The jewelry selection is great and being approved was a breeze. I brought a ring to surprise my husband with, which I was told after I put down $600, I would only owe $900, which was not true, my remaining balance is over $1200. Fine I'll work with it still after making the purchase I told them that I would need the ring to be resized to 12, she said okay and was told I'll be called once it's ready. Received the call and when I went to pick the ring up, I was waiting for over 20 minutes and not really acknowledged. She asked for a yellow slip, which was never given to me, but she was able to locate the order with my ID, but was irritated because she handed me the ring in a small plastic bag, I had to ask her to box it up for me. Not a good experience.

I went in for a watch and loved the service. Came back a few weeks later for a diamond bracelet and gold necklace. They gave me a great deal. I would recommend.

Had a very positive experience on my first visit. Shania was very attentive and knowledgeable about our wedding trio and she help us select the perfect set. She also helped us find the perfect financing plan that fit our budget.The only down side is there weren't to many reps available to assist and with the amount of people walking in, it got crowed very fast. Otherwise, I will recommend this location and direct them to Shania.

My fiancé bought my unique engagement ring here and I liked it very much! We went back for my wedding band & they were having a Bogo…of course what I wanted was a little bit over but the Sales Associate Jennifer & Manager Brian worked with me to not get me what I had my eyes on but sized my ring again and replaced the stone despite not having the original warranty on the engagement ring since we did get the warranty the second time around! I had a great experience! Do yourself a favor and come here!

Went in to get two watch bands resized, the two gentlemen were very helpful getting them sized for my wrist. Great service, great store, highly recommend.
