DO NOT STAY HERE First off, the management at this company is the worst. Very mean and rude. They have poor customer service. They don’t know how to answer their phone ad they keep the office door locked and closed during operation hours. Second, they false advertise. What you see is not what you get. The upkeep on this place is horrible. They say it’s renovated but it’s not. There was holes in the walls, bugs everywhere and had a horrible smell to it. Lastly, the people surrounding the place and who live in the place are disturbing. They did not know how to keep the noise down and I literally couldn’t sleep. Do not waste your money or time to stay here. I wish I could give no stars

this place is ran by roaches the reviews arent telling the truth these people are rude im not sure whats worse the rooms or their attitude please save yourself the pain and keep moving i couldnt sleep because of the amont of roaches they even went in my food my bag on my laptop this place has alot of bums and people kept fighting my kids and I felt unsafe and dirty for even being there RUN DONT GO HERE !!! reviews are lying dont fall for the trick reply to hotel here your proof the picture and I did address you guys multiple times I spoke with jack and Jessica

It's great! These negative reviews are trash... you're mad cause you didn't pay your bill and follow the rules! Communicate your issues! They will get fixed same day! Best price and location. Trust me when I say this place has came a long way since I've been in Phoenix I'm impressed I love it here! Those Negative comments are B.S.

Yes I did lock my room and it did meet my expectations actually. It went over my expectations. I didn't know about the area so when I got it. I didn't know what area I was moving into but they got this place under control. They keep everything in line. I've been here a month and I would definitely recommend it. Definitely a place I would recommend no b******* going On Definitely would stay here again would recommend it for anybody. Construction workers especially very friendly on that end of it. Don't have to worry about your trucks or tools. They got security 247 on grounds and at the front. It's a great place I have to say

I stayed here just last week, it was fine 🙂... the staff were great if there where any issues or concerns ( really just one, which I had no water for a minute but they were doing a quick repair and it was turned right back on) I would stay here again if I was staying in that area again... Súper u profesional- didnt even get to recieve my refund of my deposit for the room due to the lady being super disrespectful . A lady who worked here in the evening threatened me while Im pregnant- we were asked to leave since we were still here in the room waiting for a ride - which was for our safety due to the area we were in because there’s a bunch of people doing drugs outside the gate - so we were leaving peacefully and respectfully and the lady here said she’d put her hands on me while I’m pregnant - didn’t care for our safety . I have everything recorded - I do plan on going public with this if not made right. I have a pending doctors appointment to check for Injuries due to the lady forcing us 5 mins from the third floor to grab our things - and threatened to hold our belongings hostage outside where it can be stolen . All due to this woman being disrespectful and very unprofessional. She kept laughing at me struggling with my things - and she was making highly unprofessional remarks. We were trying to leave respectfully and peacefully but this woman make it extremely difficult . She watched us the whole time making horrible remarks and even while we were off property she continued to make remarks and watched us from the top balcony for hours laughing at us while we respectfully waited for our ride that was still on its way. I never leave a review but I had to leave one for this place because the lady in the picture below threatened me and my unborn child and said she didn’t care if she causes any miscarriage due to her unprofessional behavior. If I do miscarriage I will be reaching out because we we’re leaving peacefully and she started to become a threat.

A friend of mine is staying here for an extended stay. I went to visit the other evening and was surprised at how nice the room is. My friend said it was an upgraded room and had recently been remodeled. The room has nice looking "wood" flooring, a kitchenette with two burners for cooking and a full size refrigerator. The bathroom was updated as well and looked nice. The downsides to this property is the location and shady people on the streets where the property is located. There is a security guard walking the premises at night and the property is enclosed by a steel rod fence but I don't know if there is a security gate that closes after a certain time at night? As always, I would take caution if parking here and leave nothing of value in your car!

The room was excellent when we moved in however there have been several maintenance issues since, but the maintenance staff was on top of it and handled it quickly. The only complaint I have is I haven't seen anyone from housekeeping in almost 2 months and I was under the impression that they came once a week for some sort of limited service.

