Pietro’s prime was a lot of fun in the sense that the waiter was very engaging/hilarious. The restaurant itself was very busy and there is only one small bathroom sadly. They had great menu choices so I was really excited! The biggest let down was the wait, we were at the restaurant for at least 3 hrs with a 2 hr wait on the food itself - granted I guess we were a big group and it was Friday. Then when the food finally came and it was kind of a let down too. Everything was very under seasoned. The food was not as warm as everyone would have liked almost as if it sat. I ordered the house signature 10 oz ribeye. Cooked perfectly medium rare with a great sear! Super flavorful with that classic steak bite/texture. My boyfriend ordered the 20oz filet which was also cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. It was so annoying it was not hot enough because it was so good! You have to dress your plate essentially so I took a photo of my ribeye with all the sides next to it. This is a steak house so it was not surprising that salmon was a huge let down. Very under seasoned and cold. The sides come out as “family style” so they are larger and shareable. The best side was the creamed corn, super creamy and delicious. The steak fries were cold and soggy sadly. The smashed potatoes just needed seasoning. Great restaurant overall maybe it was just too busy of a night for the kitchen. May consider coming again. I just wish the standards were just as high as the bill came out to be. Be ready to spend money here!

My girlfriend and I had a reservation here on Valentine's day. Despite arriving on time, we waited an hour and a half for our food. While we were waiting, the server apologized multiple times and assured us that it wouldn't be much longer. After the hour and a half, the manager came to apologize, but was unable to say how much longer we would have to wait (he said "probably" 15-20 minutes). Since we were already starving and still didn't know how much longer we would have to wait, we left the restaurant without ever getting our food (except the free bread which took 20 minutes to come out). Nearly 2 hours is wholly unacceptable to be waiting for a meal. The food might be incredible here, but good luck getting it in a reasonable amount of time.

I got to celebrate my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend here and Im glad we chose Pietro’s. Our waiter Andrew was phenomenal and recommended some of the best dishes we’ve ever had. He also helped make the night a night to remember. The food was perfect, the vibe was perfect and everything came out in a timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend for special occasions.

Pietro's Prime Martini bar hands down. The best. Didn't have any martinis but Manhattan, enough brown liquor to enjoy. Great mixes and big pours. For food we had lobster bisque, filet mignon, 30 day dried aged ny strip. Fantastic!!

We recently had an evening out to celebrate three birthdays with 12 of our closet friends and what a fantastic time it was!! It was absolutely amazing that everyone's food was cooked to perfection (this rarely ever happens with such a large party), the libations were flowing, and the service was absolutely stellar! Mark, the owner/manager ensured that our experience was nothing short of excellent and our server Julia was most accommodating to say the least! Thank you for making our celebration a memorable one! We will definitely be back!

Phenomenal! We arrived at 8:30 pm last night after attending the viewing and service of a dear friend. We were afraid they would deny us entry as it was quite late. But instead we were welcomed in and quickly seated. First of all our drinks were amazing to say the least! I really enjoyed the Lavender Lemon martini, as did my significant other as well! I had the crab cakes which rivaled those of my Uncle, Michelin Star rated Chef Marcel Martin. There were sensational and contained zero fillers. My significant other had the surf and turf and claimed it was one of the best he's ever eaten. We dine at many upscale restaurants and we both concur that this was one of the finest meals that we have had in a long time! Eating at Pietros was a fine way for us to end what was a very sad and emotional day for us otherwise. Kudos to the staff and the owners of this fine establishment!

I started with the fall sangria. It was delicious! Excellent steak. We both had the 8 ounce filet. It was cooked perfectly. Good crowd for a Monday night. Our waitress Kim was great. She made some good suggestions and was very attentive. The only disappointment was the creamed spinach. It lacked flavor. I've had better. Overall, it was a good experience.

The atmosphere of the place was nice. It had the right amount of busy for a Friday. We were glad that were able to get some great seats at the start of the night. The service was good and our waitress was nice. The seasoned drinks were good for a party of 2. Called oh snap to match the fall season trends with blood orange gin and ginger beer. As someone who is more of a wine person rather than beer, it was tarte but in a good way. The apple cider vinegar and shallot mignonette sauce matched the essence of the oysters. The crab cakes were good. The only problem was our steak which missed a little finesse especially since it was well done instead of medium well done. All in all it was a good fall festive experience.

