    Ignore that Amanda post, I've been shopping here for About 7 months and they are great. They always offer to inspect my fiancée earrings and engagement rings every time we show up, even go as far as asking how if feels and seeing if it needs to be sized again. The best time I had with them is when I was making payments on a ring that I had put on layaway months prior, they called me and told me that a special sale was going on and that they could refund me my money and then give me the sale price. I saved almost $150 because of their generosity. It may be a small jewelry store, but those guys/gals are amazing. Definitely earned a forever customer.

    Underwhelmed is pretty much all I can say. Product selection was limited but it's a VERY small retail outlet which might be OK but the absolute kiss of death was their staff. Untrained? I'd say so. Well versed on their products? Nope. Confused? You bet! Next time I buy I'm going to Helzberg diamonds. Thanks for reading

    I should've posted this review awhile ago. I have been going here for years with my fiancé. There are very few stores like this where we feel comfortable and not pressured. We have been to numerous Kay locations and haven't been impressed. This location in particular keeps us as regular Kay customers. No matter who we do business with here, each associate is always so helpful and kind. Shawn always knows exactly what we will like. He has great recommendations and is beyond helpful. We are so impressed with this location. We are always are greeted immediately and feel so welcome here. It's on the smaller side to other Kay's we have been to but their selection and knowledge is what really makes this location stand out. Great staff, great customer service and it's always consistent. Thank you Shawn and staff for helping Mike and I pick out another ring! I absolutely love it!

    The staff at the desert ridge kay jewelers is amazing! And the store is always so clean.Every time I stop in and look for new things. The girls are so friendly. The offer every time to clean all my rings and necklaces. They show me all the deals it’s all around a great experience. I never feel pressured to buy. You can tell that the management there is outstanding. A well organized team.

    I wanted to make sure I got on here and posted a review for this location! Susie was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make sure we found the ring that not only matched best (pretty perfectly, I might add) to my engagement ring but also that we got it on time. We had some hiccups when it came to my wedding band and had to come here very last minute! The manager that was there with Susie on Saturday also helped us find the order from two years ago, so we can handle the engagement ring preparations. She agreed to go above and beyond to make sure that I am able to have my ring by our wedding AND have it be my correct size! So incredibly thankful for not only Susie but all of the people working on Saturday 10/15/22! From the moment we walked in they made us feel welcomed, gave our daughter a lollipop to snack on showed her all of the fun jewelry in the store! It was such a wonderful experience and I will definitely update once the ring has arrived!

    So I had a bad experience with KAY and thought I’d give it another shot after swearing not to buy from KAY again but not intentionally. I went to this Store at Desert Ridge because of the experience I had at the Arrowhead Mall. I went to return the item here at Desert Ridge. When I walk through the door the Sales associate Susie greeted me and attendant to my need and then help me until the manager Sean came and took over. Even though this store was not responsible for the mixup I had, he was understanding and wanted to help me in the situation. Instead of me getting a refund, I decided to purchase a sapphire set instead that he helped my wife pick out and she loved it. I have also since returned a few days later to purchase a bracelet from KAY although not at the store but due to my experience at this store I trusted to purchase with KAY again. Sean and his team are great there at Desert Ridge I will be making more purchases from the store and I would recommend this store. New review 10/04/22 and if I could give this place 100 stars I would! I took my wife’s bracelet in for a repair. I purchased this bracelet at the Chandler location, but this is the nearest one to me and this please continue to amaze me. Juan was amazing he couldn’t find the purchase but I was able to find some electronic purchase information and they had the same bracelet in stock. Juan went over to the case got the bracelet took it over to my wife, had her put her arm out and put it on her wrist and told us to have a wonderful night. I of course thanked him with a had shake and we were on our way. Amazing!

    I came in looking for a gift. I understand both salesman were with other people, but I did not even get a glance in my direction or a hello. I will take my money elsewhere. I walked the whole shop looking in every single display. They both looked at me, then looked away. Not impressed with the customer service.

    I bought a ring as a gift and purchased one that was too large. I called two separate Kay stores to ask if they could resize it but was told it would require purchasing a warranty that costs either $50 or $80; somehow the stores had different prices for the same service on the same ring. I've purchased jewelry from pawn shops for far cheaper that still included free resizes yet buying brand new items from Kay's doesn't include this basic service. I ended up going to a local shop that resized another ring for me (my wedding band) that only charged $40 for the resizes. The petty upselling makes this place feel cheap. The only thing good about my service was the gentlemen who helped me order the ring. He was prompt and friendly.

    So went to store twice then looked online for 2 more days and finally found something ordered then canceled right away because not in stock, so back to drawing board nothing on line in stock. Then finally found another engagement ring and ordered went through however, next day canceled but pulled money and I have to wait 5 day fir money back. I can't buy anything else until I get money back called customer service and no help. Get it together Kay Jewlers!! Once money back I'm canceling!

    This is probably not your typical experience with a jeweler, but I had to share this story as a testiment to the type of high quality, dedicated, and caring people who work here. I visited today to get a watch battery replaced. Sean could have sent me away due to the complexity of my watch. Instead, he went the extra mile and showed off his true gifts as a jeweler and as an engineer. This dude is blessed with the steady hands of a surgeon. While performing a successful battery transplant, he had the ability to chat with me and make me happy I chose Kay jeweler today. Needless to say I'm a happy customer. Hopefully someone on his team will see this and give Sean the recognition that he deserves.

    My wife and i came in early january to get new wedding rings before our anniversary. When we came in we both felt VERY rushed to find what we want but we were happy with what we chose. Both rings were supposed to be in in 2 weeks time or less. GREAT! That would have been before our anniversary. My wifes ring came in first, got a phone call and went in to grab it. The lady there was either having a bad day or simply didnt like people thay day because she was very snappish, but i didnt hold it against her as everyone has a day here or there. 2 more weeks have passed and i still havent heard anything on my ring so i went in to check it out. They dont have it. Im being apologised to because they never got back to me. Its going to be 2 more weeks. Im being told this as im staring at my order bag as if it never got sent out in the first place. It now wont be in by our anniversary, which i can deal with, but we threw down alot of money and we didnt do it on a payment plan either to have to go thru all that. I dont think ill buy from kay again and may just buy from local shops from now on.

    I tried to go to a couple local businesses before going here but they all seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to help me. So I decided to go to this Kay’s in the hopes they would be able to help me with a now last minute request. Not only did they finish my request faster than quoted but they also did a very good job! The employees were very helpful and nice. I recommend this location 100%

    I've been with Kay for over 10 years and this Desert Ridge location was the worst service I have ever experienced with Kay. Very cold customer service. I'm shocked and disappointed. Will not return to this location.

    Susie stayed after hours to and waited for me to get to the store on a holiday weekend. Very grateful she still gave me a huge discount even though she knew I was desperate

    I’m not one to do reviews but Shaun was absolutely awesome and totally worthy of a 500 star review. I purchased my chain at the westgate outlet location and was fed up with the service there when I would get my chain repaired. I went to this location because it was closer to my work and Shaun made everything worth it. He sent my chain off to be fixed and when it came back not up to standard, he sent it back again and eventually replaced it with a better quality chain for me. Absolutely superb customer service from him and I’ll definitely be taking my jewelry needs to him from here on out!

    Hello, I was trying to leave a Google Review of a great experience I had with an associate named Kat. She is at the location at Desert Ridge. She was so helpful and friendly, and I wanted her management to know how much I appreciate her help- I needed a last minute “Hail Mary” and was nowhere near the jeweler we’ve used in the past, and Kat really saved me! She is helpful and solution oriented.
