Manager (Dale) has mental and anger issues. Needs public relations training . Hostile staff. Rooms were in very very poor condition. Don't bother staying or visiting this place. Unprofessional beyond belief. Needs new management.

The Manager was arrested twice during my stay. The owner, A.J. is a slumlord and will charge you full price for a fraction of a room. I had no hot water, no plumbing, refrigerator didn't work. Stove didnt work. Microwave was a hazard. My heater went out just before winter and was replaced with an AC only unit! Still cold. Do not rent here!! If you do, report everything!! I did. They will never accommodate you.

From the outside the place looks kinda run down. The rooms are big, about the size of a studio apartment and not very clean. I just cleaned mine after I checked in. Laundry units on site, walking distance to stores and gas stations. The managers are super sweet and helpful, if you any issues just talk to them or if you need anything they will do their best to help. It is safe, for the exception of domestic dispute (the cops arrested both the gf & bf) it is pretty quite. They do have weekly rate of 290 per wk.

I've been here four nights now. Im sorry other customers had bad experience. Location is not very good but I felt safer than motel 6 in Scottsdale which is drug infested. Front desk clerk is very helpful and friendly. Gate locked on my side of the room. Sign for trespassing is intimidating and hope it gives strong message out. Hot, hot, water, brand new mattress still covered with plastic. No mirror but bathroom is big and all newly renovated. No bed bugs but i only seen one roach i killed. Thanks Budget Motel I hope the rest of the stay is comfortable.

I went from living in Cbi which was a place to get clean and started working to rent a room at budget which is the cheapest place around there I checked paradise inn and it look like the room had black mold it was all black so I came and talk to Greg the manager there and it was the best decision I made told him I needed a room and was lucky he had one left and booked it the room was spotless the air filters were clean as a whistle check the sheet clean and even had a mattress protector and it was spotless the refrigerator was brand new and the bathroom had two rolls of toilet paper new and one in the holder had shampoo also two soaps apart Greg told me anything I need to let him know and then two weeks later fridge broke I let him know and by the end of the night I had another one brand new in my room and I had bought on some food and he let me leave in his fridge my food so it would not spoil then he brought me my food when I told.him the fridge was working this place is not what it looks like from the outside it looks rundown from outside but inside it is nice beautiful tile and updated pedestal sink small shower but one of the best motel I have stayed this is a 5 star motel just one issue I found and that is that it is always sold out so if you are lucky enough to rent a room try to hold on to it as much as you need it cause if you leave you may not get a room a lot of people left negative review before new management but since owner change so did the rooms and services glad I was able to get a room will be here til I save enough to rent a apartment but will surely rent here again if I need to and recommend this place to others very quiet no problems even in the bad area that it is in cops patrol just to make sure everyone is safe and no problems if you are in a budget and need a room be sure and check this place out and let them know I referred you

There are bed bugs in the beds and chairs! Rent is "60.00" a day, so for around four hundred dollars a week, especially if you have kids, take them somewhere else, the property is unsafe, there are no immediate great stores! There a park about five minutes walk less then two if driving. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with a family especially if your on vacation, and unfamiliar with Phoenix.

Now this place stayed there 3 days once would have stayed longer but was told no extended stays so had to go to another hotel looked on line and they do alow longer stay booked at a latter date came in late and never figured out what the problem was but refused me a room billed my card anyway but I did my money back also requires room deposit the only reason for 3 stars is it's one of the cheapest around but could use some maintenance help opened a cabinet door and the damn thing fell right off
