I had called a few different hotels in Phoenix and couldn't find a suite available. I'm glad I called this location. John was the gentleman that answered the phone when I called, he was very friendly and helpful and made the reservation process easy. When I arrived John greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, he made everything so easy and I had my room in only a couple of minutes. John gave 5 star customer service and is a great asset to this company! I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

The check in people were great. Room is ultra clean and has spacious. Jacuzzi was relaxing and the pol area was clean and fully stocked with towels. Also able to relax and watch tv. Store is a bit of a.walk but I stocked the fridge n made use of the microwave.

Conveniently located near downtown Phoenix, it was easy to get to & from the convention center. The front desk staff was attentive and very friendly. The complimentary breakfast had a great value with impressive food options, including fresh sausage & eggs, fruit, yogurt, bagels, and a pancake maker. They had a 24/7 pantry where you could purchase snacks & drinks without having to leave the building. They have a complimentary computer for guests in case you need access to one. I had to use one to access my college’s web portal & it allowed a free 15 minute session. They do give you access to complimentary Wi-Fi with your room. The room was clean & comfortable. The only areas for improvement I can think of were the noisy AC unit & confusing TV guide. The sound level of the AC unit was like sleeping near a very noisy generator. If you’re a light sleeper, I imagine it would be difficult to sleep through it. The TV guide is off by 3 hours; for example, if it’s 9:00pm, you have to scroll to the 6:00pm hour blocks to see what is currently on those channels.

The front desk worker, John, was very helpful and understanding during our stay! We had an issue with our booking, causing our payment to not go through due to an error from our travel company. John helped us figure out what information we needed from the travel company, and even helped us respond to emails from the travel agent. This was above and beyond service! The room was very comfortable and clean, and the hotel smelled great! The breakfast in the morning was delicious, so many options! Great staff and a great building at a great price. I highly recommend a stay here.

Over all, nothing really to claim. Just a safe in the room was missing. Comfortable bed in a big sized room. Bathroom nice size as well. All around clean. AC worked a little loud, but well, and was good adjustable in 1° steps. Desk with a real desk chair! Remarkable between all the hotels with uncomfortable work environment, I visited before.. Breakfast for the US was as well good. Some more less healthy food available. In colder season, definitely possible to discover the center of Phoenix from the hotel also by hiking. In summer now, you need a car or driver. Over all, again, zthe hotel is OK.

Stayed here with my family of 4 after a long day traveling from Boston. Quick ride from the airport which was excellent. The area surrounding the hotel seems a bit sketchy but we didn’t have any problems. The room, and hotel in general, were very clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Free breakfast in the morning was good with plenty of options. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Seems rather new. The rooms are very clean and in excellent condition. Check-in time was 3:00pm but there were no handicap rooms ready. We started checking other hotels in the area and suddenly an accessible room became available. The accessible room has a jog to getvtonthe door that was difficult to manuever. Why not a straight entrance? The door was super heavy and nearly impossible to open from a mobility device. Who ever designed the bathroom has no clue about being handicapped. The sink faucet was difficult to reach. The sliding door was hard to open. The walk-in shower idea is great but I couldn't reach the hand held shower. There is a seat that has to be unfolded to use. The shower products are far-away from how far the shower hose reaches. It would be impossible for a handicapped person to travel alone. If all the newer Expresses are like this I will look fir another chain.

I was charged double. The area is filled with homeless and is very dangerous to walk around at any time of day. The front desk staff Aurua, was rude, inconsiderate and lacked basic customer service. The housekeeper ignored my sign and demanded I tell her when my stay is over. Book elsewhere is my advice. Dangerous neighborhood And the staff are ignorant.

I am coming from Michigan State. I traveled all the way to Arizona with my son for a soccer tournament. I booked my room in your esteemed hotel as I am a Holiday Inn member, but unfortunately this time I think... That I made a mistake in choosing my place of residence, as I did not receive good treatment in terms of cleaning the room, as I had had a long and hard day. I returned to the room to rest and did not find my room properly arranged at all allso i informed your office front office at 11 am + the room services lady in the manner followed in this regard, as I was forced to change the room, and this is a difficult matter for me and my son after Long and hard day . The next day, when we left, I also asked for the room to be cleaned. This time they came to clean the room but only made the beds. But the bathroom was still dirty and they didn't clean any of the trash I did not expect this from you as I you charged me good money per night though. 😴 Please take what you deem appropriate regarding this matter so that I do not give an inappropriate evaluation, and this will affect your relationship with your customers. Looking forward to hear from you

We had a great experience with breakfast and the service. The pool was dirty but I think and hope it's because of a storm the day before we arrived.

