Best location I have been too! Parking is great and the store is right at the entrance of the shopping center! Amazing variety of items on sale from 50% or 75%. 🤩 The staff is also really nice and helpful. ⭐ Also the music was so cute and fun! One of the best places to go for me time and a huge shopping haul! 🛍️

I went to this location with a $20.00 gift certificate on Thursday 09/14/2023 @ around 06:00pm .....!! CLOSED!!.. well ...THEY ARE CLOSED!!!! It's now a clothing store!!!

Lots of employees but only 1 person on register. When it was finally my turn it took her a while to acknowledge me to get my pick up order. Just awkward, no one was friendly like I'm used to at other locations

Please update this location!!! Drove over today and saw through the main entrance while driving in, that Spectrum Mall no longer has bath and body works, the space was empty! 😒

Was extremely satisfied. Every time we come we walk away happy. This time was helped out by Victoria super helpful checked the whole store and backroom for a specific scent. Thank you Victoria for the amazing customer service.

Horrible cashier that rang me up. Super rude, super fast, think she was in charge. Was not helpful with my return. I demanded my stuff back and left. Had my young child with me. Super embarassing. I'll never ever ever go there again!

Best experience I have had at any Bath and Body Works!. We were immediately greeted by Katie. She was wonderful and helped me buy gifts for my daughter for Christmas, asking questions to help find the right scent and products that were not overwhelming. She was absolutely wonderful and super friendly, walking us up to the register and waited with us engaging in friendly chit-chat! If you are in the area, I highly recommend this store. Very happy with my purchase and can't wait for my daughter to open her B&BW gift! I know she'll love it.

We stopped late night before the close we were looking for specific item the two employees were there were super unhelpful Rude the one of them didn't explain what was the sale we found out it was buy 3 get 3 free.bad customer service

I’m so upset! This is my favorite location to shop. Your business does not close until 9:00pm and I got to the location at 8:52pm to get a quick candle and doors were already locked! Why say your business close at 9:00pm and when customer go before doors are already lock ? Never AGAIN !!!

Management fails to provide exceeding customer service. I’ll take my business to another Bath and Body works! Tell your employee that’s it’s a crime using a black sharpie to color in her eye brows! A few months back customer service at this exact location was great but maybe you have a New Manager running it? Well maybe that’s besides the point, I asked nicely for something and the Manager had her messenger come back to tell me no. Why didn’t the Manager take it upon herself to come talk to me about my request? Go back and get more training on your customer service.

As of 7/29/2022 this BBW is shut down. There is nothing in the store and the logo is taken down. Please save yourself the gas.

Nice little store with a lot to choose from, friendly staff. Very crowded. Good sales every now and then.

I always love going here. The workers are respectful. They don't come off as the typical pushy sale people. They allow you shopping space while being attentive to your needs and answering questions appropriately.

Here is something to note for management because when I mentioned in store I was told, “Yeah it’s just the company thing.” If you are going to wear badges and post all over your store with “LGBTQ+ inclusion” then offer some type of training. Scents do not have gender. When we walked in the very friendly employee told us their sale and at the end added “Sprays are $4.95 but not the male sprays, just the female ones” I recommend using other words such as masculine/feminine. I think this is important because there was a learning opportunity that was missed even after giving feedback. I hope management will see this and educate their employees. Also, I wouldn’t have mentioned it but the store is covered in marketing for inclusion and as a queer person it’s so offensive to be marketing off us and profiting while not actually doing anything to make a difference. #scentsdonothavegenders
