    unfortunately having to do a negative review for Macy’s at camelback road in Phoenix. I bought a trouser on December 1st,2023, it got unstitched during its very first wash, and I did not use for even once. when I tried to return it, it was not accepted by the store manager on 6th Jan, 2024 citing the reason that I have washed it and having no receipt while they could always track my purchase using my card used during the purchase. I eventually left the product with them without refund, the store manager accepts it!

    Monica gave excellent customer service. I loved this Macy!!! Wow! Clean, well stocked, and a Starbucks. I called my husband and told him to fly from NC to come shop with me.

    While a few employees kept looking as I needed assistance since they didn't bother checking in on me, took matters into my own hands and this is strictly rating the services of Doug cause the score would have been lower if not for him. Doug is great and took care of all my needs while shopping for a suit for my dad's funeral services. Highly recommend working with him on any of your needs. Even took my brother in the next day and he gave great service to him as well. Thanks for everything Doug!

    I can’t enjoy going to this location only because I get so many looks and i’m practically being followed everywhere by the old ladies that work there as if I’m going to steal something… I understand be cautious with your store but don’t follow my family and I across all THREE LEVELS of the store. After I asked why she was following us she just smirked and acted like she didn’t hear us. We were ready to spend a good amount of money as we needed clothes for an upcoming wedding but after this I might never come again to a Macys store.

    Excellent customer service at the Biltmore store. My makeup purchases (for my wife) were great with Mikel, who remembered me (and about my wife is in Africa) from my last visit in April. I then had another good experience with Don who was summoned to assist the guy alone in the lingerie department (yes, again for my wife). Stopped in, found out about the sale first week in December. Shopping for holidays will be on the calendar 🗓️

    It's always so nice when we get to shop at an upscale location. This is the Biltmore Macy's and this location really values customer service! They offer a wide variety of discounts, promo codes, & coupons for it's credit card holders and dedicated shoppers. Open a new credit card and get 25% off total purchases for that day! ***Truly a Class Act***

    I was shopping for clothes for my interview, and i felt kind of lost on what I should get, but there was this nice lady name Dawn who helped me out all the way through. She did everything she could to help me find the things I needed. Best customer service I had a long while.

    This Macy's at Biltmore Used to be 5 star. Disappointed in reduction in quality of product and reduction in sheer amount of goods. It's not looking so good for Macy's. Saw dresses that my sister bought two years ago at Macy's and they were full price! Racks in ladies nice dresses looks empty. Trendy clothes section for young adults GONE! Benefits makeup gone! Shoes selection greatly reduced.

    This is where I go to purchase my cologne, polo blue and polo black. Great prices, they also have great prices on Michael kors, definitely a must have when shopping for items on my list that are a reasonable price. Kudos to all of you who work at Macy's in Scottsdale.

    I went in on July 1, 2023, I am a true blue Ralph Lauren guy, I bought some Ralph Lauren Grey ankle socks with a red pony, WORST socks I’ve ever bought! I put a pair on and almost immediately they lost shape and started coming off my feet, The packaging said cushioned, They got paper thin and has lost all the elasticity. These socks just twist and turn while on your feet. These socks should be pulled from the shelves, they are terrible, very disheartening for a Ralph Lauren fan.

    I think Macy's is just absolutely exquisite. I loved walking through there, and feeling like a million dollars, and then finding a very affordable poncho that was a million times better than anything I had found anywhere else. I was super excited to find it on sale and only paid 14$ for it, which was only half the price I'd pay anywhere else, and probably worth 4 times what I paid for it. Long live Macy's, you're the best. 😆

    Macy’s has only one star! Macy’s has only one star in their logo for a reason! Absolutely in the Dark Ages with online shopping and customer service. I will absolutely not make the mistake of making a second purchase. Any perceived savings is outweighed significantly with aggravation and frustration that exceeds the value of the product! After 9 days, and tracking showing the order in the same city of Phoenix for four days I called for some help. I was told nothing could be done. I asked for the order to be refunded. I am then told that can only occurs within the first 30 minutes of the order. Amazon runs circles around you!

    Went to Macy’s today at the Biltmore to purchase two pairs of men’s shoes. Could not find an associate to assist me. Not sure if the store is well staffed to take care of all customers. Finally did meet an associate in the women’s area in cosmetics, and told her the situation And all she says I’m sorry. Macy’s I hope you get ready for Christmas shopping because you may lose more revenue than then projected.

    I went shopping for a prom dress and I found one. A sensor was left on however, but I didn’t know it was us that had sent off the alarm. An employee came after us to let us know that a sensor was left on. Dawn was amazing throughout the entire experience. She removed the sensor and talked to us about the rewards program (the original cashier hadn’t said anything) and signed us up. We also ended up returning the dress and buying it presale. Again, Dawn was amazing. She had our best interests at heart. We will be coming back for a graduation dress, that’s for sure.