As a diamond member who has spent over a week at this hotel, I can truly attest to how exceptional it is as a part of the Holiday Inn Express brand. Every member of the staff that I have encountered is warm and welcoming, and they do their jobs with precision and excellence. Definitely a cut above your run-of-the-mill Holiday Inn express! Well done employees at this location!

The staff is among the best! I have stayed at this location several times. Always very friendly staff. The general manager should take great pride in their staff selection! As a day sleeper, I appreciate the attempt at room darkening window treatments. They do fall short. However, I can't reduce the 5 star on that alone. As to the location. I don't find a lot close by. There are things to do and restaurants within walking distance. It's just a bit of a walk to get to it. Based on staff and the rooms, I highly recommend this location!

The location is good because it's close to downtown. It's not such a good neighborhood, but hey, the parking is free. The property is in its own world when you set foot in the parking lot compared to the surrounding area. I enjoy staying here.

The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable breakfast was amazing @ checkin was quick and easy and they let us check in 1/2 hr early which was very much appreciated. Park across the street. Seemed a fairly safe neighborhood.

Seems very new. Very clean. Breakfast management could use some help, as they can’t seem to keep food available. Even struggle to bring out bread & bagles. Also frequently low or out of milk. The room is very nice. I especially appreciated the shower head & water pressure. We would stag here for sure. It is a bit pricey, & over a mile from chase field.

I couldn't have been happier with the service! Lovely hotel, very clean and modern rooms. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The restaurant has large windows that look out onto some trees making it a lovely view to enjoy while enjoying the food and wine. What a nice place, guys! It was an excellent service! Highly recommended!

I liked that the front desk attendant matched my energy when I checked in. I also liked that the front desk employee did not ask me for verification that I was a registered guest when I asked for towels and washcloths. The breakfast was good. The room was nice. I did not like that when I was waiting for the elevator the laundry room door was open. It took away from the luxury. I did not like that the 3 times I called the front desk they only answered once. The desk in the room needed to be wiped off. The toilet paper holder was broken. The breakfast wasn't stocked efficiently. They ran out of food because it was a full house. They should have prepared better. The front desk attendant was informative, but she did not explain how to log into the Wi-Fi nor label the username and password. There was no information packet in the room either. The day we checked out I felt rushed and unwelcomed. We got a knock at our door at 10:59am to ask if we were leaving or staying over. The front desk attendant shouted at me when I was taking my things to the car to ask if I was checking out and what room I had been in. Again, I felt rushed. I had my hands full and was going to take my things to the car first and then return the keys and formally check out. I was considering staying another day until I felt pushed out by the staff.

This appears to be a very nice property. But, due to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. We will never know. Booked a room on points and due to Improper training by the staff, was refused a room key. Multiple calls to IHG failed to resolve the issue. After 90 minutes of trying to resolve the issue. The front desk clerk Anthony asked us to leave. Instead of taking care of the customer he hid in the back office. Worst service ever. And I’m out my points and no room.

Smells like sewage when you walk into the hotel. The hotel inside is dirty and could use a deep cleaning. Our room was not cleaned you could see dirt in the corners of the room, finger prints on the furniture because it had not been wiped down, hand prints on the window from whoever the last guest was. We had ask for a room clean and in 4 days it never got cleaned. We asked for towels to be switched out, we where told to bring them down to the front desk for the switch. I would not recommend staying here, nor do I plan to stay here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly with a swimming pool and small gym. The breakfast was adequate and tea and coffee available all day in the lobby. Close to the downtown area but there is a bus stop very close to the hotel. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Beautiful new hotel. Had parking for bobtail & staff even advised where to put it to be in camera views. Breakfast buffet was delicious (eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon & favorite continental items). Laundry room was clean and offered 2 washers & 3 dryers. $2 every machine. Pool open & looked glorious. Fitness center clean & had good equipment. Room was clean & everything was still new. Has Dove body wash shampoo & conditioner. Hotel has complimentary toiletries if needed. Staff was amazing!!! Will stay again. Only downfall is the area (many homeless & addicts roaming around)

I was pleased with this place. It was clean and comfortable, exceeds expectations. Only one problem; I didn't bring my pet but I heard management doesn't allow pets.
