after
investigations
of
the
owner:
Was
there
for
the
first
time,
had
the
buffet
in
the
afternoon.
The
selection
is
somewhat
limited,
however
for
the
price
of
it
and
the
size
of
the
restaurant
that's
ok.
The
food
is
apparently
kept
outside
for
hours
(based
on
owner
feedback),
many
of
the
dishes
were
lukewarm.
Purely
based
on
the
taste
and
experience
within
the
restaurant,
I
would
rate
at
3*.

That
is
before
getting
threatened.

The
food
was
relatively
bland
for
my
taste.
Of
all
vegan/vegetarian
options
in
Phuket,
this
was
the
one
which
convinced
me
the
least
taste-wise.
The
ambience
around
the
pool
is
nice.
The
furniture
has
seen
better
days
and
could
do
replacing,
for
a
more
comfortable
experience.
In
the
evening
I
had
terrible
food
poisoning,
throwing
up
multiple
times,
lasting
diarrhoea
for
days.
Around
7
hours
prior
I
ate
at
a
different
place,
which
I
frequent
often
without
problems.
It's
of
course
not
clear
to
say
where
the
effects
came
from.
The
presentation
of
the
buffet
have
me
worried,
however
I'm
no
expert.
Please
see
the
comments
of
the
owner,
based
on
what
he
says
to
have
checked
with
doctors,
as
they
are
making
fair
points.

for
investigating
and
taking
the
described
situation
seriously.
Having
this
kind
of
checking
and
discussion
was
the
whole
point
of
giving
critical
feedback.
Taking
it
professionally
like
this,
would
have
resulted
in
a
much
more
positive
impression.

The
response
you
got
from
the
doctors
raises
plausible
points.
I
adjusted
the
review
accordingly.
3.
I
have
been
trying
to
give
full
context
from
the
start,
so
that
everyone
can
judge
themselves.
I
stated
a
likelihood
as
I
personally
see
it,
based
on
the
timings,
the
presentation
of
the
buffet,
etc.
Of
course,
the
review
was
not
positive
overall,
since
the
experience
at
the
restaurant
was
disappointing
for
me.
4.
Accusing
an
โInnuendoโ
is
far
fetched,
what
would
I
as
a
visitor
have
to
gain
from
this?
It
should
be
fair
game
to
describe
an
unpleasant
experience,
as
it
should
be
acceptable
to
give
context
beyond
this.
5.
Threatening
a
customer
with
libel
is
surely
the
way
to
instill
trust
in
your
business.

how
all
customers
are
treated.