When we first got there we went to the bar. Took a very long time to get a drink. One of the other workers actually went up to the bartender to point out we had not been served. The espresso martinis were great once we got them. When we were sat for dinner we were happy to see the same person who got us a drink was our server. Food was freeT and Michael was great from start to finish!

We visited on a Wednesday when the WC TAPS promo of 1/2 price apps was in effect. We made a meal of 2 appetizers, the tuna tarts and the crab cake, as well as a side Caesar salad, NY strip and potato. The crab cake and side salad was more than enough for me as a meal. My companion's steak was excellent, perfectly cooked and very flavorful. We also both really enjoyed the tuna app. Additionally I had the cocktail of the day which was a refreshing cucumber spritzer. We did not have reservations and could not get seats outside. This would be a great special occasion restaurant since it can get pricey as everything is a la carte.

Great wait staff and experience/venue. Great food and great cocktails,. we'll be coming back here more often. Love the broken-up feeling of the restaurant spread out of what seems like multiple different interconnected buildings. Love the exposed brick and look. One of the finer dining experiences in the West Chester Borough.

A classy steak and seafood house, with West Chester vintage building charm. Classic entrees and family style sides (ordered separately!) pleased everyone. My house signature boneless rib-eye was done on the medium side of medium rare, unfortunately, but helped by my selection of sauce. Service was competently professional, if a bit stiff and infrequent. Like most restaurants in town, the small rooms with hard floors and walls make for a high level of noise when anywhere near full. Best to start early if you have a group larger than four or you won't be hearing all your companions as the place fills up. All in all, a successful family birthday dinner and fine dining experience enjoyed by all!

Saturday night dinner hit the spot at Pietro’s Prime in West Chester. The Martinis were perfect (have to be or points removed) thank you. Andrea our waitress was great. Calamari and shrimp cocktail apps were delicious and my bone in NY Strip was cooked just the way I asked. The management or possibly owner stopped by to asked about our meal. They actually care! Check it out you will not be disappointed.

Very delicious, but be ready to drop some money! The staff clearly loves the work and the food was scrumptious. One thing to note is that most steaks do /not/ come with a side or sauce, so be ready to cover that! The sides are however very big, so you are getting your moneys worth for them.

Excellent service and food. Steaks were fabulous. Ordered sides and they are huge! No room for dessert! Boo. The place was hopping for good reason which made the small dining area we were in very loud which made it hard to converse. Not sure if other rooms would be better but the food is amazing so maybe we talk later. Lol

Can’t say enough… our go to celebration spot! We unknowingly booked on the night of the holiday parade. I was so grateful that the team took the time to call and make sure we knew it was the night of the parade so we could plan accordingly. Had we not known we likely would have missed our reservation and had our special night ruined. Food and service were amazing as always!

Celebrated two birthdays on Saturday night with a party of 7. It was busy and a little on the noisy side but other than that a wonderful evening. Appetizers were great, the steaks done exactly as we ordered and the sides were shareable. They made some nice non-alcoholic drinks for my daughter and Isabel our waitress took great care of us. I would recommend without hesitation.

My wife and I decided to have our anniversary lunch here. We have 5 year old so this was our only time to celebrate. I ordered the lobster bisque soup. The soup was lukewarm and seemed to be tomato soup with chunks of lobster. For my meal, I ordered the New York strip. I need to preface this by saying, I’m from Texas and I know my cuts of beef and know how to make a steak. This steak I was served was 1” thick. No sear and about as pale as a ghost. It was a cheap cut they tried to fix the flavor by using butter. It tasted about as good as it looked. I understand I was eating from the lunch menu but, what I was served was pretty gross. If you need to charge me 10 dollars more, that’s fine. Make it worth my money. I really hope a manger reads this. The food is mediocre and expensive. You guys can do better. Hell, I’ll go in your kitchen and teach you folks how to sear a steak.

Pietro’s Prime hosted my wedding rehearsal luncheon. The staff was super friendly, the bartenders remembered what everyone was drinking, and the food was excellent. The back room with the patio was a perfect space for our 50 guests. Absolutely wonderful experience for hosting a party!

👍👍 Their food here is really good, even the salads. The gluten free pizza crust is the best we've ever had. I think they make it there. It's actually better than regular crust in my opinion. The rooftop deck is really neat and you can order right through your phone
