No high pressure sales here, they do not work on commission and only want to make their clients happy. Chris and Bryan are so personable, creative and skilled craftsmen. Their beautiful men's wedding rings come with a spare for rough manual abuse. Ladies gems have amazing cuts and unique geometric settings. Color me very impressed. Oh yes, my repair: undetectable! Returned looking better than it has in years. I really think they should have charged me more. Shush, don't tell them.

I originally went in to get my wedding ring cleaned . It was white gold and needed to be redipped and cleaned . They did all that with in an hour and it looked better than it did when I got it! I went back to get my husband a custom ring and Bryan was so kind he sat with me and helped me design it. When I got it, it was better than expected ! Customer service is a ten! The jewelry they have is top notch quality with fair pricing! My one and only jeweler !

My fiancé ordered a ring online elsewhere and they sent him the wrong size. We took it here because it was closest to our condo and Freytag down sized it and fits my finger beautifully. Beautifully shined too. Did notice it was missing one of the small diamonds but they held onto it an extra day and found the small diamond and put it back into place and cross checked all the other prongs. Which was really nice of them. So happy. They also remembered us and had my ring out before we could finish walking in through the door when we came in to it up the second time. 😂🥰

I stopped in on a whim and I am so glad I did. The owner Brad and his daughter Jessica were super friendly and very helpful. They cleaned my ring and fixed an issue I had with the platinum denting and having a rough edge. They didn’t charge me and gave me free jewelry cleaners without me asking. They just purchased new cases so a lot of the inventory was not out yet but what was out in the case was beautiful. I will definitely be going back for a special occasion indulgence. Good customer service is harder to find these days so I really appreciated their friendliness and helpfulness.

My wife's long gold necklace got a nasty tangle in it that we simply couldn't solve after many attempts. Brought it into Freytag to see if there was anything they could do and the owner took it apart, untangled and reassembled like new in ten minutes free of change. Thanks Freytag!!

I cannot express how much I enjoy having Freytag so close to home and how helpful every single one of their team members are! I’ve been going to them since they moved in near our home and have gone there for multiple things! New watch batteries, ring cleanings/inspections (to make sure no prongs or stones are loose!), ring resizing and also engraving for our wedding bands! No matter what I come in with they can always help and are so timely! Most times I come in the issue can be addressed there on the spot and the times when I have to drop off a piece I’m always in the know of where the piece is at in the process and never have to wait long for it to be ready for pick up. They are excellent at communicating! Additionally, I found out on my last visit they have an on-staff designer who can either help you create a new and unique piece from scratch or take existing pieces and make something new. Such an impressive staff and would never take my valuable pieces anywhere else!
