This place is great!! Staff is friendly and helpful! Rooms are very clean and there is a covered parking garage. The rooms offer room service, and there is a nice dining area in the lobby, as well as a beautiful waterfall with big golden fish. They also have elevators so if you chose you can go up high and see the beautiful lobby down below. There is a wonderful indoor swimming pool too. I Highly recommend staying here if they have rooms available.

Great hotel. Hooked me up with a very early check-in (8am!) so I was able to get a few hours of extra sleep before having to work. Restaurant was good and the hotel is in a good location. Self parking was easy and very close. Room was comfortable and well cooled in the 120Β° Phoenix heat.

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. But I was travelling for work and checked in after 7 due to my work schedule that day. The bar and grill in the lobby looked like a relaxing place to grab a quick dinner, so I headed there right away. I probably sat for like 30 minutes before my order was even taken, and there were only 2 other occupied tables! I would have gone out to look for a different restaurant, but did not get a rental car. However, the food was delicious once it was finally served about an hour and a half later. I don't believe I'll be staying here again.

I just returned from a short stay at this Hilton. I traveled with my 3 months old and my family from overseas (2 rooms). Even prior to arrival, the hotel was very helpful with answering questions and offering a crib. Upon arrival, both rooms were very large and clean. While one could argue that the hotel is not brand new and shiny, it's perfectly maintained and presents in Hilton style and size. Walking in the lobby already shows the beauty of the place. Breakfast was very good (both a la carte and buffet). The staff is amazing and very very accommodating. I have many food allergies, but the hotel made it all work for me. They even organized Almond milk for me! THANK YOU! We also ate dinner at the hotel, which was amazing. The portions were large and beautifully presented. And again, the chef went above and beyond in helping me eat. He created a meal that wasn't on the menu to ensure my well-being. Parking is also super easy behind the hotel. So, I can only recommend this Hilton hotel. On the 11th floor, views are beautiful. We didn't use amenities such as the pool, but it is always nice to see it's there. For this trip, we got more than we had hoped for at this hotel. Thank you. And enjoy your stay!

Over all great atmosphere. Comfortable stay. Only a few concerns. Room had a slight smell. When qualifing at a lower rate they completely forget to tell you breakfast is not included. Nor is there any signs stating a food voucher with your stay is needed from check in to enjoy the watery runny eggs.. So we followed the signs to go eat and we got hit with a 45 dollar bill breakfast!!!!? Might as well pay the standard rate with breakfast or let us know our discounted rate did not include it before we sat down. Pool.... well I appreciate they have one... jacuzzi was kinda scary as the rusty air conditioning vent located right on top of it leaked water on my forhead and into it as I tried to relax. Some of the servers at the bar really seem like they hate their job.

A large group of us from out of state recently stayed at this hotel for a funeral. When we arrived we found out that our trip needed to be extended by 4 more days. We spoke with the front desk staff, explained our situation and asked to be put on a waiting list. The next day we were contacted and told we were able to stay, not only in the hotel, but in our same room. The entire staff (Front desk, wait staff and housekeeping) was extremely friendly and actually very compassionate as well. The accommodations made this week long visit much easier with a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. We were also able to "entertain" our other relatives and not feel like we were stuck in 1 room. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Good job!

It is conveniently located downtown which is nice, and it was pretty quiet. The rooms are ok, nothing fancy but it was clean. Didn't appear to have valet service but after checking with the front desk I found out they do have it, just had to go and look for it. Probably find somewhere better to stay than here for the price. But not a horrible place.

This hotel offered a nice amount of space. The bedroom was comfortably sized, and there was a lounge room too. They described the room as having a "kitchen". That's not really true. They offered a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. No cups (except paper), plates, cutlery or anything. You couldn't make even a sandwich. Wifi worked well the whole time, staff were very friendly, and the indoor heated pool was just what we wanted for our winter stay. It's close to the light rail, and there are some food places very nearby, although a lot close in the early evening. The closest supermarket is a hefty walk away. They issued us with one tea bag a day, we had to ask for more.

Nice hotel. A bit stuffy inside but then again it was July, so I imagine the place was buttoned up tight. Great location from airport, and the mini mall across the street had nice restaurants and a change of scenery from the hotel. The bar staff was friendly, but the space was too open- no coziness.

Helpful staff. A spacious suite of rooms with comfortable, functional furnishings. A swimming pool and hot tub. The gym is small but has all the basics. It's expensive, by my standards, but very nice.

It was a good hotel, nice room with enough space for 4 people and such. WiFi was too expensive even with the promo of $9.99 a day for just 3 devices and no free version. I thought the initial cost was already in my first total when booked, but it came out to be about 30 bucks more from I don't know what, which kind of made me wonder what they added to my bill, hopefully not parking because the clerk did say it was included to my bill, not saying anything about it being added right at the spot. Besides the expensive WiFi and added fee, it was okay.
