I am sorry to say I would not recommend this place to get your ring fitted or a stone placed. The main reason my fiancée chose to go here is they were the only ones who had a jeweler on the specific weekday he needed to go. The jeweler who set my stone and resized it did a horrible job. One of the prongs is bent and this caused it to be a lot closer to the other prong from a birds eye view. After the diamond was placed in the setting, one of the prongs had some black marks on it. My fiancée had taken it back after we noticed the black marks and they claimed it was fine and steamed it. Yet they are still on their and it’s not fine. Lastly, they resized it and it is definitely not the size we asked for as it is much too big now. The metal that was used is definitely not the same as you can distinctly see the metal that was added looks different from the rest of the ring. I’m so disappointed in this whole experience and would highly recommend you not get your ring sized or diamond set here! At this point I wish we could just have a refund because they have lost my trust. I will be taking it somewhere else to see if they can fix these issues.

WORST JEWELRY STORE EVER. Please don’t waste your time nor money with them. No wonder they don’t allow return. My $1500 gold hoops changed colors after 1 month of having them and they wouldn’t let me return or exchange them either.

I bought a ring here. They were nice when i was looking for the ring but when i went to go get the free cleaning the guy i spoke with was super rude, im an adult and dont need people speaking to me the way he did. Wont be shopping here anymore. Super unprofessional.

Excellent experience from the moment you enter, I was helped by Aaron who overall was patient, and helpful when looking over his inventory of watches, he helps you look for what you need, and takes his time when helping you, afterwards they adjust the watch to your wrist size that same moment so you don't have to wait, or go somewhere else for it to be adjusted. Overall great store, and customer service.

My fiancé purchased this beautiful White Gold with a touch of Rose Gold engagement ring here! When we started looking for a wedding bands, I wanted to visit other jewelry store locations and had a vision that i couldn’t find anywhere, all the jackets i wanted my ring to have were either to big or just didn’t fit the style of my ring. Thats when my fiancé decided to bring me here, and the two associates helped me bring my vision to live! They made a custom beautiful wedding band jacket that just looked so beautiful with my engagement ring!

This place was a horibel place to walk in the manger had such a attitude becusse I dident want too pay 12,500 for a braclet that was worth about 2800 and start cursing at me and ssaying that i cant afford and i had a pocket full of 100 and not to metion i was waering about 40,000 worth of jewelry on me scamers 100% be carfull who u do bussniess with alot of scammers there 14 k is not 14k its more like 11k

I have purchased many items from this store from quinceañera rings, mothers rings, necklaces bracelets earrings dating back to 2008 to current. I have regularly taken items in for cleaning and repair as recently as last week. I’ve never had an issue with any of the aforementioned actions or interactions with the staff. They have always been professional and polite and gone beyond expectations to make it right. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing items for loved ones to give them a chance to earn your business. I know I did and have never left feeling like I made a bad choice. I love the family owned and operated feeling of the store!!! Couldn’t recommend them any higher, if 10 stars were available they would get them all!!!

Hello, I never write reviews, but after the amazing experience i had at Pueblo Jewelers, it warranted one. Pueblo Jewelers, and its employees (Steven Martinez and Jacky Martinez) helped me design the perfect necklace for my wife's Christmas gift. I went to 3 other jewelry stores in the mall, and none of them could help me out because they said, and I quote "We don't have the experience, nor do we do special orders". Not only did Steven and Jacky accommodate my wishes, they also were able to call the owner on the spot and give me a discount since we are so close to the holidays. These people are amazing, and if this isn't your first stop when looking for jewelry, you are going to regret it! Thank you Pueblo Jewelers, you are far and away the best.
