Tasty muslim restaurant on Thalang. Roti was nice and crispy. Beef curry wasn't spicy but had a nice smooth curry taste with cinnamon and star anise. Friendly staff, not expensive. Lots of locals which is a good sign, especially on a pretty touristy street. Welcomed in with a good morning.

But the roti pandan + fried egg + beef curry did not disappoint! It got 5 stars*****. Massaman 1 star*. Hence the 3 star rating.

Amazing roti here. You can have it sweet or savory, on its own or with curry. We particularly liked the "roti krob" (super crunchy roti) the most. We also love the "teh tarik" (milk tea). They serve food too but we only came here for roti. This is a casual place with no aircon so be sure to wear cooling clothes. Expect your clothes to smell of food too

The curries are a main think and you can get several to taste the difference. They always keep a bowl of greens on tables to serve as digestives and healthy breaks between dishes.

I found this place by chance. The other roti place that is on Michelin guide was closed due to renovations but the owner did not update Google maps. The ice milk tea was fantastic. I ordered plain roti that is served with chicken curry which was really crispy (the roti, we call it prata in SG) and ordered a prata with egg and cheese. Total bill was 155 baht. Worth a visit. Nicer than most prata places you can find in SG.

I alternated between ordering chicken and beef curries with roti, but definitely had the pandan roti with banana, foi tong (egg threads), and condensed milk every time. SO GOOD!! I love roti very much, it’s not too oily compared to the rotis I have in Malaysia (my home country), considered a budget eat, but I wonder why they would give you a bowl of vegetables, I can only recognize basil, small eggplant, pepper, cucumbers and the other 2 types of vegetables are unknown to me haha, wish someone could tell me what are they for. But yeah, totally recommend to try out their rice and roti!

Simple and cheap. Great for breakfast - was actually on the street for Abdul’s but it seems like it’s no longer there. This was a surprisingly great substitute. Ordered the Thai Iced Tea (pic), crispy roti with chicken curry and banana egg roti. All were fantastic. Bill prob came up to around 150 THB.