    I needed to pick up a suit today and was unsure about proper fit. Lulu clearly saw me struggling and came to the rescue.     i have been a satisfied customer since 7years This place has completely changed. some new workers As soon a black person, walked in as a black person, it’s always the stare , …..the smirk , ….ugh I only come here for jewelry and Clinique products. the nice ladies that usually worked here I don’t see them anymore only one left. They were the only workers that made me feel welcome. There are so many rude, new judgmental people. so judgmental when it comes to black people/African Americans every time I come here I always be ignored like I’m invisible they help people behind me & ignoring me it happens to me again today I would be standing there looking stupid. It happens 4 time I’m so disappointed . it’s Uncomfortable situations now I feel like I don’t wanna come here anymore

    5-STAR FURNITURE-BUYING EXPERIENCE I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Macy's Furniture in Phoenix, Arizona, and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the unwavering assistance I received from their remarkable employee, Anna. If there were more than 5 stars available to rate her, I would gladly give them! Anna is dedicated to helping customers find the perfect furniture pieces to suit their needs. She is attentive, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Anna didn't just want to make a sale; she was genuinely focused on making sure I left the store with furniture that I would be thrilled with for years to come. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I initially ordered my dream sofa on Macy’s website and scheduled the delivery for several months out since I recently moved to a different state. To my disappointment, Macy’s canceled my order the day before delivery, without any notice. This was extremely frustrating. This is where Anna came in… she worked tirelessly to find my dream sofa and was able to locate it after a week of searching (despite it being discontinued). She reserved it and re-ordered it for me for the same price I initially paid… and she was sure to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process. Thanks to Anna's expertise and commitment to customer service, I am now the highly satisfied owner of a beautiful new sofa that I have looked forward to owning for over a year.     Macy’s Biltmore Men’s Fragrance counter like to give customers the run around! The end of August I asked if they would have these backpacks available on Monday the 30th (as advertise) they informed me that they sold out of these last month! I informed them these is a promotion that is suppose to happen for Labor Day, they informed me they weren’t getting these backpacks! They also said they would take my name and call me when they did get them in. Come September 2nd, I stopped by again to ask and the lady at the counter informed ER hey should get them in on Tuesday the 7th! Here it is the 7th and the ladies at the counter have been rude informing me they never said they would have that item….WAY TO GUVE YOUR CUSTOMERS THE RUN AROUND!!

    This center is divine! We stopped by the men's cologne area and were helped by a delightful lady. I am sorry that I do not recall her name because she was amazingly friendly and helpful. I believe she had a mask on that said Queen. Regardless, we had a great experience and will be back.

    They had some good sales going on, but their dress shoe selection was lacking. They only had the pointed toe or square toe shoes available. Looking like I'm gonna be recruited by Santa to be employed in his workshop. Finding pants on my size was definitely a challenge. Finding anyone to help in the suits section was like finding an employee in a home depot. Not likely gonna happen.

    Went here to pick up a King Size Mattress for a customer. 1st guy said it wasn't there and might be at another Macy's in Old Town Scottsdale. Turned out it was there all along just 1st guy had no clue. Loaded it up, after too long of a wait, and delivered it to a HAPPY Customer.

    The shopping experience is what I would expect from a Macy's. The store was tidy, and departments were well labeled. If you're used to shopping at Macy's, you'd know how to find your way around anyway. They just didn't have what I wanted this time around.

    Bought a Martha Stewart olive oil spray bottle and I t sprays just right. Returned slacks bought online. Macy's is great about returns. If you don't have your receipt or Macy's card, clerks will looks up your purchase using other identifiers. Very customer friendly. Thanks Macy's!

    I went to Macys 30 minutes before close. I’m 24 I had wedding in 2 days I had no idea what I was doing. Then Dawn came in to save the day.     My Coach watch battery died.. went to send for battery replacement first thing that am. jewelry worker was young rude act as if I was invisible while standing in front of her with no one there forever!! I had all paper receipts she act as if she cannot read, well I cannot hear you I said repeatedly 2-3 times..I wanted to look at other jewelry BUT not with her l ..Maybe I can get someone else upon pick up!! Oh, I even had to ask when it would be ready? i still couldn't hear her..The older lady I asked for she didn't know.. ( Too bad for me, I was stuck with her).. I truly wanted to tell her that she needs a different field of work if you treat people especially who look like you invisible, but I didn't I prayed for her and went to mens department they rocked 2 of them very nice asked if I needed help rang me out with smiles and conversations!!

    My granddaughter and I went yesterday, immediately after we came into the storeI notice a man behind us. He was too close but I thought he was another shopper . We were shopping around and I got in the line to ask a question and the clerk said can I help you folks, I turned around and this guy is right behind me again. I realize he was security he quickly went away, then another security guy started following us again I know because I started realizing who was walking close to us. Yes I am a black woman and it was quite unsettling to have men following us like that. I am not a thief and my treatment at this store was very disrespectful . Also at the cologne counters I was overlooked and dismissed. I was treated very bad and will never go back

    I didn't think someone who was supposed to help my partner and I find clothes for a wedding was capable of making me feel so bad but I suppose you learn something new everyday. I sent my boyfriend in to get a new shirt and tie to match me for a wedding we were attending. I was at work and couldn't come with but he put me on video chat so I could share my opinion. During this call I let him know I didn't think he should wear white to the wedding.. duh. The sales associate had the audacity to say "well actually I disagree with her" . She then went on to say that she "hates when people match and that we don't need to." She also questioned him why I wasn't there since I know exactly what I want him to wear. Which again, SO RUDE. After all the nasty comments I told him I should have sent him to Saks, she overheard and told us I would need to make another paycheck before I could ever afford to go over there. I'm so appalled I can't even begin to come to terms with the fact someone made me and my partner feel so uncomfortable.

    Store experience was horrible-no one bothered to help. Customer service was horrible after wrong size jacket was put into my bag, and finally the online tracking department was clueless as to where my replacement shipment was or when it would arrive. Macy’s will be a real estate investment trust soon because there’s no way they’re gonna survive in retail with people who don’t care about service. Lost art.

    Yeaks! This store got hit badly with customers( in reality, it's not bad for the store. It was actually bad for consumers like me waiting at the last minute for Christmas gifts). Great customer service even though they were busy.
