For the last 6 to 8 months, the service at this location just gets worse and worse. On this specific occasion, which should have only taken 10 minutes inside and out, picking up an online order, took 25 minutes. Poor management has to be the reason. Two separate lines in complete disarray. Not a single employee paying attention to the pickup and refund line. There should never be more than five people in line before it takes another employee to jump on another register to maintain customer service and wait times. Nearly a half hour just to pick up an order is absolutely ridiculous. In the last 8 months, this is only the tip of the iceberg. It's to the point where it's just better to make a longer travel too give my business to another Nordstrom rack

I just got out of Nordstrom Rack after waiting in line for 40 minutes. I had a girl the day before who I had put a hold on my clothes I said, and I quote, “I’ll be back within 24 hours to buy these,” and as promised I came back in less than 24 hours later to but then. The same girl who took my stuff to hold the day before, when I acted a little upset for having an hour of my life wasted, got very aggressive and rude with me. She then told a lie and said she told me they didn’t hold stuff til the next day. Pretty incredible.

My wife's go-to store, I get dragged along. The selections are nice, lots to sort through, from women, men, and kids. My wife loves the brands at discounted prices, I'm just there to hold stuff really. But from what I've seen, some very nice garments to be had for a fraction of the original cost. So all you husbands and boyfriends, go get dragged there and look around.

NOT the same policies as the nice service at Nordstrom. I thought they were one and the same. I Learned to listen from this BAD and UNFAVORABLE interaction better due to the manager saying NO NO NO and not even given an opportunity to say one word. 😐

My experience it wasn’t so good. I asked JOHN for help working in the men’s department, and he had me wait while he completed a phone call. My problem with this was he’s on the floor at work to help people on the floor, so I thought that I could get some immediate service being that he was not helping a customer in front of him. I will look for other options to shop at Nordstrom’s next time. oh, and he was more than happy to ask the customer beside me. If they needed to have anything hemmed, it amazes me how skin color can change with service you receive.

Friendly helpful staff. Great kids selection. I got amazing Christmas presents that were different than the other store's toys and priced amazing!

I had question about the shoe size options that are in the company’s website. An employee by the name of Asper answer I asked my question and she hung up on me. I called back and got her again. I asked my question her response was “I’m not too sure you can google it”. I asked if maybe her manager would know and to speak to the manager. She hung up on me again. Thanks for the best customer service. If she gets commission,I’m sure her paycheck reflects on her attitude, poor.

The alterations service at this location is top notch. I have had multiple suits, jackets, and shirts altered here. The Nordstrom Rack alterations are a great price for the speed and quality. Thanks Mr. Lee!

This is the worst managed store I’ve been to in my life. Chronically understaffed, expect to wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes in line to pay. The employees are rude, and management seems to be completely absent. The store is constantly disorganized with merchandise strewn about everywhere. Corporate seriously needs to get this store in order. I’ve seen people walk out with unpaid merchandise and the employees don’t even blink. This store is a disgrace to the area. I hope they fix the problems, or close the store and open some other establishment that actually cares about customer service.

I love the products at this store. They have very good prices and keep the store fairly neat. The service here has been subpar and even rude. That is the reason for review today.

If you don't want to over-pay and want to find great quality of clothing and shoes, this is your place. They'll send you your receipt via email and they have a great return policy if anything doesn't fit the same once you get home. Gift receipts are also available.

Spouse really had a good time. Found lots of stuff. I even found a heck of a deal on a suitcase. Very helpful staff.

Lovely little store but minimal selection of dresses. Asked one girl to help me find a shoe size area and she just pointed and said it’s over there. Didn’t offer to take me and show me the aisle. When I arrived “over there” it wasn’t labeled and I was kind of searching for a sign as to what the size area I was in.

It had been over a year since I shopped at this location. I walked out with a bunch of new clothing and shoes. The shopping experience was wonderful. My husband went to try on some shirts, and I was waiting outside the dressing room, arms full of items which I was going to purchase. Out of nowhere, an employee asked me if I'd like a shopping cart, to which I replied, "Yes, but I couldn't find one. If you would just point me to where they're kept, I can go get one. Thank you. Her reply was no, wait here. I'll go get it for you. In the 2 minutes she was gone, another employee approached me asking if she could go get a shopping cart for me. Can't ask for much more than that. Wonderful customer relations. Clean store. It's just an all-around great shopping trip.

I ordered barefoot dreams ponchos on line, OnTrac delivered the packages and left them set out in the driveway and they were stolen. Nordstrom Rack decided it wasn’t OnTrac’s fault instead made me responsible for the theft not OnTrac, my neighbor saw them on the edge of the driveway in front of my house. Nordstrom Rack should of held OnTrac responsible. Both parties care absolute “zero” when it comes to customer care. Disappointed!!!!

Eh, they had some good brands but anything I liked, I couldn't find in my size. Sometimes places like this tend to become overwhelming because they don't have much order to them and they are just so jam packed with items it's even hard to walk through the isles. And to clarify what I mean by order, for example, jeans are not just in one spot, they are scattered all over the women's section. This is the type of place you sometimes need to be in the mood for.

Love this store! Can never go wrong with Nordstrom Rack. They have everything you want. I always find something fantastic to add to my closet. They have one of the best shoe selections for both men and women.

At Tumbleweed Park we were there for a bday party for my 4 yr old great granddaughter. It started off nice then it got cold and windy. Nice place

I haven’t been at this location for 3 years. This was originally my goto location until I went down to Chandler. Excellent excellent excellent is all I can say! This store has got a lot of people working here that seem to really enjoy working at this location. Overall attitude is great! The store obviously is clean and it shows in the attitude of the people they want a clean location. The shoppers are pretty cool, easy going people still. The wifi works excellent like every other location. The bathrooms are spotless too! They seem to be hitting hard on every level!

Here’s a place you’re going to find Great deals on nice brands with tons of verity. Your biggest selections are clothing for men or women and shoes. There is a kids section and accessories area to find jewelry, hats, makeup, suit cases, socks, purses, and other kind of bags. Some of the clearance areas are practically giving away items at 70% off.

I went here today after roaming around the area and it was pretty nice for my first time! I wouldn’t say that the prices are inexpensive but not really on my budget. this place is very clean, organized, the workers are very nice, and the dressing rooms are clean.

They ought to consider delegating staff to cash registers and the "returns" area. When I shopped was nobody manned the cashiers, it felt odd to be queued in return line. Other then that, a good shopping experience.

Gotta say it. This place usually has the same clothes as the other surrounding stores for 20-30% cheaper. Went to Macy's and didn't want to pay $90 for Chinos. Went down the street to this Nordstrom Rack and got the same pair for $50. Just one example, but several similar experiences. Store is usually well kept and organized. Staff is extremely helpful.

This was my very first time ,I enjoy walking g around. Most places tend to make me feel overwhelmed. I love how the products were nicely put away and the clothing easy to find. As soon as me and my husband went to check out , we were greeted with such kindness. She offer us to sign up. Didn't hesitate. The prices are so worth it. Can't wait to try ordering online with the App
