I have never done a review before but this experience was just terrible. Desiree is disrespectful and has attitude towards customers and her employees. I went in to get help and she right away gave me attitude. In the short time of me being in there the way she is to her employees is also disrespectful. Im sure I’m not the only one who has had this experience with her. I even told her I would be doing a review. To me it’s seems like her employees just follow what she says as she been there the “longest”. The way she manages the amount you get shouldn’t be in her control.

So yesterday 08/06/2022 I came to pick up my shoes that I had pawned for a loan they were two pairs of Nikes the Hispanic Lady who helped tried to steal a pair of my shoes because when I first walked in she didn't ask to see my ticket so instead she just asked for my I.D so I gave it to her then paid back the loan...Then she went in the back then came out with only ONE PAIR of shoes so I advised her! I pawned two pair now where's the other pair then she responded" sorry "then went to the back came out with my other pair" all of a sudden her attitude changed she said "Your lucky I didn't charge you for a ticket! Then aggressively put my shoes on the counter then said Bye Bye with an attitude then she walked off with an attitude...Y'all becareful taking your stuff here

Rude women hung up on me. Idiot said they pay 14 a gram for 14kt. What a joke. Scrap is at 35.02 a gram for 14kt. This place is a joke and bunch of crooks. Do not go there to sell or buy. Worse place. Basura

Not one to post reviews but this was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with an employee Desiree was irritated with me when I said I wanted to get my gun out of pawn was muttering to her self that today would be a gun day Yada Yada has no customer service most awkward hour and a half of my life everytime Desiree said one of her snappy comments her coworkers gave me a look of despiration Desiree if your reading this you shouldn't work with customers extremely unpleasant with no respect for the consumer or staff I am a manager myself with 10 employees and if any of them were to perform like that they would no longer be working for me kindness and respect is free

Can you say LOW-BALL,,,,as of lately they've gone down hill,,,,they have no shame in hitting you with a low amount on whatever it is you wanna pawn,and I just go up the street to Super Pawn now,,,I'm always satisfied and the customer service is very professional,which I didn't get here,the first rule of thumb is the customers always right,that doesn't apply here, you don't believe me see for yourself, and as I stood in line the 2 people before me walked out in discuss for the same reason,save yourself the greif and take your business elsewhere I did

I could give this place a zero star Alita or Adita she's freaking rude and have no customer service skills at all. Giving attitude and rolling her eyes not asking for what item I was there for and she started acting super rude

I love this place the environment the abundance of great deals and most of all the excellent customer service I get everytime I go in the store Angela always goes above and beyond to help out her customers I would recommend this store to anyone.

I give 00000 stars for super rude customer service. I thought I'd shared this.I looked around but found nothing in the pawn shop so just got a DVD. Waited for a rude af. old cashier she was on her phone while waited 3 minutes then I said I'm ready then grunts to help me. If she didn't want to be at work. OMG. Don't go to work if you don't like your job and pass your bad vibes to happy customers.

Breezy was awesome and all staff well. I definitely found my go to pawn shop. You all are tha bomb.

This happened a while ago but I never wrote the well deserved review maybe a year ago. Anyways I needed a little extra cash and I didn’t want more then what I needed so I could pay it back easy. I pawned my handgun a $500 dollar pistol with a $140 Meprolight ft bullseye sight with a custom slide cut job $200 all I wanted was $100 which they gave me without question. I have a job as the majority reading this does so I only come in on certain days and times the first time was 2 weeks before the loan would close I came in at 5pm and was told it was too late to do a background check. I came in the following week at 3pm and was told the same thing. Now I’m running out of time I took the day off work losing about $150 and came in around noon only to be told their internet was down and I couldn’t do it then either and then I got stuck at work the next day the day the loan ended. I came in the following day a single day after my time ran out speaking to the same lady I had dealt with when the internet was down and she didnt remember that ever happening it’s finished sold my $800 pistol for $100 dollars because of internet problems! What a shame

If you’re looking to do business or looking for actual help than don’t go with Garrett “ the store manager “ aka Mr. Sissy pants who gets his feelings hurt and will throw a tantrum when things don’t go his way.
