They have served 2 generations of my family. My Daughter sent a friend that had polishing needs. They could have shined up her jewelry and charged whatever they wanted. They sold her a polishing cloth and sent her home !! Now THAT’S integrity !! Langert’s for life !!!

I came in to have links removed From my watch. She said because of the type of band it was, it wasn’t going to be quick and easy. It took her a while, but she did it. They were going to be closing in 30 minutes, and I thought I was going to have to leave the watch. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond the call to satisfy me! I would highly recommend Their services to anyone that needed it.

This is the best jewelry store I have been to here. There customer service and quality of work is beyond excellent. If there was a word for better than the best than that would be the word to describe their service and work.

Very friendly staff. Excellent jewelry, and they do a lot of custom work here. If you need repairs or sizing done on any jewelry this is the place to go. Their prices are unbeatable. They're not going to beat around the bush if they think that something can't be done. I was here to get my fiance's wedding set sized and because of the black they use on the ring that I purchased, they weren't able to size it down but they put white gold medal bars in the bottom that made it so the Rings would still fit. I fell in love with a very nice watch while I was there and I will probably be back after speaking with my fiance to purchase that watch too. I highly recommend this location

Patience above all is best I've seen. Genuine interest in my needs and personable too. Couldn't ask for more. And even better $60 cheaper than the pawn shops jeweler. I've been doing business with these people since around 1990.seems like they could HV done better for me but it is what it is. Langberts is the best!!

Great place that’s been here since 1946. I brought in my gold necklace for repair and they did an amazing job: Looks brand new. Very satisfied. They are extremely professional, courteous, thorough, and communicate with you as one would expect. I also feel like nothing was rushed or hurried, which does matter. I definitely recommend this jewelers.
