I
liked
that
the
front
desk
attendant
matched
my
energy
when
I
checked
in.
I
also
liked
that
the
front
desk
employee
did
not
ask
me
for
verification
that
I
was
a
registered
guest
when
I
asked
for
towels
and
washcloths.
The
breakfast
was
good.
The
room
was
nice.
I
did
not
like
that
when
I
was
waiting
for
the
elevator
the
laundry
room
door
was
open.
It
took
away
from
the
luxury.
I
did
not
like
that
the
3
times
I
called
the
front
desk
they
only
answered
once.
The
desk
in
the
room
needed
to
be
wiped
off.
The
toilet
paper
holder
was
broken.
The
breakfast
wasn't
stocked
efficiently.
They
ran
out
of
food
because
it
was
a
full
house.
They
should
have
prepared
better.
The
front
desk
attendant
was
informative,
but
she
did
not
explain
how
to
log
into
the
Wi-Fi
nor
label
the
username
and
password.
There
was
no
information
packet
in
the
room
either.
The
day
we
checked
out
I
felt
rushed
and
unwelcomed.
We
got
a
knock
at
our
door
at
10:59am
to
ask
if
we
were
leaving
or
staying
over.
The
front
desk
attendant
shouted
at
me
when
I
was
taking
my
things
to
the
car
to
ask
if
I
was
checking
out
and
what
room
I
had
been
in.
Again,
I
felt
rushed.
I
had
my
hands
full
and
was
going
to
take
my
things
to
the
car
first
and
then
return
the
keys
and
formally
check
out.
I
was
considering
staying
another
day
until
I
felt
pushed
out
by
the
staff.