My family and I stayed here nearly two years! The staff are amazing! The managers are rock stars! Security are the best! I can honestly say I loved staying there and was always treated with respect and dignity! Jack was so awesome and Jessica super star! The house keeping staff are out of this world amazing! Everyone there has become my extended family! I would recommend this place to all! Thank you intown for making our stay so memorable!😘

I have lived here awhile let’s just say. I have seen the ups and downs of hotel life on the westside of Phoenix. Currently this place is definitely on the up portion of that trend. Gone are people just walking around and hanging out in the stairwells smoking their dope. It is now nice and quiet. It is fenced and there is security. I have personally watched them tell people they can’t come on property because they are not staying here or if “visiting” a guest they don’t know the room number or persons name in that room. The manager Jack is very fair and a great help in getting things done maintenance wise.

There is not enough positive things I can say about this hotel. Jessica, the General Manager is the best and the staff are courteous and very professional. They also have armed Security which I feel is an absolute plus.

The manager Tamara is really nice I loved my room. The check in was easy and price is great for a great room. If you need anything she will assist you

Tamara was the best in getting our room booked! She was so pleasant and helpful. We had a great experience with the hospitality of the InnTown Suites.

I have had horrible experiences before with hotels several times before but I got too say this was my best experience overall staying at an extended stay.The checking in manager Tamara was nice and great too deal with and concerning the entire time during check in I loved my room and there were no issues at all, I felt completely like I was home unfortunately I move around a lot for work but if I would choose a place stay too stay Inntown is definitely my choice.

My stay at InnTown exceeded my expectations. Jessica, Tamara and all other staff members were attentive, understanding, patient, and cordial. There is armed security, which made us feel safer.

when me and my bestfriend's rented a room the lady at the front desk was very helpful and understanding we were able to get in a very nice and room very clean room and tv worked really good and there is fastfood near by had no problems with anything and we felt safe 1st time where we didn't have worry about if anyone was gonna break in i would rent a room again and tell my friend's and family about our stay and the price was really reasonable thanks

The location is a plus and a con. Everything is within reach or a short drive away, but homeless people are everywhere and the place they seem to congregate the most is right across the street. The room had AC that didn’t auto so I always woke up freezing hours before I had to get up, when it got colder at the beginning of December, I discovered the heat on the unit didn’t work at all so I had to get a space heater. The walls are thin and my last neighbor liked to talk really loud in Spanish and I could hear every word. His TV would wake me up or keep me up, most of the time. Considering I lived there for a few months I needed more kitchen space. Drawers and cupboards were scarce and there was no oven only a range top with crooked burners that made everything cook in one corner of the pan. Room service is suppose to come once a week to grab towels, sheets, etc. they never came, not once. I asked one of the girls as she was cleaning the room next to mine and she said it wasn’t my day. She couldn’t tell me when that was and I guess no one knew, because no one ever came. In short this place is a dive and is more expensive than the rent I have now, but it was home for a while and I liked the location okay. This will always just be the first place I stayed in Arizona, and it was a roof over my head when I really needed one.

Check in started great and staff was friendly. There were many shops and restaurants near by. Unfortunately we found three roaches in our room, two being in the bathroom and one being on our bedside nightstand. Our bed was pretty hard, SUPER squeaky and had remnants of bed bugs on the mattress. The walls are paper thins and there was never a moment where I couldn’t hear the tenants next door. The Wifi did not work no matter what we did, who we talked to, or who we called. The staff was unfortunately no help. They do not replenish toilet paper or towels (they only give you 1 roll for our two person-7 day stay). There were people and dogs in the parking lot and surrounding streets that were talking and barked incessantly throughout all hours of the night. We also never once saw housekeeping throughout our stay. I’ve lived in Arizona so I know what to expect but this was just far below my expectations.

