This is my second pair of 14K earrings. The first pair I lost them recently, but had them for 2 years. I never take them off, I shower with them as well. The quality of them are amazing. The girl who helped me out was also super friendly! Thank you!

I was referred them by another company. The person who referred me said they were on the spot service and it should take more than 10 minutes to fix the ring that needed repair. I got there, asked for help. Immediately the guy was off putting with a "why are you here" mentality, and seemed to be looking for any reason to dismiss me. I showed him the ring and then he commenced to telling me they weren't taking repair business, that they are booked out a month etc. No smiles no compassion just eff you we aren't willing to help you attitude. So here's the problems I am having. 1. Why wouldn't you let me book a month out? 2. Why couldn't you fix a ring that takes 10 minutes? Because it was an $8 job??? 3. Why so defensive and sketchy on initial meet? If you are intimidated by tall black men you should shut down your business..... I love going to small business to get service but this is the exact reason why people don't. Attitude/picky about work/rude with no remorse.... 0 Stars in customer service.

Scammers . Came here for 10+ years my family and I have bought over $1mil in gold and always recommend to friends and family NO MORE the last 3 years they went downhill . The two kids are extremely rude have absolutely no customer service skills. I got my rings sized here 6 months ago and they made it so thin it immediately broke , when I took it to them to repair and stated to them they had made it too think the lady wanted to say my ring was too thin already and they could not fix it now when they are the ones who thinned it in the first place , not to mention they charged me $30 for “gold” to add in order to make it bigger , and she wanted to say it was too thin when I had paid to add more gold . yet all they did was hammer it thin and keep my money and refuse to fix it once they messed it up beyond repair . Never coming back here again and I will make sure none of my family or friends come back either , you have lost our business for good . Scam scam scam don’t give them ur money

I purchased a few gold chains and bracelets for my wife and daughters here before. we had a problem with one of the chains and drove from mesa to get it fixed and they told us that it was going to take 3 plus weeks for a 5 minute repair plus i was going to be charged even doe they claim to have a 2 year warranty. very disappointed with their service and attitude. they just lost our future business for a 5 minute repair. this place is just to overrated and overpriced plus will not honor their warranties. people just take your business elsewhere!

Amazing experience, they were so nice and resized a wedding band again for free after I gave them the wrong size. They cleaned and reshaped it so nice, like new!
