So
I
had
a
bad
experience
with
KAY
and
thought
I’d
give
it
another
shot
after
swearing
not
to
buy
from
KAY
again
but
not
intentionally.
I
went
to
this
Store
at
Desert
Ridge
because
of
the
experience
I
had
at
the
Arrowhead
Mall.
I
went
to
return
the
item
here
at
Desert
Ridge.
When
I
walk
through
the
door
the
Sales
associate
Susie
greeted
me
and
attendant
to
my
need
and
then
help
me
until
the
manager
Sean
came
and
took
over.
Even
though
this
store
was
not
responsible
for
the
mixup
I
had,
he
was
understanding
and
wanted
to
help
me
in
the
situation.
Instead
of
me
getting
a
refund,
I
decided
to
purchase
a
sapphire
set
instead
that
he
helped
my
wife
pick
out
and
she
loved
it.
I
have
also
since
returned
a
few
days
later
to
purchase
a
bracelet
from
KAY
although
not
at
the
store
but
due
to
my
experience
at
this
store
I
trusted
to
purchase
with
KAY
again.
Sean
and
his
team
are
great
there
at
Desert
Ridge
I
will
be
making
more
purchases
from
the
store
and
I
would
recommend
this
store.

I
took
my
wife’s
bracelet
in
for
a
repair.
I
purchased
this
bracelet
at
the
Chandler
location,
but
this
is
the
nearest
one
to
me
and
this
please
continue
to
amaze
me.
Juan
was
amazing
he
couldn’t
find
the
purchase
but
I
was
able
to
find
some
electronic
purchase
information
and
they
had
the
same
bracelet
in
stock.
Juan
went
over
to
the
case
got
the
bracelet
took
it
over
to
my
wife,
had
her
put
her
arm
out
and
put
it
on
her
wrist
and
told
us
to
have
a
wonderful
night.
I
of
course
thanked
him
with
a
had
shake
and
we
were
on
our
way.