Had a great time staying here! Was in town visiting family, needed somewhere me and my husband could stay , Tamara the manager made it very easy to check in and out! Explained everything very well and was very sweet, would stay here again!

Everyone that works here is nice once you get to know them.. they are helpful.. the only thing bad about this motel is nothing . I enjoyed my stay ..

This place was the cleanest and staff was very polite and helpful. We were only going to stay one week but we loved it so much we stood 3 weeks. It was affordable, convenient, and it was clean. Good price and location. Just don't expect too much because the furniture, rugs and bathroom mirror were worn down. Also, the kitchen comes with no pots or utensils. You can buy an aluminum tray and utensils from the Dollar Tree nearby.

I am honestly so impressed with this establishment. Jack in the office is an amazing customer service provider and I don’t see how anyone can’t see that, haters gonna hate tho. The employees maintain the property the best that I’ve seen in years. The 24hr security is a major plus, I never feel unsafe here. I’ve never seen a bug in my room, and its never been an issue for myself and roommate. Honestly just keep up the great work! 😊

Friendly staff! Nice place to stay. If you don't act like an idiot or attempt to use the property as a means for your felonies, you will be fine. Manager Jack and staff are very friendly and accommodating!

i have stayed here for over a month. I am happy with the prices and i feel safe here! Jack does a great job as general manager! i would tell all my friends!

Key kept needing programmed. Expensive & in need of removal of homeless, cleaning, maintenance and extermination. I have to mention the hole they cut in my wall while I was at work. It was not repaired for several days and the cost of a room was extremely high (just under $3000 a month). No discount for long term Living monthly or weekly. Disappointed in my stay but I was safe !

I really appreciate the 24hr Security onsite. Especially in the area we are in it really does make the difference. They are consistant about room maintenance, and the staff is friendly. I'd like to thank the manager Jack. H for doing the great job he does. Keep up the good work guys.

The Premium suite is definitely a level or two better than the Standard suite. But in this Post-Covid World, expect to be your own housekeeper at this 2 star hotel. There is dining and a gas station you can access from the hotel parking lot.

We stayed here for over a month. Best place in Phoenix to stay! Great price and very nice rooms with a kitchen and on site laundry. Felt very safe here with the security. The staff was great, thank you Jack!

Great customer service, love talking with office staff. When something needs to be serviced. Techs are here in less than a week or even hours to help. Property is clean. No issues here. Very comfortable.

Over all great place to stay , staff is very helpful. Jack the manager is great and was always able to assist with any concern we ever had. Stayed here for almost two year and would recommend to friends and family . Security on-site and is very secure

I was here only a short while but I would definitely come back here! My room was very nice and clean. I really enjoyed having the 24-hour security guards here it made me feel safe. Overall the place was Great but what really topped off my whole expierence here was the Manager Jack! He was really helpful to me from the very start! He is what a manager is supposed to be. He was kind and friendly and always had a great and happy attitude. I could tell he really enjoys his job. Thanks Jack for making my expierence here unforgettable!

The room was really nice it I not bad at all, I belive the hotel is haunted me and my husband saw the door handle move which creeped us out, and then we saw a shadow and loomed outside the door no one was there.overall the people at the lobby very nice. The officer both of them very sweet. And everyone nice. Oh and the person next door couple screaming back and forth all night.i total recommend staying here! This place is nice and perfect especially if. Taking a vacation or living here for awhile!

I’ve come to visit this hotel multiple times. I always appreciate the friendly staff. The manager Jack is always courteous and polite, and always on point and making sure that his guest are happy and comfortable as possible. All the maintenance and housekeeping staff are always pleasant and fun to talk to you. Very courteous and caring. I enjoy coming to this location.

The area is not so great but the premium rooms are the way to go. The front desk staff Jack and Jessica were always cordial but the housekeeping staff was hit or miss. In the 9 months I was there, maybe 7 of the weeks was service attempted. This was not a big deal for me but their attitudes were rarely pleasant. Overall I had a decent stay and would stay again.
