I give this place five stars because the pricing is insanely cheap for all the products that they have. Physically the building is kind of a dump. It is attached to the closed down Metro center mall. There really is no upkeep on the building. Now the pricing and all the merchandise is only a fraction of the cost of what it is at a regular data lake. This is the clearing House for all the items that have to be reduced more than 50% at the regular dealers. Instead of reducing them pass 50%, they are sent to this location. The men's shorts, slacks, suit, dress shirts, polos, sweaters, jackets are easily 70% off normal Dillard's prices at their normal stores. I know my wife finds amazing deals on all types of women's clothes and shoes as well as bedding. If you want a place for some super great quality clothesclothes at excellent prices , then you should definitely pay this place a visit. I've been able to purchase a lot of roundtree and York brand shorts, slacks, sweaters, shirts from here. I came back here today and found some even more great deals. They are constantly getting new inventory in this store.

I used to love this place for fabulous prices. Seems that they took a hit during the pandemic and prices have greatly increased. Used to find dresses for $10-20, now they are $50-60. I do not consider that clearance. Was dissapointed, but there are a few rare deals in between. Got a Reba brand sweater for $9. I guess if you bring time and rummaged through the whole store you could find a couple of great deals here and there, but you'll have to dig for them.

Always a sale at Dillard's Clearance Center. The site is organized and mostly color coordinated by size. Expect a while to checkout. Every time that I go, there's only one or two cashier and a slew or people standing in line. Sometimes out of the ordinary items appear, like makeup, jewelry, cookware, luggage, etc.

Has a decent big and tall section with lots of options and sizes. $7.99 for all dress pants. Tins of Polo brand shirts reg priced @ $130 found for $30. Cashiers are indifferent and just throw purchases in bags unfolded like they are bagging groceries.

If you want to go clearance rack shopping at a place that actually feels like real clearance - not outlet mall style cheap stuff that's not in the actual stores - this is the place to go. You never really know what's going to be in there or what kind of prices you're going to find. You can spend 600$ for a jacket just as easily as you can find a skirt for $3... I got Sorel sandals for less than 30 bucks, I did find a couple of $3 skirts, and I tried on about 50 different things,of which about 35 went back since it was seriously clear why these things did not sell in the store. Oh, and anything with a yellow sticker on the price tag - not a yellow price but a sticker - that's a returned item than someone purchased and did not keep. Just so you know.

What a weird experience. Felt like a blast from the past. Good deals on high end brands. Don't let the outside discourage you. Some things were all mixed up and you have to dig but if you are looking for some fun options you may find it here.

Not worth going anymore. no more weekly sales and the new employees are ghetto . a latin butch lady employee was so loud in the store and horrible.

Great selection and the prices are amazing for brand name items. Everything is shocking organized and clean for a clearance store. Employees are wonderful also.

Great selection, prices are even better however is in a not so great place as there is lots of homeless. Ladies please be aware and on guard

Can’t believe how much clothes they had in every color. Clothes were arranged like the rainbow and was very neat and organized despite lots of customers

A good place to shop in an inflationary environment

Amazing process on name brand clothing! You gotta do some searching around but you will find what you are looking for. They have everything sorted by color. Suits, shoes, shorts, swimsuits, etc.... When they have a huge sale you will find me there.

You get what you pay for and that shouldn't be a surprise when coming here. There isn't much service, the store is poorly maintained and it's literally the last surviving store attached to Metrocenter mall. On those attributes I deduct a star but you find great deals on shoes and clothes so for that they get 4 out of 5 because they still have awesome things to sell at super discounted prices.

Aside from the fact of where it is they really have taken great pains to make this a nice place to shop.

Good place for good decent merchandise. They used to have better sales before covid.

This discounted department store is great to find nice items of purpose, items range from about $20-$30 each and up. Some shirts and children's clothes are $10-$15 each. When I shop here my motto is only buy something I love and has good value since there are no returns or exchanges. I found some awesome women's Skechers for only $26, half of retail price!

Surprise! No more extra discount that we were enjoying for years, that was the special thing about this place. Thy have tons of clothes but many are very old clothes that are out of fashion. Not worth the time and effort to go and look for the high prices. I went to this store last week to find this out I saw only 3 costumers in the store. I ask what happened and they said no more only on holidays and they looked happy about it the employees with nothing to do just moving clothes like regular costumers so far what I appreciated.

Are they even open anymore?!?! Went to see the construction on the light rail fly over. Hate to say it but I think Dillard's has been gone for awhile. Metro Center has turned into a ghost town / homeless camp. Kind of sad. Be very careful driving to it! Trash & debris. Lots of ruts. If coming from Cheryl there are a few huge holes & ruts from the busses large enough to swallow a Prius! Just kidding, but seriously be careful they're huge.

I love Dillard’s outlet stores, it is a great place to shop for quality clothing at great prices. Its more like treasure hunt .👍
