Amazing place. Great prices and employees are wonderful to work with. I've had them fix watches at a fraction of the cost of competition and have had custom engagement rings made from them and the rings still turn heads. Highly recommend!

We originally had this jeweler reset a diamond that fell out of my wife's wedding band in 2019. They replaced the setting and charged us about $300 for this repair. Four months later the diamond fell out of the setting they repaired and the diamond was lost. We went back to this jeweler to see if he would stand by his work and he said his warranty was for 90 days and even though it was only 30 days after the warranty he would not replace the diamond. He said he would give us a "deal" on a diamond. In January of this year we spent over $3300 on a new diamond. I asked Indra numerous times if the diamond falls out again will he replace it and he said he would as long as we bring the ring in every 90 days and have it checked. We have been diligent about bringing the ring in and having them check the setting. About 30 days ago we brought the ring in for them to check and after keeping the ring for 3 days they said it was good. This last weekend the diamond had fallen out of the setting again. My wife brought the ring to an independent jeweler and took photos of the setting and it was confirmed it was not damaged by her negligence. My wife then brought the setting back to Indra and he refuses to replace the diamond. Not one but two times diamonds have fallen out of his settings. Obviously this is poor workmanship. Do not use this jeweler as he does not stand by his work and will take no responsibility for anything.

I found the staff to be completely understanding and honest, taking care to listen to what we want. Some of the kindest people I’ve met. The jewelry is amazingly beautiful. They have great pricing. I was lucky my husband chose my wedding ring at the shop.

I love this place. I've sold them many peices and even traded a time or two. They have a long list of regular long time customers who always seem very pleased. This mom and pop jeweler will have my business as long as I am in AZ.

To Joseph Rubi , I just came across your review and in response to your review , I have to say that this was during the Covid-19 shutdown and I happened to be here at the store when you called and I had no problem waiting for you. However, I did not have your contact info and out of my control something happened that I had to respond to in a hurry in my personal life. If the circumstances would have allowed and you had contacted me again I would have come back.Our motto is , "we say what we do and we do what we say". I apologize for the incident. Would appreciate to see you so I can make it up to you next time you are in the market for jewelry.

This is a wonderful family-owned business with creative talent and at a reasonable price. I commissioned a custom wedding ring from them and was not disappointed! Excellent work all around!

Replace 3 small pearls in a ring, but it was botched! Promised one week but took over 3 weeks. He didn’t have the size of pearls, and put pearls for necklace, so there were 3 holes on top! He didn’t have the pearls, so pearls are too big, too heavy, different size and color…the glue is messy. I will take it to another Jewelry place to get it right and get it to looking like the original. The staff is nice, but lost confidence in the repair and owner, no eye for detail! <It wasn’t that I didn’t like the setting, you can tell by the picture what is wrong. We left…because I don’t want to leave the ring for one more day-but get it fixed at another jewelry place.>

Did a great job on my ring engraving. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that it is not the monotype corsiva script that I asked for and pick up date changed a couple times. I am however happy with the end result 🙂. Response to owner: font is definitely not Monotype Corsiva, but that is okay, I like it. I have the card that was sent to my phone via text message on Tuesday with all of the fonts. I understand the timelines can be out of your control. Have a good evening 😊.
