items. Unfortunately I could not try any of them on because the fitting rooms were closed. I won't be back to this one.

Long lines but endless stuff to blow your money on. I had to contain myself Says open before 7am but holiday hours are at 8am

In a busy location, so it's generally low in stock when it comes to common clothes and shoe sizes. Kinda messy and always a long line. My kids did find a backpack and pair of shoes they liked.

Always great deals. But did not find what I was looking for. I'll be back!

Disruptive people are clearly welcomed no matter what they are shouting out. The prices for the quality of purses was not good. But other things were priced okay. And if you don't mind be hearded like cattle in the slowest check out line possible. Then this is the place to go.

Is it just me or has their merchandise for 3x men's gotten worse? They barely carry a large selection and I have been buying my son's large shoe size for over 10 years here but, they no longer go above a size 13? Since when? I'm not interested in going back if I can no longer shop for everyone in my family in one place. Lacks the convenience. I don't enjoy shopping. Ross use to be a headache free zone when it came to convenience. I now know that I have to go else where
