I absolutely LOVE the Coffee Bean! No offense to my old faithful, Starbucks and to my cool peaps at Dutch Bros. BUT there is something special about Coffee Bean that makes my visit worth it every time! Blame it on the thoughtful staff or the sweet spot location that makes it special but I will tell you my experience is always JUST RIGHT!

This is a great space in a good location. It’s clean and comfortable. What a perfect place to relax or visit with friends. The baristas are friendly. The drinks are tasty, with a nice selection. My favorites are the Vietnamese coffee and the cold brew tea drinks. Prices are fair. Make sure to have the app and join the loyalty program.

Our office has been ordering drinks from here for a couple months now delivered by DoorDash. I make the big mistake of downloading their app and we placed an order on bean and tea leaf app and I went to track order and was marked as delivered. I then called the location and the girl who answered basically told me she didn’t know who their delivery people were and couldn’t do anything about my undelivered drinks. When I asked for a manager, Jackson was put on the phone and he told me there was nothing they could do for me. Maybe call DoorDash customer service to see if it was their driver or maybe call bean and tea leaf customer service. I would suggest the owners not leave people in charge who use phrases like “ I don’t know” or “there’s nothing we can do”. I work in customer service and there is always something you can do. So basically they told me someone else enjoyed my $20 worth of drinks and oh well. Can’t do anything about it. I’m deleting their app and our office is NEVER ordering from them again. DO NOT USE THEIR APP TO ORDER. DO NOT CALL HOPING TO GET A PROBLEM FIXED BECAUSE “ITS OUT OF THEIR HANDS!”.

Great tasting coffee, very nice & clean store. I was greeted as I walked in - by two ladies behind the counter, very welcoming, friendly, and immediately worked on my order. We were headed on a long road trip and I filled up on pastries as well. Great job to the staff of this location, keep up the hospitality, cheerful spirit, and most of all, the good quality of the products that you serve.

If you want a great option other than Starbucks for your coffee fix,this is it!!!!! California based chain offers the best blended cold coffee drinks you can get anywhere!!! The teas are just as delicious, service is always friendly and welcoming. Prices are cheaper too!!!! A must stop whenever we're in town, just wish there was more locations in the valley.

Undisputed best vanilla iced latte with oat milk. I’m addicted to it and get one almost everyday 😅 The staff is great as well, another reason why I keep coming back!

Not sure if the manager assisted us but his service was great. He communicated well and was polite when asking about my wife's service dog. He also made sure we were happy with what we ordered. Overall, 5 ⭐ experience and service.

Very clean and fresh interior. It has a steady stream of traffic both in take outs and drive thru, but spacious inside does not look or feel crowded. Love the cold brew tea choices.

Excellent customer service, efficient and friendly. The chorizo and egg breakfast burrito was amazing to the last bite, toasted to perfection. I ordered a monster cookie for later and it was incredibly good. Scrumptious breakfast. I would definitely order that again.

I don't know what kind of white chocolate they use, but nobody else has it, and it's delicious! Almost feels exclusive! And they have the tiny ice balls, which are a game changer in your coffee. Which I discovered this place years ago when I first moved to AZ. They are on another level!

Quiet, clean little coffee spot. Great workers just needed at least one more employee working the shift. Wait time was really long, and not the fault of the employees. They were working really hard and did a nice job.

I didn’t think a standard hot latte could taste bad, unfortunately this one did? In the past, their teas have been good, but if you want a decent latte probably look elsewhere unless they can look into and address the quality.

This cafe was incredibly bright, spacious and clean. I could easily see this being a place I came for a few hours each day to get work done when I am traveling or to read a book. The two girls working behind the counter were very knowledgeable about the company and product and they were very friendly. I went around 12-1pm on a Tuesday and it wasn't too busy either. We got 3 drinks. My only less than desirable note was the cold brew. On a scale of 1-5, I would give it a 2 because of flavor. I even tried to doctor it up with sweetener and oat milk and it didn't get much better... Their espresso tasted pretty good (good quality and flavor) and their black unsweetened iced tea was very good (light and tasty). I would definitely go back again!

love their drinks, but their fruit is always old and slimy. today, there was MOLD on my apples. can we get some quality control on the food you serve customers? maybe make sure that theres not mold on things people are putting in their mouths? please do better

I was the only customer in the entire store. Placed my order and 20 min later, nothing. I understand their may have been a rush at the drive through but 20 min is ridiculous for 1 drink and a pre-made burrito been no one else is in the store.

This is the worst Coffe Bean & Tea Leaf store I've ever been to. Twice in a row the staff were terrible. We went way out of our way just for Peppermint Mochas and they were a total disappointment both times.

I wish there was a CBTL near me but I make it a point to stop in and get coffee whenever I’m in the Valley. I love it so much that I purchased some of the coveted white chocolate powder to make my own coffee at home daily. Love, love, love me some CBTL.

I awkwardly waited a long time to be acknowledged despite being the only customer in the lobby and then waited longer for a simple brewed coffee. It was a strange atmosphere. The music was also hipster cringe and made sitting inside insufferable but prices were ok.

My first time here I was picking up for a customer. I tried a butter cookie drink. It was amazing! Decided to come back again today and was handed a large decaf coffee. All I ordered was a small cookie butter with oat milk. I had to turn around in traffic and come back to get my correct drink which doesn’t taste no where near my 1st experience. I should’ve just left this as my customers coffee shop. Experience ruined. I’ll stick to what I know. Thank you but I will not be back.

This is a nice coffee shop. The prices are similar to other shops, and the drinks were fantastic. They have an easy to understand rewards program.

I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone came up from the back to see me. Then they asked me to leave because they "had" to lock the doors 20 minutes before the posted close time. Their cold brew tastes very funky. I won't waste my time again.

Espresso here is sooooo good. Very smooth. Got a basic 12oz iced breve latte with 2 extra shots, savored every sip. may be my new go to spot :)

My first time at The Coffee Bean. Delicious! I got a strawberry banana and vanilla ice blended with whipped cream and my wife an iced chai. Highly recommended!

This our first time at this location and we were thoroughly impressed. Friendly, fast service, reasonable prices and all of our drinks were delicious. The peach jasmine cold brew tea was the best, 10/10.

The midnight mocha is amazing. First time here and it was a great experience. We were not disappointed.

My first time back in today since the whole COVID thing had the dine in option off limits. The gal that took my order was very friendly and polite. The dark roast coffee I had a good taste. The atmosphere was excellent w/the temperature and background music. The place was spotless. They did have a nice area w/tables, chairs and umbrellas for ample seating if one chose to sit outside. Glad they are allowing customers inside the dining area now. They do however, have a nice drive thru if one would rather. I’ll be back soon.

I've given them so many tries. The workers wore lotion so it was on the cups and messed with the taste. The owners fixed that after we mentioned it. Then a sandwich had mold on it. They replaced it and gave gift cards to compensate. There was a hair in one of our drinks. We've been given free coffee by an enthusiastic worker a few times. The tea is good but as friendly as they are the coffee really isn't great and there's been too many troubles to bother.
